Princess Vivi’s face was filled with despair. It seemed she wasn’t going to get any help.

“Shin-nii, can we help her?” Shirahoshi asked, tugging on Shin’s hand.

Hearing her words, a flicker of hope ignited in Vivi’s eyes. She looked at Shin with anticipation. A Yonko—could solve the Kingdom of Alabasta’s crisis with a single casual move.

“Shirahoshi, you’re too kind. Nothing in this world is free,” Robin said, patting her little head. Getting something for nothing was simply impossible. Even if you asked Shin for help, he would never do it for free.

“I will do my best to repay Shin-sama,” Vivi immediately stated.

“A verbal promise is meaningless,” Kalifa glanced at her and said calmly.

“…”

Vivi gritted her teeth before speaking. “I truly have nothing to offer. I’m just a princess. But if Shin-sama is willing to help me, I will repay him with everything I have.”

“Shin-nii,” Shirahoshi pleaded, pulling his hand again.

Looking at her cute, wide eyes, Shin felt quite helpless.

“Alright. Remember what you said,” he said calmly to her. For Shirahoshi’s sake, he didn’t mind helping.

“Thank you, Shin-sama, thank you.” Vivi thanked him, and then she thanked Shirahoshi. She knew that without the mermaid’s help, he would have never agreed.

Olvia and the others had no objection to Shin agreeing to help Vivi. The Kingdom of Alabasta was on their way regardless. So even if they helped her, it wouldn’t waste any of their time.

“You can come on board with us for now,” Shin said to her.

Vivi was a bit reserved, but her heart was filled with gratitude. The kingdom was finally saved. With a Yonko involved, not even Crocodile could stir up any trouble. As a princess of a Grand Line kingdom, she was well aware of how powerful the Four Emperors were.

“By the way, Shin-sama, I believe my undercover identity has been discovered, so the senior agents of Baroque Works are all hunting me,” Vivi explained.

“Oh.”

Shin’s reaction was calm. ‘Could the agents of Baroque Works really come to his ship to arrest someone?’

If they truly had the guts, he wouldn’t mind sending them to their deaths.

Seeing his calm reaction, Vivi stayed silent. A Warlord was nothing compared to a Yonko. Yet to her, a Warlord was still an untouchable titan.

“Let’s go to Little Garden first,” Shin said to Nami.

“Little Garden, it’s marked on the nautical chart,” Nami replied, looking at the chart.

“What are we going to do there?” Hancock asked him with confusion.

“Little Garden is called the Prehistoric Island. There are two giants fighting on it, and they have been fighting for a hundred years. I’m going to see them.” Shin suddenly remembered the two giants in Little Garden.

The lifespan of the giant race was obviously longer than that of normal people.

“Giants.” Olvia and the others thought of Saul.

Because of Shin, Saul had escaped and was now living quietly in a remote corner of the world.

Giants were exceedingly rare. A few giant Vice Admirals served in the Marines, and their strength was formidable. The greatest advantage of giants was their sheer physical power. With ease, they could overturn a warship as if it were a child’s toy.

————

Thanks to Pluton’s incredible speed, it did not take long for them to reach Little Garden.

“Is this a giant?”

This was the first time Nami had seen a giant. It was twenty meters tall, which was a terrifying sight to her. “I never expected there to be creatures like giants in this world.”

But thinking about it, since creatures like fish-men existed, why couldn’t giants?

“The Blue Ogre, Dorry, and the Red Ggre, Brogy.” Shin looked at the two former captains of the Giant Warrior Pirates.

Because of a small matter, they had been fighting in Little Garden for a hundred years. Their minds probably weren’t all there. If they were thinking clearly, they wouldn’t have been fighting here for so long.

“Well, someone’s here. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen anyone.” The two giants who were fighting temporarily stopped and looked at Shin and his group.

“They won’t attack us, will they? Why don’t we just leave quickly?” Nami asked Shin. At that moment, fear flickered across her face.

After all, when confronted with legendary giants, who wouldn’t be afraid? Such a terrifying creature could crush her beneath a single step.

“Nami, are you scared? I could take down a beast like that with one swing,” Hancock said to Nami.

“Really?” Nami looked at Hancock with suspicion. Comparing Hancock’s height to the giant’s, the difference was immense. Could she really kill him with one swing?

“Of course… If you don’t believe me, I’ll demonstrate!” Hancock said, preparing to act.

“Forget it, Hancock. They haven’t attacked us,” Olvia said. Killing those two giants with a single slash would have been terribly unfair.

“Humans, your aura is very strong,” Dorry said, looking at Shin and his group. They could all feel that formidable aura.

“Want to fight?” Brogy asked Shin, holding a giant axe in one hand and a round shield in the other.

“Fight? You think you’re worthy of challenging the captain?” Kalifa said with disdain. Her scorn was palpable, and Dorry and Brogy bristled with anger, barely restraining themselves from attacking.

While they weren’t evil, neither one was exactly known for keeping their cool. Otherwise, they wouldn’t have been beating the hell out of each other for hours over something so petty—they just had to prove who was stronger.

“You’re not convinced, are you? Very well,” Kalifa said, very confident.

“<Earth Scroll!>”

Using her Float-Float Fruit powers, she tore up chunks of earth and hurled them at Dorry and Brogy. The ground itself was ripped away in massive sheets.

Even the two giants were knocked back, their bodies battered and bleeding.

“You’re that strong!!” Nami stared at Kalifa in shock. How could someone so slender send two mountain-sized giants flying like that.

“This is nothing special. Get yourself a decent Devil Fruit and put in the work, and you could be just as strong,” Kalifa said matter-of-factly.

But Nami wasn’t so sure about that—she knew herself well enough to admit she wasn’t exactly the training type.
