Pregnant Bunny, Obsessed Beast Husbands
Chapter 340: The Chubby Little Rabbit
The Little White Snake had 12,000 spiritual power from birth, but it couldn’t use it because of its weak Constitution.
It giggled happily in the wooden basin. Its condition had been improving day by day, but this time, it was as if all the shackles on its body had been unlocked. Nothing could hold it back now!
The Little White Snake thrashed about in the warm water, its tail kicking up a splash.
Yu Zhizhi noticed a change in her Talent Atlas.
She couldn’t help but look.
The text on the details page slowly transformed...
[Talent: Evolution (Top-Tier Rare)]
[Skill Level: 0% → 20%]
[Realm: ★ → ★★]
[Note: 2000 Experience Points required for the next upgrade.]
[Friendly Reminder: When the host uses a talent, pay special attention to spiritual power consumption. Under extreme fatigue, Experience Points may "regress."]
Both Skill Level and Realm had increased!
Just like her Healing System talent, the more she used it, the more familiar it became, and the easier it was for Yu Zhizhi to handle.
Just then, a notification sound came from the system—
[DING! Congratulations, host, you have received 800 points!]
[Reward Source: Snake Pup 06’s Physique has evolved. Weak → Martial God Level!]
[System: Host is 300 points away from Level 6!]
’I’m almost at Level 6!’
Yu Zhizhi was pleasantly surprised by the points reward. She had only been thinking about healing Little Amon; she never expected to get 800 points directly!
Now, Little Amon’s Physique had also reached Martial God Level.
Once she reached Level 6, she would be able to unlock the Teleportation Array.
Currently, a wolf cub and a Snake Pup could teleport to her side for a short stay.
There were three slots in total, with one still remaining.
’I wonder which Beast cub will be the first to break through to the next Realm?’
The Little White Snake was tired of swimming.
It draped itself over the edge of the wooden basin, about to fall asleep.
Yu Zhizhi lifted it out, dried it off, and placed it on the soft cushion in the bamboo basket. The little snow-white snake groggily opened its eyes, gently nuzzled its mother’s fingers, and happily drifted off to sleep.
The dead of night in Greenfield City was exceptionally quiet, with fireflies twinkling in the distance.
Yu Zhizhi carried the bamboo basket back to the lounge and placed it next to the still-sleeping Little Octopus.
The Little Octopus seemed to be eating in its sleep, chewing on air for a while.
It smelled a familiar scent and knew the little rabbit wanted it to watch over the cub, so it wrapped its tentacles around the bamboo basket and pulled it into its embrace.
Yu Zhizhi quietly left the lounge.
A thin, cream-colored blanket was suddenly draped over her shoulders. She turned to see Tang Luo Ke.
He mouthed the question: Asleep?
Yu Zhizhi nodded lightly.
Tang Luo Ke gazed at the little female before him. She had been taking care of the Little White Snake, and her rabbit ears were dotted with a bit of water. The light outside the door was dim, but the little rabbit’s eyes were filled with a sweet smile. She was in a really good mood today, probably because the Snake Clan cub had been completely healed.
Tang Luo Ke’s mood improved along with hers.
He couldn’t resist reaching out to stroke her snow-white rabbit ears, pulling her into his arms in one smooth motion.
Yu Zhizhi took a step forward and leaned against him quietly.
"The rest of the night is mine," Tang Luo Ke’s voice was low and husky, the words flowing past her ear like an electric current.
Yu Zhizhi’s face flushed slightly.
Soon, he tilted her chin up, cutting off her breath.
Tang Luo Ke licked her lips delicately.
From the moment he opened his eyes, he’d wanted to be intimately connected with this little rabbit.
But the third wheel was a real night owl.
Now that the Little White Snake was finally asleep, he could at last properly enjoy his delicacy.
In the vast treehouse, it felt as if they were the only two people in the world.
Tang Luo Ke lifted the little female into his arms.
The air gradually grew heavy with moisture.
Yu Zhizhi was held by the young Wolf Clan man before her, pinned against the wall.
Tang Luo Ke had rested well during the day, and now he was brimming with endless energy, all of which he focused on the present moment.
Yu Zhizhi could barely take it.
Finding a moment’s respite, she immediately used Beastification and fled from his side.
She didn’t get two steps before Tang Luo Ke pinned her down from behind.
Tang Luo Ke’s crimson wolf eyes stared intently at the rabbit held captive in his palm, and his heartbeat suddenly quickened.
A white, fluffy rabbit, round and chubby, warm to the touch. Its front paws clung weakly to his finger, its ears drooped, and its watery eyes looked up at him pitifully.
That look made him even harder.
’Daring to use Beastification at a time like this...’
’She’s going to be devoured until not even her bones are left.’
’What a foolish little rabbit.’
A low laugh rumbled in Tang Luo Ke’s throat.
He rubbed the little rabbit’s belly with his palm, his crimson eyes growing darker. Soon, he unleashed his own Beast Form.
Yu Zhizhi saw Tang Luo Ke transform into a real wolf.
The Black Wolf drew near and nipped the little rabbit’s tail.
A tremor ran through her entire body.
’Such a soft rabbit. I could play with her for a long time...’
Tang Luo Ke pinned her down with his wolf paw.
...
When Yu Zhizhi awoke, she was in a dark room, lying in Tang Luo Ke’s embrace.
She slowly shifted to the side, but he quickly pulled her back into his arms.
"Sleep a little longer."
Tang Luo Ke’s voice was thick with sleep. He held his little rabbit tightly, his nose gently nuzzling her long hair.
Yu Zhizhi felt his hot breath on her neck.
She clutched the blanket and curled up against Tang Luo Ke’s chest.
From outside the door, the sound of hurried footsteps soon followed.
The sound of voices grew, and an alarm even began to ring out near the Jade Forest.
Yu Zhizhi’s eyes widened. She gently pushed Tang Luo Ke behind her. "It sounds like something’s happened."
Tang Luo Ke opened his wolf eyes. He looked toward a certain spot for a few seconds, then gave a faint "Mm."
He sat up, got dressed, and instructed her before leaving, "I’m going out for a bit. You stay here. Don’t wander off."
Yu Zhizhi sat up as well and nodded lightly.
After Tang Luo Ke left, she fumbled to put on her clothes.
’Did something really happen?’
Yu Zhizhi slowly pushed the door open and found she was in another lounge, not far from the study.
She leaned against the wall for a moment to steady herself.
A staff member from the Jade Forest passed by, saw her, and bowed hastily. "Ms. Zhi Zhi."
"What happened?" Yu Zhizhi asked.
"The Divine Tree... it’s been polluted..."
The male sheep-beastman’s expression was grave. "For us in Greenfield City, the Divine Tree is the most important thing. It helps us fend off all corruption. But now, the Divine Tree has been polluted. It was those wretched smugglers!"
"Outside..." Yu Zhizhi heard the sounds of battle. "Is there a fight going on?"
The male sheep-beastman nodded. "Yes. Ms. Zhi Zhi, please stay here and avoid going out. The guards are defending downstairs, so the treehouse is safe for now."
"Lord Nuo’er has already gone to the Divine Tree Domain. Once he heals the Divine Tree, those smugglers will have nowhere to hide!"
Yu Zhizhi nodded. "Okay, I understand."
’I won’t run around in a situation like this.’
What she hadn’t expected, though, was that Noel, as the Empire’s Top-level Healing Master, could not only treat Beastmen but also try to heal the Divine Tree?
