Chapter 2456 - 2464: Gandi

Qin Yu’s gaze suddenly turned fiery, and Holly Rosie, slightly embarrassed, lowered her head, "Qin, we should leave quickly, this place is no place to linger."

"Yes, but you’ll have to wait a moment." Qin Yu nodded, a major incident had occurred in the laboratory, so the Supernatural Group would not stand idly by. The whole Federal Bank Building was probably already surrounded!

Having said that, Qin Yu re-entered the Practice Room under the puzzled gaze of Holly Rosie.

Qin Yu was well-versed in collecting fingerprints and iris data; he quickly completed the collection of He Luowei’s fingerprints and iris data, and fitted them onto himself before he finally stepped out of the Practice Room.

"Rosie, you might have to endure some hardship. If you walk out with me, you might become a suspect," Qin Yu said with a grin.

"Yes." Holly Rosie smiled gently.

"When you wake up, insist that you were knocked unconscious at the start of the riot."

Holly Rosie nodded.

Qin Yu gently chopped Holly Rosie’s neck with his palm, knocking her unconscious, and then carried Holly Rosie as he ran swiftly.

As Qin Yu had anticipated, a major change in the lab had alerted the Supernatural Group, even drawing the attention of the Maya Temple!

Numerous agents and members of the Supernatural Group were mobilized to firmly seal off several exits of the Genetics Laboratory. The Maya Temple also responded, dispatching a Divine Chosen Warrior who had evolved through the Divine Water!

Qin Yu retraced his steps, using He Luowei’s fingerprints and iris data to breach several blockades in succession.

At the temporary headquarters of the Genetics Laboratory, Deputy Director Jeffrey of the SHIELD Bureau personally presided, continuously receiving reports on the situation and assessing various losses.

The SHIELD Bureau is equivalent to the Security Bureau of Huaxia, a very high-level organization.

"Commander, the first squad has entered the perimeter of the base! Life signs detected!"

"Stay alert, you may shoot to kill upon sighting the enemy!"

"Yes, sir!"

"Commander, the satellite thermal imaging is ready, we can lock onto the target soon!"

"Good!"

"Commander, the satellite thermal imaging is ready, please look at the big screen."

With a swish, everyone turned their heads toward the big screen, seeing an image of a burly man carrying a woman.

"It’s Holly Rosie! Our United States’ most outstanding female medical doctor!" a leader at the headquarters stood up.

Jeffrey also recognized Rosie’s identity and immediately ordered, "First squad be careful, the enemy might have a hostage, do not act rashly! Ensure the life of the hostage!"

"Yes sir!"

Beep beep... Qin Yu used the fingerprint to open the final security door, then he paused as he noticed more than a dozen fully armed marine soldiers eyeing him menacingly!

Qin Yu was not at all nervous and said with a smile, "Fellas, don’t be mistaken, it’s one of our own!"

While speaking, Qin Yu confidently walked forward, causing the soldiers to subconsciously step back several paces, sensing an intimidating aura from him.

"Stop! Or we’ll shoot!" the Marine squad leader yelled out!

"Tell your commander, I am He Luowei!" Qin Yu snorted coldly, not placing the marine soldiers in his eyes at all.

"Stop! Last warning, otherwise we will really shoot!" Seeing Qin Yu approaching step by step, the squad leader’s fingers trembled nervously!

No sooner had the words left his mouth than a loud shout came through the squad leader’s earpiece, "Damn it, don’t shoot! He Luowei is our hero, one of America’s greatest warriors! Clear the way for him immediately!"

"Yes!" The squad leader promptly ordered, and the soldiers cleared the way.

A smug smile appeared on Qin Yu’s lips as he casually walked into the elevator, aware that many people were now watching him.

Even some weapons beyond conventional arms were already targeting him!

Yet, Qin Yu was not afraid; he had faced even more dangerous situations before.

Just as Qin Yu had anticipated, when the elevator doors opened, over a dozen warriors from the Supernatural Group were waiting for him.

"Mr. He Luowei, Director Jeffrey has been waiting for you," one Supernatural Group warrior said politely, looking up to their hero with admiration.

Qin Yu nodded slightly and, carrying Holly Rosie, left the VIP room and followed the Supernatural Group warriors to the lounge area.

"Mr. He Luowei, I’ve heard so much about you. I am Jeffrey," Jeffrey extended his hand.

"Director Jeffrey, what do you mean by this?" Qin Yu’s tone was cold, and he did not extend his hand.

"Mr. He Luowei, I don’t understand your words," the smile on Jeffrey’s face stiffened.

"Don’t understand? Then let me remind Director Jeffrey that at least twenty snipers are currently aiming at me with Poseidon Armament weapons," Qin Yu’s gaze turned icy.

"Mr. He Luowei, you must understand that with such a big incident occurring at the Genetics Laboratory, someone must be held accountable. Also, please immediately put down Miss Holly Rosie, as she is one of our finest medical scientists, a national treasure of the United States."

Qin Yu snorted coldly, "Director Jeffrey, let me remind you, your SHIELD Bureau has no authority to command us, the Divine Chosen Warriors!"

As he spoke, an unusual energy began to emanate from Qin Yu’s body, forming a Light Saber!

Jeffrey’s face changed, "Mr. He Luowei, you misunderstand! I wasn’t commanding you; I was asking you."

"Hmph!" Seeing Jeffrey back down, Qin Yu’s expression softened slightly, and he then put down Holly Rosie.

Jeffrey signaled his subordinates with a glance. After briefly checking, the subordinates reassured Jeffrey with a confident look, indicating that Holly Rosie was unharmed.

Jeffrey then took a deep breath and asked, "Mr. He Luowei, where is your partner?"

A sorrowful expression crossed Qin Yu’s face, "Ferguson and the Grim Reaper perished together!"

"The Grim Reaper? What happened?" Jeffrey looked puzzled.

"How the hell would I know? The Grim Reaper infiltrated the Genetic Research Institute, woke all the Genetic Warriors, and furthermore, their strength has greatly increased! Except for Miss Rosie and myself, everyone else is dead!"

As he spoke, a wildly furious aura burst forth from Qin Yu! Jeffrey involuntarily took several steps back, "Mr. He Luowei, please, don’t get agitated!"

"Do you have any other questions?" Qin Yu posed aggressively, giving Jeffrey a cold look.

"No! Nothing more! Mr. Gandi will be here shortly, and he will take Miss Rosie back to headquarters," Jeffrey hurriedly shook his head, thinking to himself how He Luowei was like a ticking time bomb, ready to explode at any moment!

Gandi? Qin Yu was taken aback, unaware of who Gandi was, but seeing Jeffrey’s confident demeanor, he suspected Gandi must be an evolved Divine Chosen Warrior.

"Director Jeffrey, what do you mean? Don’t you trust me?"

"It’s not that I don’t trust you, Mr. He Luowei, but this is a directive from headquarters, and I’m just following orders," Jeffrey explained.

Qin Yu grew nervous; if the unevolved Ferguson and He Luowei were already so powerful, this Gandi must be terrifyingly strong, possibly a Peak Quasi-Divine Realm master!

Escape? The thought had just crossed his mind when Qin Yu sensed a subtle threat! He knew many unconventional weapons were already locked on him, ready to fire at any moment.
