"What if they’re remnants of the previous S-Class monsters that we fought...?" Commander Lynn stared at Lord Zark as he added, "We weren’t able to defeat all of them back then, even with Nyx’s help. We took down most of them, but some fled. So what if they’re back...?"

The theory made sense, and it had them sitting and staring at one another as they considered the possibility.

Finally, Lord Vale sighed. "Let’s not think too much about it right now..."

He stared at Ally, who was still sleeping, before adding, "We should worry about the safety of the little ones for now and prepare behind the scenes for the worst..."

Lord Zark agreed with a nod. "Yes, let’s do that."

Ayra turned to Ally. "Speaking of little ones... where are the triplets and Zay? Do you know where they are?"

Lord Zark and Lord Ash stared at each other before turning to Commander Lynn. They hesitated, wondering where the cubs could be.

"I believe they are..." Before Lord Vale could finish, they heard sounds coming from outside.

The triplets and Zay had finally arrived at the room in the company of Rai and his peers.

"Mama! Mama! Look what we brought you!" Neris happily announced as he rushed in. The cubs had allowed Rai and his peers to carry the load for them.

The cubs rushed in happily and noisily, and Ayra immediately wanted to tell them to be careful not to wake their sister.

But it was already too late.

They were already inside, and Ally had woken up.

The triplets landed on the bed together as they stared at Ayra and Ally. Ally had opened her eyes and slowly sat up, rubbing a hand over them while staring at what was happening.

"Sister Ally, look at what we got for you!" Neris announced happily. "I got it all for you and Mama."

Ayra and the others turned and stared at the apples Rai and the others had brought for them. They were rather confused and surprised.

Nat nodded as he said, "Exactly. It was all Neris’ smart work! He got it for you, Sister, and also for Mama. It’s his gift!" he happily declared.

Ayra stared at the fruits and then at Neris. She smiled. "Did you really get this by yourself?"

Neris hesitated before shaking his head. "No! They all helped me to get it." He pointed to Nat, Nyeon, and Zay.

Neris further explained how Zay had been able to fly and get the apples while they gathered them, and how they had brought everything back with Zay’s super strength.

Ayra and the fathers were impressed as they turned and stared at Zay. Zay simply sat there, staring back at them as if nothing had happened.

"Did you really do that, Zay?" Rai smiled as he patted him on the hair.

Ayra smiled. "I guess he really is a strong one at his age..." She then turned to stare at Neris. "And whose idea was all this? Yours?"

Neris hesitated before nodding firmly. "I was the reason Sister was sick, and I also made you angry. So I wanted to give you and Sister a gift to make it up to you."

"I hope you like it..." Neris said, his big eyes glittering with a pouty expression.

Ally smiled as she brushed a hand through her hair. "Don’t say that at all. It’s not your fault. I’m happy to protect you whenever."

Ally added, "So don’t feel bad at all. Okay?"

Nat and Nyeon turned to Ayra, pulling closer as they tugged at her clothes.

"Mama, please forgive Neris. He won’t do it again. He has already learnt his lesson," Nat pleaded.

"Forgive him and also give him some milk," Nyeon added.

Ayra smiled at the wholesome scene as she leaned closer. She pulled Neris toward her and gently patted his head, brushing through his messy hair.

"You little one... do you think I hate you?" she asked with a smile.

Neris said nothing, simply staring at her with his pouty expression.

Ayra smiled and continued patting his hair gently. "I can never hate my little pumpkin." She tapped him on the nose. "And I’m glad you know what you did wrong."

Neris nodded. "Yes, I know. And I won’t do it again."

Ayra smiled while gently patting his hair. "It’s okay. Mama isn’t mad at you anymore. Mama always loves you. Always."

On hearing that, a smile flashed across Neris’ face. He instantly rushed into Ayra’s arms and hugged her firmly.

"I love you too, Mama! Thank you, Mama!" Neris sounded so happy knowing that Ayra wasn’t mad at him anymore.

Lord Vale smiled at the scene as he folded his arms. "And what do you have to say to Papa too?"

Neris gently pulled away from Ayra’s arms and turned to stare at Lord Vale. He tilted his head before innocently asking, "Take some apple?"

Lord Ash and Rai couldn’t help but burst into laughter.

Nat and Nyeon ran down, picked two apples from the basket, and went to hand them to Lord Vale. He carried the two in his arms and smiled at them.

"Okay. I’ll accept the apple as your apology," he said, taking a bite from the apple Nat had given him.

Neris made his way down and also picked two apples from the basket. He then went up and handed one to Ayra and another to Ally, who was sitting on the bed.

"Here. Accept my apology! It’s big and delicious," he insisted.

Ayra smiled as she took the apple. "Okay, I’ll accept it."

"I didn’t know Neris was this sweet," Ally said with a smile.

Neris looked at her and explained, "You once got hurt trying to get apples for us back then. So we also got this apple for you because of that."

Zay, who had been peacefully sitting there, also nodded firmly in agreement with what was said.

And at that very moment, Ally’s expression exploded with emotion.
