Pampering Discarded Heroines Triggers My 10,000x Rebate System
Chapter 103: The Azure Empress
The midday sun beat down on the private beach as Evren, Amber, and Zephyra walked back toward the cabana daybeds.
Their skin was still warm from the sun, and the ocean water in their hair had dried in the sea breeze, leaving behind faint crystals of salt.
Amber dropped onto the edge of the mattress with a happy sigh, pouring three glasses of chilled lemonade from the sweating glass pitcher. She handed one to Zephyra and one to Evren before taking a long, refreshing drink.
"That was amazing," she smiled, wiping a stray drop from her chin. "I don’t think I’ve laughed that hard in months."
Zephyra held her glass with both hands, her violet eyes still carrying a soft, relaxed warmth. "I confess... splashing water is far more enjoyable than morning drills."
Evren chuckled, taking a sip of his lemonade. He sat down opposite them and tapped the screen of his phone, laying it flat on the low teak table between them.
"While we were resting on the sand, I checked the regional charts," Evren said casually.
Amber leaned in, her dark-brown eyes curious. "Find something interesting?"
"Very interesting," Evren replied, zooming in on a small, dark speck about sixty miles offshore. "There’s an isolated volcanic island called Mistral Crag Isle. It sits right in the outer maritime channel heading north."
Zephyra’s gaze sharpened slightly, her instincts taking over. "An offshore volcanic formation? That area is usually marked as a hazard zone. The currents are rough, and civilian traffic avoids it."
"Exactly," Evren nodded. "And right now, at the top of the volcanic crater, a very rare alchemical plant is blooming. It’s called the S-Rank Ghost-Mist Orchid."
Zephyra froze. Her grip on the glass tightened.
"The... Ghost-Mist Orchid?" she whispered, her voice suddenly trembling. "That’s an ancient catalyst. My instructors in the shadow corps mentioned it once. Its sap can dissolve deep-tissue necrosis and completely rebuild scarred mana conduits."
She looked up at Evren, her violet eyes wide with disbelief. "Evren... are you saying...?"
"I’m saying it has the exact compound needed for your Stage Three cure," Evren said gently. "Stage Two fixed your daily hands, Z. But you still can’t channel combat power without pain. This orchid will fix that for good."
A lump formed in Zephyra’s throat. She stared at him, completely overwhelmed. Her lips parted, but no words came out.
Amber reached over and wrapped her hand warmly around Zephyra’s fingers.
"See, Z?" Amber said softly, smiling at her. "He never forgets about you. Not even while we’re on vacation."
Zephyra blinked rapidly, a faint sheen of moisture gathering in the corners of her violet eyes before she looked down at the table. "...The bloom window," she murmured, catching her breath. "Rare orchids of that grade only stay open for a few days before dissolving."
"Seventy-two hours," Evren said. "We have plenty of time. But driving back inland, packing our luggage, and hiring a cargo boat from the city docks would ruin the trip."
Amber’s eyes lit up with excitement. "So what’s the plan, Chairman?"
"We stay on the water," Evren smiled. "We charter a private yacht directly from the marina here. We turn the whole trip into a luxury ocean cruise, sail north along the coast, grab the orchid, and keep enjoying ourselves."
Amber beamed, clapping her hands together. "A private yacht cruise along the coast? That sounds incredible!"
Zephyra looked between them, her cheeks tinted with pink. "If Evren wills it... I will follow anywhere."
"Then it’s settled," Evren said, standing up. "Let’s head up to the villa, get dressed, and visit the marina."
—
Twenty minutes later, Evren called General Manager Gerard.
The moment Gerard heard Chairman Evren wanted an ocean-going private vessel, he personally drove his golf cart to the villa to escort them to Sapphire Coast Deep-Water Marina.
The marina was stunning. White yachts of every shape and size bobbed gently against polished wooden piers under the bright afternoon sun. But at the very end of the main promenade, isolated on a private pier labeled Pier Zero, sat a ship that dwarfed everything else in the harbor.
It was a 280-foot expedition mega-yacht named The Azure Empress.
The vessel looked like a floating palace. It had four tiered decks, a helicopter landing pad on the bow, private open-air jacuzzis, reinforced hull plating, and heavy mana stabilizers built to slice through any ocean swell with total comfort.
Standing on the private dock in front of the boarding ramp was a tall man in a navy blazer and white trousers, arguing loudly with a young man wearing an expensive silk designer shirt and oversized sunglasses.
"I don’t care about your family’s quarterly credit line, Lord Bradley!" the broker snapped, waving a clipboard. "The owner’s terms for the Empress are strictly non-negotiable. It requires an upfront cash deposit. Thirty million dollars in guaranteed funds for the weekly charter. No promissory notes. No delayed guild vouchers!"
The young man scoffed arrogantly, adjusting his designer glasses.
"Do you know who my father is?" Bradley sneered. "My family controls the regional maritime distribution out of the eastern provinces! You hold that ship for me until tomorrow morning while my accountants clear the transfer. Nobody else in this backwater resort has thirty million dollars sitting in cash anyway!"
"Ahem," Gerard cleared his throat loudly as he stepped onto the pier beside Evren, Amber, and Zephyra.
The broker and Bradley both turned around.
Bradley looked Evren up and down, taking in Evren’s casual summer linen shirt and the two gorgeous women standing beside him. A dismissive smirk spread across Bradley’s face.
"What’s this?" Bradley laughed condescendingly. "Did you bring tourists to look at the big boat, Manager? Tell them to take pictures from the public boardwalk. I’m in the middle of closing a lease."
Gerard’s face turned completely red with rage. "Silence! You are speaking to Chairman Evren of the Apex Sovereign Conglomerate!"
Bradley waved a dismissive hand. "Apex? Never heard of some provincial start-up. Look, buddy, move along. The Empress is thirty million dollars. That’s real money, not pocket change."
Evren didn’t even look at Bradley. He kept his eyes on the gleaming hull of the yacht, quite satisfied with its design and reinforced stabilizers.
He reached into his pocket, pulled out his card, and handed it directly to the charter broker.
"Thirty million, was it?" Evren asked calmly. "Full charter. We depart this afternoon."
The broker stared at the pitch-black card with its engraved golden dragon insignia.
"Y-Yes, Chairman!" the broker stammered, frantically pulling out his portable satellite terminal.
He slid the card through the slot with trembling fingers.
BEEP.

Bradley’s jaw dropped so hard his oversized sunglasses slid down his nose. "T-Thirty million... paid in one second?!"
Before Bradley could utter another word, the now-familiar screen appeared in Evren’s vision.

Evren smiled faintly. Thirty million spent, and four point five billion returned.
Gerard stepped in front of the stunned Bradley. "Harbor security! Escort this rude gentleman off Pier Zero immediately. He is banned from all marina facilities for the remainder of the season."
Two burly harbor guards marched forward and grabbed Bradley by the arms, dragging him away as he sputtered in utter humiliation.
The broker bowed so deeply his forehead nearly touched the dock. "Chairman Evren! The Empress is completely fueled, provisioned, and staffed with our elite twenty-man crew, including a private chef. Captain Harris and his navigators are ready for your orders!"
Evren nodded with satisfaction. "Good. We depart at five sharp. We’re going back to the villa to pack a few changes of clothes first."
"Understood, Chairman Evren!" Captain Harris replied with a naval salute. "We will complete the final pre-voyage system checks and prepare the presidential staterooms for your arrival."
Gerard drove Evren, Amber, and Zephyra back in the resort golf cart.
Inside the spacious living pavilion, the delivery staff from Aura Azur Boutique had already arrived, leaving several monogrammed leather trunks filled with the designer collections, silk sundresses, and resort wear Evren had purchased that morning.
"I’m packing that sheer emerald sundress," Amber declared with a grin, unzipping a sleek travel duffel. "And at least three more swimsuits. If we have a mega-yacht with an open-air hot tub, I’m not staying out of the water."
"Tactical mobility requires practical attire," Zephyra murmured, though she carefully folded a soft lavender sundress and a light silk wrap into her bag alongside her backup daggers.
Amber also packed her combat harness, while Evren made sure her Frost-Valkyrie twin blades and his own Frost-Bane Cleaver were securely stored inside his Spatial Storage Ring.
After quick, refreshing showers, they changed out of their beachwear into comfortable traveling clothes.
Evren wore a charcoal linen shirt and dark trousers. Amber looked breathtaking in a flowing, coral-and-gold wrap dress that accentuated her curves, while Zephyra wore a simple, elegant dark-violet summer dress with her silver hair loosely tied behind her neck.
Gerard’s villa staff loaded their luggage into a luxury resort van to transfer it directly down to the yacht’s suites.
By a quarter to five, the trio returned to Pier Zero.
Red carpet had been rolled down the polished boarding ramp. The yacht’s crew stood in a synchronized line in white naval uniforms, snapping into a unified bow as Evren, Amber, and Zephyra stepped across the threshold.
"Welcome aboard The Azure Empress, Chairman Evren, Lady Amber, Lady Zephyra," Captain Harris announced warmly. "Your staterooms are fully prepared, and our chef has dinner service scheduled for sunset."
Amber hooked her arm through Evren’s left arm, looking around the expansive teak deck with sparkling eyes. "This is incredible, Evren."
Beside him, Zephyra stepped up and gently took his right arm, a rare, soft smile playing on her lips. "It feels like a dream."
Within ten minutes, the vessel’s heavy diesel turbines roared to life with a deep, powerful hum.
The thick mooring lines were cast off, and the massive 280-foot mega-yacht smoothly glided out of Sapphire Coast Marina into the calm turquoise waters into the golden glow of the afternoon sun.
Behind them, the sandy beaches and luxury cliffside villas began to shrink against the horizon.
Ahead of them lay the vast, open ocean, and sixty miles to the north, the mysterious mist of Mistral Crag Isle.
In the corner of Evren’s vision, a translucent system prompt pulsed quietly against the darkening sea:
