The players led by ID Armor Beetle (Corrupted) filed a complaint with the developers, claiming they had not received the [Silver Blood] quest reward for [World Quest: Arcadia’s Secret].

After all, only a few hundred players had actually obtained the item, while tens of thousands answered the rallying call.
