Chapter 1357 - 639: Primate Housekeeper? I Could Take Its Place

The name "Araiyer" was not told to Byron by the other party.

But Byron watched coldly, letting the torrent of thoughts wash over his heart’s lake, leaving not a trace from start to finish.

After fully adapting, he used a term from his memory that most accurately described the other’s form of existence, giving it a name: "Unified Primate Consciousness: Araiyer!"

In his previous life, this name was used to describe the unified consciousness that any individual within the human (primate) group possessed, the continental shelf in the sea of collective subconsciousness that connects everyone.

Among them, the desire to continue existing with this world was precisely the most instinctive longing of all primate groups and their most essential commonality!

The fundamental starting point of all Byron and Violet’s inventions and creations was "survival".

As long as it could make the group stronger, happier, and more stable in continuation, [Araiyer] and the law rooted in it would instinctively bless those inventions, transforming ordinary creations into powerful Sacred Relics.

So far, the number of First Level and Zero Level Sacred Relics birthed in Byron’s hands was close to ten.

The one he remembered most vividly was the first Second Level Holy Relic he created, the [Golden Toilet] (Chapter 128).

It was born because of the epoch-making composting technique and happened to ironically match his current status as "Human Emperor".

It seemed as if the Mandate of Heaven had predetermined from the start that he would take this as his starting point, crowning himself as emperor with the Golden Toilet!

Byron continued to read the torrent of Araiyer’s consciousness, quickly confirming that this unified primate consciousness was incomplete and couldn’t be compared with the legendary one.

"In the consciousness, there only exists a strong survival instinct equivalent to human instinct and various knowledge and experiences accumulated by the primate groups over millions of years, without any additional emotions.

If one must describe it, it’s akin to the ’beastly side’ of the whole primate entity.

Like a newborn baby, eat when full, sleep, sleep when full, eat, not knowing when it will become the true [Araiyer]."

Byron recalled a book he once read called "The Mob" which said:

When a person integrates into society, he loses himself.

The blind collective consciousness can drown individual rationality, and once an individual integrates into such a group, their originally independent rationality will be overwhelmed by the group’s ignorant madness.

Just like the scene in front of him.

Byron immediately realized why he suddenly resonated with [Araiyer], raising an eyebrow:

"Isn’t it instinctively looking for someone to be a caretaker, a nanny, to safeguard the entire primate group?

It’s like peasant uprisings throughout history, without a program, without vision, not even much organization.

Aside from tearing down the organizational structure of the old dynasty for the new king, those capable of restoring order are few and far between.

Therefore, only a strong leader who retains self-rationality can harness this flood-like violent force.

It means that before this powerful unified consciousness fully matures, it needs to balance with the ’human side’ and ’divine side’ to become the true Araiyer.

The most critical point is that the [Shackled Creator], who once represented religion and theocracy and ruled humanity, is no longer effective."

Thinking of this, Byron’s understanding of this world’s [Silver Law] and the nature of the extraordinary system deepened further.

"The Glory Ladder Sequence is rooted in the humanized world while the Bloodline Codex Sequence is rooted in the natural world; their routes originally shouldn’t be conflicting.

They will eventually converge in the Demigod Order, precisely because humans are inherently a part of the natural world and cannot exist independently.

However, most of the latter has already been polluted by the Sea of Origin Matter, and it’s likely that the creator’s purpose in creating the [Silver Law] and the Glory Ladder Sequence was to protect Araiyer.

By establishing the Silver Law, using rules to sculpt Araiyer’s ’divine side’, while the Shackled Creator itself acts as the ’human side’, serving as the Primate Housekeeper.
