"Good night, Webb. We'll have updates for you by morning."

"Brad-" The line clicks dead as Robin disconnects, her fingers moving across the console without looking up.

You lean back in the command chair, exhaling slowly. The tension drains from your shoulders in increments. Robin glances at you, blue eyes catching the amber glow of the console screens.

"You look tired," she observes.

"All of this was supposed to slow down after we got the Anchorage." You rub your face with both hands. "While we've managed to reserve nights until now, Instead we've been stretched halfway across the planet. I've covered more ground today than most people manage in a month."

Robin's lips curve into that subtle, knowing smile. "You gave Hinata the time she deserved, acquired three beautiful dimensional travelers, eliminated a hostile research group, negotiated an ongoing partnership with a regional slaver network, and coordinated a cruise ship rescue operation. All before dinner."

"When you put it like that, it sounds exhausting."

"It sounds like you need more people," she says simply, turning back to her documentation tablet. "Go. I'll monitor communications."

You push yourself upright, stretching your back until something pops. "Thank you Robin."

"Everyone interested in combat - Icon of the Seas clearing operation launching soon. Hundreds of zombies need disabled or defeated. Volunteers welcome."

The Telepathy Web lights up with responses. Erza's eagerness burns bright. Musashi sends a warrior's acknowledgment. Yoruichi's reply carries a purring anticipation. Sango confirms. Even Mikasa pulses back from wherever she's at.

You head for the flight deck, boots echoing through the corridor. The evening air hits you as you step outside - salt breeze, the Pacific stretching endlessly westward, sunset painting everything copper and gold.

Riveria is already waiting at the Teleportation Circle painted on the deck, jade eyes watching you approach. Her dog collar catches the fading light. Her pristine white lace lingerie as enticing as it is chilling with the phantom memory of the cold night wind, her long elven hair loose around her shoulders.

"I felt you coming," she says quietly. "The connection."

"You don't have to come."

"I want to." She steps beside you. "I flew for hours. I want to see where it's going."

You activate the circle. The transition is instant, revealing the Stallion's cramped cockpit interior. The helicopter banks gently as you enter the cockpit, Riveria ducking her head beneath the low ceiling.

C.C. sits in the pilot's seat, green hair cascading over the headrest, golden eyes half-lidded with that perpetual look of amused detachment. Violet occupies the co-pilot position, blonde hair neat, delicate hands resting on her thighs.

"Took you long enough," C.C. says without turning. "We've been circling for twenty minutes."

"Had a call to make. Status?"

C.C. gestures lazily toward the windshield. "See for yourself."

You move forward, pressing your face near the glass.

Jacksonville harbor stretches below - a sprawling industrial landscape of dark container yards and massive gantry cranes frozen over the water. Moored flat against the concrete docks of the channel sit the two massive container ships, looking like brutalist steel fortresses in the dying light. Their decks are entirely devoid of life, a grim testament to the someone's desperate triage weeks ago.

As the King Stallion thrums forward, leaving the coastline behind, the vast expanse of the Atlantic opens up. And there, anchored in an ascending line stretching out to sea, sit the cruise ships. Five of them.

From this altitude, the scale is mesmerizing. Your eyes trace the line. First is the modest Grandeur of the Seas, followed by the larger Mariner of the Seas, and then the massive, sprawling length of the Symphony of the Seas. Even in the twilight, their white hulls gleam against the dark water, decks stacked fifteen stories high with swimming pools and empty restaurants visible on the upper levels.

But your eyes fix on the final two vessels anchoring the end of the line. The fourth is a massive Royal Caribbean liner, silent and shadowed, but it is entirely dwarfed by the apex of the fleet.

The Icon of the Seas is the largest ship you’ve ever seen. A floating metropolis - twenty decks, multiple neighborhoods, a central park with actual trees visible through the glass canopy. And it’s dark. Completely, utterly dark except for scattered emergency lighting that flickers like dying fireflies. Movement on the decks. Dozens - no, hundreds of shambling figures. Women and children reduced to shambling corpses, drifting between deck chairs and pool equipment.

"Thermal count puts roughly eight hundred fifty infected aboard the Icon," C.C. reports. "Mostly concentrated on the lower passenger decks. Upper decks have fewer - maybe two hundred up top. The fourth ship is showing similar dead signatures."

Violet's voice is precise. "The three smaller surviving vessels have maintained power. They've been signaling with lights - standard distress patterns. I count approximately three thousand four hundred survivors across all three ships."

Riveria stands beside you, her jade eyes fixed on the Icon. "It's... massive. Like a floating city district."

"It's a colossal tomb," you correct quietly. "For now."

"C.C., find a place to set the Stallion to auto-hover. You can have the less experienced pilots take turns flying back to the Anchorage tomorrow."

C.C. tilts her head, golden eyes catching yours with that particular look of amusement she reserves for when you're about to do something she finds interesting. "Going solo into a ship full of eight hundred zombies. Bold."

"I won't be alone for long."

Riveria steps forward, jade eyes sharp. "You're going in alone first."

"Greater Invisibility." you disappear in front of them before continuing, "I'll clear the bridge, open a Gate, and then everyone comes through."

She nods once - the acceptance of a warrior who understands tactical necessity. "Be careful."

"Fly." A weightlessness settling into your limbs as you float an inch off the floor. "Teleport." You transition through windshield of the Stallion, halfway to the Icon, into the evening air.

The Atlantic stretches below, dark water catching the last copper threads of sunset. The Icon of the Seas grows enormous as you approach - twenty decks of white steel and glass, its central park canopy reflecting the dying light. From this distance, you can see individual zombies shambling across the upper pool deck, their movements aimless and slow in the twilight.

You circle the bridge wing first. Through the glass, seven figures move in the dim emergency lighting - five in former crew uniforms, two in passenger clothing. They drift between consoles and navigation equipment, bumping against things without purpose.

You position yourself outside the bridge entrance's windows, "Ghost Sound." - a chorus of muffled conversation, footsteps, the clatter of someone dropping a tray. The sounds emanate from the corridor leading away from the bridge, growing louder as if people are approaching.

The effect is immediate. Heads turn. Dead eyes fix on the doorway. One by one, the seven zombies shuffle toward the sound, drawn by the primal instinct that noise means living prey. They file out through the bridge door, disappearing down the corridor.

"Mage Hand." gently closes the bridge door behind them. The lock clicks home with a satisfying thunk.

You drift down to the center of the main pool deck - an enormous open space with two swimming pools, scattered lounge chairs, and a bar area. Empty. Clear sightlines in every direction. Perfect.

You land, dismiss Fly, "Gate." The shimmering portal tears open in the air before you - a vertical oval of rippling silver light, and through it you can see the flight deck of the Anchorage.

"Ladies, the Gate to the Icon of the Seas is open on the flight deck. Take your time and be safe while dealing with the zombies. Hinata - would you please guide everyone through our newest acquisition?"

Within thirty seconds, the Gate shimmers, and Erza steps through first. Mid-stride, her armor shifts with a metallic scrape into her Heaven's Wheel set, swords hovering around her like a halo.

"I've got the flank," Musashi calls out, following right behind. Her katana is already drawn, and her silver-pink hair catches the glow of the portal.

Yoruichi drops down next to them barefoot, grinning as the ocean breeze catches her purple hair. "Oh, this is going to be fun.

"Sango adjusts the heavy strap of the Hiraikotsu across her back, nodding toward you.

"We're ready."Mikasa materializes right beside you, her ODM gear blades already out. Her enchanted eyes scan the darkened structure of the massive cruise ship, looking for immediate threats.

"Yes, Goshujin-sama," Hinata’s voice echoes from the portal. She steps through, looking steady. "I will guide the rest through the safest paths."

"Eight hundred fifty-ish," you tell them, dismissing Invisibility, letting the air ripple as you reveal yourself to the group. "Mostly lower decks. Bridge is secured. Hinata's guiding the rest through."

Erza rolls her shoulders, swords spinning. "Then we start from the top and work down."

Mikasa's hand finds your arm briefly - a touch, a check "Stay sharp," she murmurs. Then she's gone, launching toward the nearest stairwell with her grapple lines.

You vanish from the pool deck with a whispered "Teleport," reappearing in the bridge of the Icon of the Seas. The space is dark except for emergency lighting painting everything in amber strips. You do a slow circuit - behind the captain's chair, the navigation consoles, the port and starboard wings visible through glass. Empty. The door lock holds firm.

The captain's quarters adjoin the bridge through a heavy door. Inside, an average-size flat-screen television mounted on the wall serves as your Interface focus. You press your palm against the screen, feeling the cold surface, and begin.

"Interface. Connection. Energy Conversion. Network Node. Refuel. Repair. Refill. Cleanliness. Thermostasis. Vigor. Regenerate. Aging Reversal. Aura Ward. Lucidity. Zero-Sleep. Warding Field. Muffling Aura. Silent Field. Mana Capacity."

Mana floods through you, the size and complexity requiring more power than the Hoover Dam. The enchantment cascades through the ship's steel bones - every deck, every corridor, every cabin. Cleanliness spreads first, grime and decay lifting from years-old corners. Thermostasis follows, stabilizing temperatures throughout the twenty decks. Warding Field layers the hull in protective energy. Silent Field dampens the mechanical groaning, the sudden lack making the ocean's water and zombies shambling apparent accompanied by occasional distant thuds of combat. Sustenance and Regenerate ready, dormant but loaded.

The process takes perhaps two minutes. From the three surviving ships a mile distant, crew members on watch would have seen the Icon of the Seas pulse with a brief, ethereal glow - a shimmer of light-gold light racing across the hull from bow to stern before fading.

You cast "Teleportation Circle." on the bridge floor, silver lines glowing against the dark carpet, half complete.

"Teleport." You materialize on the Anchorage flight deck - familiar gray steel, the Pacific sunset bleeding orange across the western horizon. And four women standing in a loose semicircle with expressions ranging from exasperated to genuinely worried.

Albedo reaches you first. Her white gown billows slightly as she closes the distance, golden eyes sharp with that particular mix of concern and irritation only she manages. "You went in alone. Again."

"The Stallion couldn't land on a cruise ship deck-"

"You could have told us before you went." Her arms cross beneath her chest. "I am your strategic coordinator. That means knowing where you are."

Rin's voice cuts in from the side, arms folded, black skirt ruffling in the ocean breeze. "He teleported solo into a ship with eight hundred zombies. Because apparently that's just his Tuesday now."

"It was a simple bridge clearing-"

"Simple," Maria echoes, violet eyes narrowed. "You locked a door and called it tactical."

You hold up both hands. "I had Invisibility and Flight, no direct combat. It took a bit over a minute. The bridge was empty before I even considered where I'd open the Gate."

Asia steps forward, her modified habit catching the wind. "Are you hurt?"

"Not a scratch." You pull Albedo into a hug first - she stiffens for half a second before melting into it, wings folding tight against her back. Then Rin, who accepts the embrace with a huff but doesn't pull away. Maria next, her black dress pressed against you as she mutters something about "reckless masters." Asia last, gentle and warm, her arms wrapping around your waist.

Behind them, near the Magnificent Mansion door, Priestess watches with wide eyes - her white-gold robes catching the fading light, blonde hair stirring. She doesn't approach, but her gaze tracks you with that particular intensity of someone still learning what safety feels like.

You release Asia and turn to Rin. "Would you stay on the flight deck for a bit? Gate's open to the Icon - there's a clearing operation happening. Unlikely anything comes through, but better safe than sorry."

Rin sighs but nods. "Fine. Someone has to babysit the portal."

You leave her walking toward the shimmering Gate, gem magic crackling faintly at her fingertips, and head below decks. The corridor to the galley takes two minutes. You find Bulma at a workbench near the engineering bay, blue ponytail swinging as she sketches diagrams on a tablet, surrounded by disassembled electronic components.

"Hey," you say.

She looks up. "Oh good. I need to talk to you about those corpses."

Bulma opens her mouth to launch into technical findings and you silence her the most effective way you know - lips against hers, one hand sliding up her side to cup the curve of her breast through her practical work shirt.

She makes a startled sound against your mouth, then melts into it, blue ponytail swaying as her body softens against yours. Her hands grip your shoulders, fingers tightening in the fabric of your black t-shirt.

You pull back just enough to speak, your breath warm against her lips. "I was looking for you for the same reason."

"The corpses?" Her voice is breathier than she'd like to admit.

"The male - you'll find him in a series called Trigun. Full desert planet. He's supposedly some kind of plant-alien, one of two genius brothers who showed up in a sci-fi spaceship power plant without proper explanation." Your hands trace down her waist, finding the hem of her shirt. "You should have been able to tell from his scars that he's had a pretty shitty life. Almost a hundred years of self-guilt, letting humans torture him for his brother's crimes. And he still looks like he's in his early twenties."

Bulma's eyes widen. "A hundred years? But the cellular degradation-"

"Please remove all the shrapnel and metal from his corpse. When I resurrect him it'll all regenerate properly." You tug her shirt upward, exposing the smooth plane of her stomach. "As his involuntary payment for your unsolicited services, take as many scans and samples as you want. And give the handgun a full inspection too - it's supposedly capable of shooting a beam that can destroy cities."

"Destroy cities?" Bulma's scientific mind wars visibly with her physical response to your hands sliding beneath her shirt.

"As for the woman - she's human, famous in multiple languages for her huge boobs. I'll get more into her personally during the group meeting." You pull her shirt over her head, revealing a simple white bra beneath. "Her arm should have an internal-external gauntlet named The Witchblade. It grants a chosen woman supernatural power at the cost of rare nutrients and general lifespan - the more power she needs, the more of her life it burns. In her story they made inferior copies and clones of compatible women, creating an expendable semi-obedient female army of super-clones."

Bulma's bra hits the floor. Her breasts are full and round, nipples already hardening under your fingertips. "An expendable clone army and a biological weapon-"

"Put her arm and the Witchblade to the side for now. You'll have plenty of time to research it."

She nods, blue eyes dark with arousal as you unbutton her pants and push them down her thighs. She steps out of them, standing in nothing but white cotton panties and socks, her ponytail disheveled, cheeks flushed pink.

"Alright," she breathes.

You drop to one knee, lifting her left leg over your shoulder. The angle puts her pussy at eye level - the white cotton damp at the center. You hook two fingers into the fabric and pull it aside, exposing her - pink, glistening, the delicate folds of her labia already swollen with arousal.

You press your mouth against her, kissing her cunt the way you kissed her lips moments ago. She gasps, one hand flying to the back of your head, fingers tangling in your hair. Your tongue traces the length of her slit, gathering her wetness, before finding her clit - the small, firm bud that you suck between your lips.

"Oh - fuck-" Bulma's hips buck forward. Her thigh trembles against your shoulder. You grip her ass with both hands, steadying her, pulling her closer against your mouth as you lick her clit with slow, deliberate circles of your tongue.

She's already close - the anticipation of your arrival, the intellectual stimulation of the corpse analysis, the power dynamic of being undressed while receiving information. Her breathing comes in short, sharp bursts. "Yes - right there - don't stop!"
