Chapter 2155 - 2155: The Rewards of Training (1)

"Yes, Summoning Master!"

Protos was equally excited about his rewards.

He had not only improved his skills but also awakened 10 percent of his Elemental Ascendance.

Besides wanting to test his skills, Protos was naturally curious whether he could obtain more rewards by continuing his training.

"Good. Before that, use this Divine Pearl."

Suddenly, Ajax remembered the Divine Pearls he had collected from killing the Quasi-Divine Elemental Beasts.

He took out a Divine Pearl (Fire) and handed it to Protos.

"Summoning Master, what is this?"

Protos curiously examined the pearl in his hands.

"It's a Divine Pearl. It can help you fully awaken your Elemental Ascendance."

Ajax briefly explained its purpose.

"Really?"

Upon hearing that, Protos's eyes widened.

Every Elemental Spirit, as soon as it was born, possessed innate memories that included information about Summoners, Contracts, and even Elemental Ascendance.

Protos also gained information about the Elemental Ascendance and wanted to fully awaken his Elemental Ascendance as soon as possible.

"Of course."

Ajax nodded.

"Consume it. Once your Elemental Ascendance is fully awakened, your battle prowess will increase considerably."

For Elemental Spirits, Elemental Ascendance was extremely important.

It was not only a prerequisite for accompanying their Summoners when they ascended to the Heavenly Realms but also a source of immense power.

Once an Elemental Spirit fully awakened its Elemental Ascendance, its battle prowess would increase by three times.

For Protos, who was still at the Elemental Soldier Realm, such an increase would be extremely valuable.

After all, he needed to fight Elemental Beasts whose cultivation was far higher than his own.

The greater his battle prowess, the easier it would be for him to damage their crystalline bodies and eventually kill them.

"Thank you, Summoning Master!"

Protos didn't hesitate any longer, and he immediately consumed the Divine Pearl.

'Swiish!'

The moment the Divine Pearl entered his body, a powerful wave of energy spread throughout him.

Golden-red flames erupted from his tiny body, and the fire halo surrounding him became much brighter.

The Fire Essence of Nature in his body began circulating rapidly, merging with the energy released by the Divine Pearl.

At the same time, the faint mark of his Elemental Ascendance gradually became clearer.

10 percent.

30 percent.

50 percent.

80 percent.

100 percent!

In just a few moments, Protos's Elemental Ascendance had been fully awakened.

[Congratulations! The Elemental Spirit, Protos, has fully awakened his Elemental Ascendance.]

[The Elemental Spirit's battle prowess has increased by three times.]

Ajax nodded in satisfaction as he watched Protos's transformation.

'With his Elemental Ascendance fully awakened, he could kill the Low-Level King Realm Flaming Monkeys in less than 8 minutes.'

Originally, Protos had needed repeated attacks to crack the crystalline body of a Low-Level King Realm Flaming Monkey.

It took him 12 minutes to kill it.

Now, with his battle prowess tripled, he should be able to damage it much more efficiently.

Moreover, he still had his improved [Advanced Flame Arrow] and his newly awakened [Flame Explosion].

'Let's see how much stronger he has become.'

Ajax looked towards the Flaming Forest with a faint smile.

There were countless Flaming Monkeys hiding from him.

For Protos, each one of them was an opportunity to improve his battle prowess further.

"Come on, Protos. Let's continue your training."

"Yes, Summoning Master!"

The Elemental Spirit Child replied excitedly.

With his Elemental Ascendance fully awakened, Protos was more confident than ever about completing his Summoning Master's next task.

As for Ajax, he was eager to discover how many more surprises his first Elemental Spirit in this universe could bring him.

'Time to find the Flaming Monkeys.'

Even though the Flaming Monkeys were hiding from him, how could they truly hide from Ajax's Divine Spirit Consciousness?

With a casual search using his Divine Spirit Consciousness, Ajax quickly found one and knocked it unconscious before asking Protos to kill it.

"Begin."

"Yes, Summoning Master!"

Protos nodded and raised his hand.

[Advanced Flame Arrow]!

'Swiish!'

A spinning flame arrow appeared in front of Protos before shooting towards the Flaming Monkey's abdomen.

Even though he could use multiple arrows, Protos concentrated all his Fire Essence of Nature into a single arrow to maximise its destructive power.

The spinning flame arrow struck the Flaming Monkey's crystalline body with tremendous force.

'Swiish!'

As soon as it touched the Flaming Monkey's abdomen, it created a small explosion, but it didn't do much damage to the Flaming Monkey.

'Not bad.'

Ajax nodded in satisfaction.

Although it didn't crack the Flaming Monkey's body, the mark left behind by the arrow was much clearer than the marks left by his previous attacks.

"Continue."

"Yes, Summoning Master!"

Protos was not disappointed that he couldn't crack the Flaming Monkey's body with a single attack.

He knew his battle prowess was still insufficient to deal with a King Realm Elemental Beast.

Therefore, he repeated the process, releasing [Advanced Flame Arrow] again and again.

'Swiish!'

'Swiish!'

Each spinning arrow struck the same spot, gradually deepening the mark on the Flaming Monkey's crystalline body.

Previously, it had taken Protos twelve minutes to kill a Low-Level King Realm Flaming Monkey.

However, this time, it took only three minutes.

'Only three minutes? Excellent!'

Ajax was pleasantly surprised.

Even though he had already weakened the Flaming Monkey before letting Protos attack it, it was still an achievement for an Elemental Spirit at the Elemental Soldier Realm to kill an unconscious Low-Level King Realm Elemental Beast in just three minutes.

After all, the difference in their cultivation was enormous.

Moreover, Protos had achieved this without relying on any external assistance, such as a bloodline boost from the Summoner during the fight.

[The host's Elemental Spirit, Protos, has killed an Elemental Beast.]

[The reward is the skill proficiency]

[The skill proficiency of [Advanced Flame Arrow] has increased significantly.]

'Swiish!'

Soon, an Elemental Spirit Ascension Crystal appeared in Ajax's hand.

Looking at the crystal, Ajax was not particularly surprised.

'Oh?'

Ajax's eyes lit up as he read the notifications.

'An increase in skill proficiency?'
