Primordial Chaos Dragon Tower: Harem System

Chapter 1113: The Truth

Chapter 1113: The Truth

Chaos had no idea who this person was. However, they had knowledge of his life, Elina, and the tragedy that had driven him to become a butcher.

He knew too much about his life, more than even he did, and so he believed him when he told him where to go next if he wanted to actually reach the Forsaken race.

“There is a world that will take three weeks of travel to get to. In this world, a family of hunters and assassins exists, known as the Shades.

Recently, they have received a mission to kill a Forsaken King. This family of assassins had no idea it was a setup and that they were all going to die. However, if you want to get to the bottom of the mission you have taken on, then this is your chance.”

The mysterious person said, and Chaos nodded in response.

He had indeed killed billions, but he never got to kill even one of the bastards who took his Elina away. He wasn’t sad about that, for he knew that one day his big break would come and he would be able to go after those who truly deserved his wrath.

“Would I ever meet you again?” Chaos asked, looking at the shadow of the mysterious man who gave him the information.

“Hopefully, Chaos dragon, your journey has just begun, and my existence is to make sure your destiny is fulfilled, so we will meet again.”

After saying that, the person vanished, and Chaos received the location of where he had to go next.

Three weeks later, he arrived in this world. It was a world of humans; however, these humans were different from Elina.

These humans had long ears and slightly bigger eyes than the humans he had met in his travels with Elina. Of course, he knew they were not Elves, for he had met plenty, and neither were they demons — he had killed enough of them to know.

However, Chaos didn’t care; instead, he started tracking the Shades, who were easy to find, considering they were beings with a shadow-type bloodline in their veins.

He spent three more weeks shadowing them, especially a dark-haired beauty who he saw to have potential, yet she had been chained to the same ambition as her family when she should be out there spreading her wings, figuratively speaking, of course.

Not that he cared.

His mission was to follow these people who would lead him to his targets… And so he did. He followed them, and when they reached the location of the mission, he finally came face to face with a Forsaken being.

His anger boiled, and so, he chose to slaughter.

Killing them gave him more than their blood essence. He also gained their memories thanks to a skill he learned during his time in the Blood System.

Chaos had no plans of even making sure the Shades were left out of harm’s way. The sight of the ten Forsaken Kings was enough to rile him up, and so he went for the massacre, and it was brutal and swift.

Once he was done with the last of them, he left without looking back. Chaos had a massacre to commit, and so he had no plans of waiting behind to even speak a few words with the Shades.

In his mind, the Shades were a means to an end, and so when he got what he wanted, he left…

However, three years later, he spotted a shadow trailing him.

He had no idea how long she had been following him. However, the day he spotted her, the urge to kill her overwhelmed his senses.

However, he held himself back and decided to confront her first.

“Come out. I can see you jumping like a maggot from one shadow to another.”

There was a minute of silence, then a dark-haired beauty emerged from the shadows with red cheeks. She looked at Chaos and pouted.

“I am not a maggot,” she said.

“Who are you then, and why are you following?”

“My name is Artemis Shade, and I want you to become mine,” Artemis said, her eyes radiating an aura of possessiveness as she looked at Chaos.

“And what makes you think I can keep myself from killing you instead?” Chaos didn’t even want to think about her words since, to him, his life now was meant for killing.

Artemis smiled and moved much closer to the terrifying dragon and said, “If you wanted me dead, you would have done that two years ago when you spotted me. However, you convinced yourself I wasn’t there.

This means you want me to follow you, and so I will, and I will make you mine no matter how long it takes.”

Chaos ignored her and continued moving. In his heart, Artemis wasn’t there, and she never would be.

Kent’s mind suddenly returned to his body, causing him to sigh inwardly.

The memory had been long… it took several days, but finally, he had seen the truth of what he was searching for.

’She was someone who wanted to get into my heart, but she had no idea I had long closed my heart to all forms of love and affection.’

Kent used the soul map to look at the beautiful face sleeping on his chest.

’What a pitiful soul. You could have had a beautiful life, yet you chose to fall in love with an emotionally dead dragon… how pitiful.’

Kent clearly felt a sense of pity looking at Unity’s beautiful, sleeping face.

He hadn’t seen much of his life with her, but he knew it would go on for a long time between them. She and Artemis would have many adventures, for he heard some of the things Unity said, and he knew she had stayed with Chaos for a long time.

However, from her tone, he could tell she never had any luck with the emotionless dragon, which was why she wanted to possess everything about him in this life.

’I am sorry about my past life and how I treated you. I promise to do better this time around, and that starts by making sure you never feel alone or abandoned.

I will fulfill all your wishes and ensure that in this life, you get to have it all.’

Kent slowly opened his eyes and looked at Unity, who was merely faking her sleep. The moment Kent opened his eyes, she also did.

“Look who is finally awake,” Unity said. She lifted her body and sat on Kent’s chest. “Good to see you are awake. Now, before you get mad, know that I didn’t mean to—”

Before she could finish her words, Kent pulled her in and locked lips with her. The kiss was deep, heartfelt, and emotional.

It contained Kent’s complete love and affection for Unity. All the love he should have given her back then, he added it all and was now conveying it through the kiss.

After five minutes, he pulled his head back and looked Unity in the eye.

“I love you, Unity.”

The happy goddess smiled and hugged him, planting his face between her chest, making sure he understood that she was no longer flat-chested.

“I love you too, my little dragon.” She closed her eyes, a small smile playing on her lips.

Kent didn’t know when he became a little dragon. However, he didn’t mind her and instead focused on the hug.
