Chapter 962: Arriving On Planet Cosima
Chapter 962: Arriving On Planet Cosima
Kent stood before a man whose appraising gaze was already enough to shatter the resolve of even a Spirit King. However, despite being under such a gaze, Kent remained unfazed, even looking back at him.
“Did you just say you want to go to Planet Cosima?” the man asked, and Kent nodded in response.
“Are you perhaps looking for the most painful way to die, or did your parents abandon you at birth and you seek to look for them in that godforsaken planet?”
“Neither. I am merely going to train,” Kent responded, making sure the man knew what he was after and that he should stop asking too many questions and sell him the ticket.
“Look, I am just a worker, but I feel like you are making a huge mistake. Planet Cosima is a place only Spirit Lords and Heavenly Ascension stage warriors dare to go to.
You are just a delicate human, a mere cultivator at the Core Formation stage. Throwing your life away is not worth it. You still have so many years ahead of you.”
Kent smiled and shook his head, “You shouldn’t judge a book by its cover. Mr. I know the risks, and after weighing them, I know I will survive that place and even return with some goodies.”
The man looked at Kent for a few more minutes, ignoring the shouts from those standing in line. Kent could tell the man was genuinely concerned about his safety.
However, he didn’t mind that. After all, he had already made plans to get to the planet one way or the other.
“Fine. However, be sure to purchase life-saving treasures upon arrival on Planet Cosima. Of course, you should know this transfer channel will take you to the Moon on Planet Cosima, and you will have to buy a teleportation talisman to teleport to one of the seven regions on Planet Cosima.
You must buy double, for you will need one to get off the world.
Be careful, too, when you are there. There are beasts there, but there are also human monsters who prefer to kill their fellow humans instead of hunting beasts.
Be guarded against them, and most importantly, never trust anyone.”
He handed Kent a jade stone and asked him to enter without even taking the 50,000 Spirit Stones he was supposed to. Kent thanked him and left.
Soon, he was inside the ship and found an empty room, so he locked himself in. It would take them a week and a half to get to the Moon on Planet Cosima.
Kent closed his eyes and first analysed the information he managed to gather from Lady Kami.
“According to Lady Kami, the weakest beasts there are at the Spirit Sovereign stage, but even so, I should treat them as Spirit Lords.
Thankfully, they are only found in the outer regions. Also, those beasts are not affiliated with any of the Seven Flame Monarchs so killing them wont incur their wrath.
Not that I care about that. My mission is to first form the flame veins and then hunt later if I have time.
However, even so, appearing in the outer section will require me to have high flame resistance,” Kent sighed to that.
“Thankfully, I have super flame resistance and comprehension.” A proud smile appeared on his face.
“This means I can go much deeper into the outer region. But to step into the Inner Region, I need to use my Tier 12 Soul Flame to limit the amount of heat that will enter my body.”
Kent sighed again, “If only I had the Ice element too. But since I don’t, then I can only pray that as I form more Flame Veins, my resistance will also grow much faster.”
All he needed to do was stay in the flame, and thanks to his automated cultivation technique, the Flame Veins, resistance, and other aspects would continue to improve. However, he didn’t know just how fast that would be.
“Why am I even thinking, with the 5000% boost I have on my cultivation technique, this should be easy enough.”
Kent laughed.
“The issue is when I finally step into the Inner Region. Naturally, I need to have Perfect Resistance to be able to traverse there.
According to Lady Kami, the reason why the 20 Heavenly Ascension stage cultivators failed was that they couldn’t withstand the heat despite using Tier 15 Flame Resistance pills.
I don’t have such pills, so I must be sure I have the body to resist this flame before venturing in. The endgame is to become strong, not to turn into a charred human.”
While Kent was planning his moves, the ship rose into the air and entered the transfer channel.
“Also, under no circumstances should you go near the Ashfall Range. If the Black Flames don’t kill you, then the Black Flame Dragon Monarch will do,” Kent muttered under his breath.
“That was the last warning Lady Kami gave me before I left. According to her, it was rumoured that the strongest of the Seven Flame Monarchs is the Black Flame Dragon Beast.
His domain is dangerous, and he himself is a menace. In fact, the beasts there are not weak in any way. If one were to find themselves there, then the only thing that awaits them is death.”
Kent smiled and lay his head down, “Why am I even worried. Finding myself this far in the past is a testament to fate at work. Though mercy on that dragon if he comes across me. I will be sure to tell him what true menace feels like.”
With that said, Kent sent his mind back to his memories and started reliving them over and over again.

[Meanwhile, Core of the Universe – Lady Universe and The Enchantress]
“Are you sure about this?” Lady Universe asked, looking at Kent’s sleeping face on the screen projected before her. Beside her, a projection of the enchantress could be seen.
“I don’t know,” the enchantress answered. “However, if we don’t do something, he is going to hate us.” She sighed and then continued.
“You heard what he said. He expected Elina to be living a good life by now, but we both know her life is anything but rainbows and sunshine.
Of course, we can’t change that, as it would cost the deaths of billions if we did. However, we can point him in the right direction.
I looked at the timeline and examined his fate, and so far, this is the only way we can point him in the direction where he can find one of his destinies.”
Lady Universe nodded, but she wasn’t happy about this arrangement. “But isn’t this too dangerous?”
“It is indeed dangerous, but I trust him, and I know he will be able to pull through. Of course, if he manages to pull through, then not only would he return much stronger, but his Karma will also grow, which I know you have been secretly plotting over the years to help him with.”
A guilty expression appeared on Lady Universe’s face, causing her to smile. “Okay. I will listen to you. However, I won’t watch, so you are alone on this. I need to keep an eye on her.”
“Do what you want. But remember, you cannot under any circumstances change anything.”
“I know, sister, I will be careful.”
The enchantress nodded, and her projection vanished.
Lady Universe looked at Kent’s handsome face for a few minutes before a sigh escaped her lips, “I am sorry, Chaos. I really am, but this is fate, and all I can do is watch it play out.”
The screen changed to a young lady with a slave collar around her neck, sweat streaming down her body, as she worked tirelessly to mine Spirit Stones and Crystals.

Nine days later, Kent arrived on the Moon of Planet Cosima. When he alighted, he found himself in the midst of hundreds of powerhouses.
