"M-me? O-okay."

The doctor quickly handed him another scalpel. Zahn took it without hesitation.

"Give me the perforator."

The doctor nodded and handed him everything he asked for.

"Little one, her blood pressure is rising. It keeps going up!" The doctor’s face turned pale as he looked at Jexy’s readings on the monitor.

Zahn’s expression did not change in the slightest. There was no trace of panic on his face. "Give me the anesthetic infiltration."

The doctor nodded and immediately gave it to him as ordered.

Zahn carefully examined the opening in Jexy’s skull through the surgical microscope. His eyes narrowed several times.

"Give me the suction."

Seeing how serious Zahn looked, the young doctor unconsciously stopped doubting him. He immediately handed over the requested equipment.

Minute after minute passed, turning into hours.

Zahn finally let out a sigh when he saw the result of the surgery. With careful movements, he closed the wound on Jexy’s head according to the medical procedures he had mastered.

Once he finished, Zahn immediately climbed down from the chair he had been standing on and leaned his body against it. He wiped the sweat from his forehead with both hands, completely ignoring the young doctor who was staring at him as if he had just witnessed a monster that had eaten human bones.

Zahn then looked up at his two brothers, Sean and Kevin, who were watching him nervously.

He raised his hand and made an okay sign.

"Success!" Kevin shouted with reddened eyes before hugging Sean beside him.

Sean sighed and patted Kevin’s shoulder, trying to calm him down.

Orland Hesh said nothing, but his gray eyes showed a flash of admiration for Zahn, who was still sitting and resting with a pale face.

The hospital director standing between them shook his head in disbelief. His hands even moved to repeatedly pat his own face.

"Is this really real? Did that little boy really manage to perform such a major surgery?" he asked the doctors around him.

The doctors also stared at Zahn with eyes full of admiration and shock. It was as if they had just witnessed a god descend from the heavens to slap them across the face.

Orland hurried down to the floor where Jexy’s operating room was located, together with Sean and Kevin. Meanwhile, Zahn walked out while removing the mask covering part of his face.

"Zahn!" Sean and Kevin shouted at the same time.

"You really are my little brother. I won’t deny it anymore this time," Sean said as he gently patted Zahn’s head.

Zahn snorted and looked at Sean.

"My brain isn’t that bad. I’m as smart as Mom. Did you know that?" he asked with a mocking expression.

Orland looked at Zahn with a smile.

Hana’s intelligence... everyone knew just how incredible it was.

He looked at Zahn several times as if trying to confirm something.

Could his seed and Dion Sexa’s seed have mixed and somehow improved Hans’s seed? A child with this level of intelligence clearly couldn’t possibly be the son of only Hans and Hana.

Kevin, who was standing beside Zahn, immediately took a box of chocolate milk from his jacket pocket. "I brought this for you. Drink it."

Zahn accepted it without refusing and quickly finished it.

"Let’s go to Grandma Jesy and Jezy’s room. Grandma Jexy’s condition is better now. She’s being treated by the doctor who helped me earlier. If she makes it through tonight’s observation period, Grandma Jexy should be moved to a regular ward tomorrow."

Sean and Kevin nodded. "Hmm, let’s go."

The two immediately grabbed Zahn’s arms and took him toward Jesy and Jezy’s hospital room, without paying any attention to Orland at all, as if the man were useless and had only been standing beside them doing nothing this whole time.

"Sir," the hospital director called, stopping Orland as he was about to follow them.

"What is it?" Orland asked with a frown.

"That child... who is he? Can we recruit him? Let us make him the miracle doctor of this hospital. We promise we’ll pay him extremely generously."

Orland looked at the hospital director in annoyance before waving his hand.

"Forget about it. I’m not short on money to the point that I need to let those children work under someone else."

"Sir, but wait—"

"Take good care of that operating room," Orland cut him off. "If anything happens to my aunt, I’ll deal with you personally."

After saying that, Orland turned around and continued walking toward the hospital room where his other aunts, Jezy and Jesy, were staying.

Jesy and Jezy had been placed in the same ward room. It was a top-level VIP room that could only be used by the hospital owner’s family.

Zahn and Kevin sat in their respective chairs beside Jesy and Jezy’s beds. The two women in their sixties were still asleep, their weak bodies lying beneath the sheets with numerous tubes attached to them.

"Grandma... when will you wake up?" Kevin asked. "We really don’t know what to do without you. Wake up quickly."

Zahn looked at Jezy lying in front of him. "Grandma, I already treated Grandma Jexy. She should be able to open her eyes tomorrow morning. You have to wake up before she does."

Sean said nothing. His eyes remained fixed on Jezy and Jesy in front of him. He sat on the sofa in the corner of the room, his tiny fingers tightly clenched as if he were holding something back.

Orland, who had just entered, immediately walked over to him.

"Are you worried about your mother?" Orland asked.

"None of your business," Sean replied.

"Tsk... your stubborn personality really is similar to Dion Sexa’s."

Orland sighed before continuing. "I’ve already arranged for people to guard the airports across the Melvin Continent. You don’t need to worry. My people will find her as soon as she arrives there."

Sean’s eyes lit up. He looked up at Orland. "You’re not lying to me, are you?"

Orland sat beside him. He crossed his legs and leaned back against the sofa.

"Hana is my woman. I’ve been searching for her for five whole years. Do you think I would be playing around when it comes to finding her this time?"

"You really like Mom?" Sean asked, still unable to believe it.

Orland turned and looked into Sean’s black eyes. "She is the only woman I have ever allowed to stay by my side. Whether in the past or in the future, that will never change."

"What about my father? Dion Sexa? Is he like you too?"

"Your father?" Orland tapped his fingers against the armrest of the sofa. "He’s a bastard with many women surrounding him."

Sean, sitting beside him, looked at Orland with slightly dimmed eyes.

Orland noticed the change in Sean’s expression before giving a faint smile.

"But... he has changed a little over the past five years."
