Chapter 2686: Fallen God Izanagi III

The Fallen God Izanagi’s spear flew directly towards Musika but she immediately stopped player her cello. As soon as she stopped playing, the Prima Ballerina vanished from its current location and appeared next to Musika. The spear of the Fallen God Izanagi that is filled with his divine energy is then stopped by the Prima Ballerina.

One would think that the Prima Ballerina would need to use a powerful attack to stop the spear but it did not. With its sharp fingers, the Prima Ballerina touched the very tip of the spear and stopped it with just two fingers. Shock could be seen from the face of the Fallen God Izanagi as that should not be possible because one would need to have strength far greater than the current him.

Musika immediately started playing the music again as the spear of the Fallen God Izanagi fell to the ground. All of the divine energy from the spear itself was absorbed by the Prima Ballerina. One could say that the Fallen God Izanagi will need to supply divine energy into his spear in order to mentally wield it like before. The Fallen God Izanagi would have easily done it if not for the Prima Ballerina appearing before him again.

Unlike before, the Fallen God Izanagi finally noticed how the Prima Ballerina could appear next to him in an instant. The Prima Ballerina will perform a Jete or a leap that takes off from one foot and lands on the other, often appearing like a split in the air. By performing the Jete, the Prima Ballerina would actually slice up the space in front of her and slip inside it in an instant. The Prima Ballerina would then appear at the location where another slice in space appears.

The Fallen God Izanagi noticed this but there is still one thing that he cannot change. He still has on idea on how to defend against the Prima Ballerina as it is a being that is not affected by his divine energy. In fact, the being before him feeds on divine energy to sustain itself as each note that Musika is playing would create divine energy in the surrounding area. The notes that Musika plays also serves as the way to control the Prima Ballerina in order to make it move in the way that she wants to.

“I cannot stay here or else I will be killed. I need to escape while I can.” The Fallen God Izanagi thought as he only has a little bit of divine energy left in his body.

The Fallen God Izanagi took the best gamble and inserted some of his divine energy into his spear once again. He then controlled the spear to strike at Musika as she is immobile in her current form. As soon as the spear is about to reach Musika, she stopped playing once more and the Prima Ballerina shifted its focus from the Fallen God Izanagi to Musika.

The Prima Ballerina once again defended Musika from the attack but that also meant that the Fallen God Izanagi managed to infuse his body with enough divine energy to gain massive distance. The Fallen God Izanagi would have escaped if that were the case. The Prima Ballerina that appeared before Musika is not wearing a red dress but a white one and it has a white swan motif.

This Prima Ballerina looked gentler compared to the aura of the red one. It also gracefully blocked the spear with its sharp foot instead of the fingers. The noticeable change is also the fact that the white Prima Ballerina is only two meters tall as the red Prima Ballerina is at least four meters tall. The Fallen God Izanagi thought that he would escape as soon as he sacrificed his prized spear but he is wrong.

The Fallen God Izanagi suddenly screamed out loud as a silent but quick slash managed to sever his legs from his body. The sudden severing of his legs disrupted the flow of divine energy in the Fallen God Izanagi body which resulted in it exploding in his face. The Fallen God Izanagi crashed to the ground instead as he finally noticed the being that attacked him.

A Prima Ballerina dressed in black swan motif appeared behind him and performed a pirouette. Unlike a pirouette that is performed gracefully, the pirouette performed by the black Prima Ballerina was deadly. The black Prima Ballerina extended its sharp leg outwards and used divine energy to slice everything around it. Any being that is near the black Prima Ballerina would be severed upon contact which is why it is a good thing that only Fallen God Izanagi was there.

As soon as the black Prima Ballerina successfully did its performance, it performed a dance with the white Prima Ballerina. They did a pas de deux or a ballet dance featuring two people. The two Prima Ballerinas performed gracefully for a short moment before both of them fused together to make the red Prima Ballerina. The red Prima Ballerina even did a curtsy as if its performance is about to end.

“Impossible! My divine energy was severed. The only beings that could do that are the gods of time and space but they are no longer alive.” The Fallen God Izanagi stated as he could feel his divine energy getting transferred to the Prima Ballerina.

The Fallen God Izanagi could not believe that there was a being or at least something that can defeat gods easily. That thing is also under the command of the Muses which should not be the case as they were always believed to be goddesses that were meant to serve and entertain. The fact that they have a thing that can defeat gods if summoned should alarm all of the gods but then the eastern continent is not monitored by the other gods as it is obscured.

The other gods will never know about the Prima Ballerina. There is one god that managed to observe it all but the gods of death do not concern themselves of the fears of other gods. King Yama actually thought that the Prima Ballerina is impressive because it is a Divine Doll made up of parts from the gods of time and space. Still, even King Yama thinks that only the Muses can operate such a thing as it moves through commands via divine energy.

Unlike other divine beings, the Muses possess the ability to mold divine energy and phenomena to their will using music. This is the gift bestowed upon them by the Creator when they were born. They are also the only divine beings that can have mortal counterparts as they are a collective and not individual. The Prima Ballerina is a top-class Divine Artifact in the care of the Muses as a way to protect themselves against the abuse of other gods.

“No wonder they no longer cater to the call of the other gods. It seems that they have such a thing on their sleeve that can protect them. All of the people that are at the side of the Mediators are really interesting.” King Yama stated as he watched the Prima Ballerina perform its last dance that severed the head of the Fallen God Izanagi.

[The Fallen God Izanagi has been killed.]

The Prima Ballerina then performed its last bow as it held the hands of Musika up high as if it was giving praise to the musical performer. The Prima Ballerina then slowly went back and a rift appeared behind it. The rift closed as soon as the Prima Ballerina entered it while also performing a curtsy where its skirt reached the floor then posing gracefully.

The surrounding area suddenly became normal once again as this otherworldly chill vanished. The presence of the Prima Ballerina alone was enough to scare away Lower Gods. With the disappearance of the Prima Ballerina, the lower gods seized this chance to finish off the weakened Ark, Basil, and Musika but they were unsuccessful due to reinforcements that came to aid them.

Just like with the other divine souls, the Fallen God Izanagi soul tried to escape but King Yama was already there to intercede. Unlike the expression of the Fallen Goddess Izanami, the Fallen God Izanagi looked at King Yama with intense rage. It was a gaze full of scorn and admonition as if he was wronged for all eternity.

“YOU! HOW ARE YOU HERE!” The Fallen God Izanagi soul shouted as it has been trapped by the flames used by King Yama.

“How I came here is not important. You should know that your beloved wife is already at the underworld. You shall join him there for eternity of punishment for the crimes that you have committed.” King Yama stated with a smile but the Fallen God Izanagi soul did not want that.

The Fallen God Izanagi soul started to shine as he was actually trying to detonate himself. He believed that extinguishing himself would be far better than being sent to the underworld.
