Chapter 1451 - 1453: Please Let Me See Sophie Sullivan

Sophie Sullivan excitedly lifted her head, all the pain was completely overshadowed by joy at this moment.

"Miss Cecilia Branford, you can’t rest yet, there’s another child that hasn’t been born." The doctor’s tight voice was vigilant and unyielding.

Now that the little princess had been born successfully, there was still one more child to come out, and she couldn’t completely relax.

Sophie pouted with grievance, "Lucifer, I want to see..."

Lucifer chuckled helplessly, seeing the nurse cleaning the little baby, he coaxed, "There’s still one more little baby to come, later you can see them together, okay?"

Sophie sniffed with frustration and nodded reluctantly, "Okay."

"Come on, dear!"

Sophie slightly parted her lips, "I want chocolate."

Lucifer was overjoyed and immediately fed her the chocolate.

Five minutes later, another loud cry echoed.

"Congratulations, Miss Cecilia Branford, it’s a little prince!" The doctor cradled the loudly crying little fellow, genuinely congratulating.

Sophie exhaled a long turbid breath, unable to glance at the two little babies before she completely lost consciousness.

After waking up, a few hours had passed.

Sophie opened her eyes and saw Lucifer right by the bedside, holding one little fellow, while the other lay beside her.

"Cecilia Branford, you’re awake?" Lucifer’s face was lit with joy, "Look, this is the little baby."

Sophie extended her hand, poking her son’s cheek, her watery eyes gazing endlessly at her daughter in Lucifer’s embrace.

"Lucifer, I want to see!"

"Alright, alright, don’t be so excited." Lucifer placed the little fellow next to her.

Now, the two little babies lay side by side, both sleeping beside her.

Small noses, small mouths, even the fingers were adorably tiny.

Sophie tentatively pinched the little baby’s finger, it was unbelievably soft!

She held onto her daughter’s hand, smiling with eyes arched, "Christina, you are the elder sister, in future don’t bully your little brother, okay? William Westlake, you are the little brother, protect your sister, understood?"

William Westlake, uncertain whether he understood Mommy’s words, let out a milk burp.

Leo entered the ward, approached Lucifer, and whispered, "Your Highness, someone breached the barrier."

Lucifer glanced at Sophie, who was immersed in moments with the two little babies, Lucifer gave Leo a look and then left the ward.

"What’s going on?" Lucifer’s face turned cold, his deep blue eyes were icy cold.

Leo reported truthfully, "It’s Mrs. Shannon, she breached the barrier, trying to intrude into the hospital."

"Stop her!" Lucifer huffed coldly, when Cecilia Branford was giving birth, she was in agonizing pain, and none of them appeared.

Now that the children were born safely, they chose this moment...

Just as Leo received the order and turned to leave, the sound of crossfire erupted in the corridor.

Gunshots rang out, nurses screamed in panic.

Lucifer sprinted, worried, Leo followed, "Your Highness, don’t go!"

The gunshots were from the Royal Hospital guards, Mrs. Shannon brought the men in black, but the silencer gun in their hand was unused.

Upon seeing Lucifer, Mrs. Shannon nodded and smiled, "Please let me see Sophie."

Lucifer glanced at the scene before him and sneered coldly, "Is Mrs. Shannon here to snatch people away?"

"Apologies, this wasn’t my intention, I just wanted to see Sophie."
