Orland’s brows immediately furrowed. He stepped forward, pulled Zahn behind him, and looked at the doctor.

"Is something wrong?" he asked.

The three doctors smiled for a moment before nodding politely.

"You’ve misunderstood. We were just making casual conversation. We were among the doctors who helped Mrs. Hana deliver her babies five years ago. So, when we saw Zahn, we wanted to greet him."

Zahn tilted his head and peeked out from behind Orland’s body. Both his hands unconsciously gripped the man’s clothes tightly.

The male doctor raised his hand, intending to pat Zahn on the head, but Orland immediately slapped it away.

"What are you trying to do? Stop bringing up the past," he said firmly in a cold voice.

The doctor nodded casually, as if he genuinely didn’t care.

"We want to transfer three patients named Mrs. Jesy, Jezy, and Jexy. We’ll conduct a thorough examination to determine why they still haven’t regained consciousness."

Zahn frowned. He immediately moved to stand beside Orland.

"I’m the one responsible for them. Who are you? Didn’t the hospital director inform you about that?"

The three doctors looked at Zahn. A faint smile then appeared on one of their faces.

"Little boy, do you think we’re playing around? This is a serious matter. If you have doubts, you can follow us to the ward where they’ll be transferred. What do you say? Want to come along?"

Thud!

A punch landed squarely on the face of the doctor who had just spoken.

"So, you’re the people Hans has been looking for?" Orland asked coldly. "Were you the one who hurt them?"

The doctor was stunned. He immediately touched his face, which was beginning to swell from Orland’s punch.

However, the two men standing beside him immediately pulled out black pistols and pointed them at Orland.

"Back off!"

Orland immediately pulled Zahn behind him when he realized the situation was no longer in their favor.

Zahn nodded and hid behind the man’s body.

The man Orland had just punched took off his doctor’s coat and carelessly threw it onto the floor.

"Hand over Mrs. Hana’s child if you still want to live."

"Heh..." Orland sneered. "So, your target since yesterday has been Hana’s children? You want to kill them? And because you couldn’t get any information out of them yesterday, you hurt them instead, right?"

"Bah!"

The man spat. Saliva mixed with blood from Orland’s punch landed right in front of his feet.

Orland Hesh frowned. His eyes narrowed as he stared at the man who dared to act so brazenly in front of him.

"People who have done something like this have met miserable deaths in the past. I never expected anyone would dare to try it again."

Orland loosened his tie before looking at each of them with a dark gaze.

Thud!

His fist struck the man’s face again. His legs moved swiftly, kicking both fake doctors before they even realized what he was about to do.

Crash!

Thud!

The three men who had been so brazen and arrogant in front of Orland were finally sprawled across the hospital floor.

Orland walked around them and picked up the pistol that had been thrown far from its original position. He immediately removed the bullets, then discarded the gun and ammunition separately.

Crack!

The sound of breaking bones rang out as Orland stepped on the arm of one of the men pretending to be a doctor.

"Where is your boss? Tell me if you still want to live."

His voice was so cold and threatening that anyone who heard it would know he was holding back his anger.

"Ugh!" the man hissed. "You... who are you? Let go of my arm, you bastard!"

Crack!

The sound of breaking bones rang out again.

"You wanted to kidnap Hana’s children, but you didn’t even bother finding out who their father was?" Orland sneered. "It seems that so-called heir is still far more foolish than Hans."

"You... agh!"

Orland snorted. He took his phone from his pocket and dialed a number without a name attached to it.

"Come upstairs. Take care of these idiots within five minutes."

He ended the call immediately, before the person on the other end could even respond.

Three minutes later, the hospital room door opened again. Orland frowned when he saw who had arrived.

A group of men with stiff expressions stood in the doorway. They were also wearing doctor’s coats that looked completely ill-fitting on their bodies.

Orland took a deep breath.

"Damn it... does everyone in Karua City have such low intelligence?" he cursed.

Behind him, Zahn swallowed nervously at the sight of seven grown men, each carrying a pistol and now pointing it at Orland.

"Hand over Mrs. Hana’s child to us. You’ll be safe if you surrender him immediately."

Orland chuckled. He raised his head and looked at each of them in turn.

"Damn it... you’re truly a bunch of idiots."

With a swift movement, Orland kicked one of the men still lying beneath his feet toward them.

The man’s body slid across the floor and only stopped after crashing into one of his accomplices.

"Ugh!"

Fresh blood spilled from his mouth. He stared at Orland in horror while his companions looked at him irritably.

The man raised his head again, but before their eyes could meet, a sudden kick made them flinch.

Thud!

Thud!

Thud!

"I never thought I’d have to deal with people like you with my own hands," Orland said sarcastically.

He walked toward one of the men who had done most of the talking earlier, grabbed him by the neck, and shoved him against the wall.

Thud!

"Where are those heirs hiding?" Orland asked.

"Ugh! What are you talking about? What heir? I really don’t know what you mean."

The man fell silent for a few moments before speaking again.

"You... are you the wild man our boss has been looking for? Are you the father of Mrs. Hana’s three children?"

Orland didn’t answer. Instead, his grip around the man’s neck tightened.

"So, you’d rather die than reveal where your ridiculous accomplices are hiding?"

Bang!

Thud!

Orland’s body finally collapsed. His hand, which had been gripping the man’s neck, fell away.

With great difficulty, Orland turned toward the sound of the gunshot.

A man in ordinary clothes stood behind him, pointing a pistol at him. A sinister smile curved his lips as he looked at Orland Hesh, whose face had now turned pale.

"Orland Hesh, you’re still underestimating people," he sneered. "Was the lesson you learned seven years ago not enough to get rid of that arrogance of yours?"
