My Three Babies Have Different Fathers

Chapter 17: Different father

Brandon’s expression darkened after searching the entire place without finding anything. He returned to his car without saying a single word.

After the mayor’s subordinates dealt with the crowd, Brandon immediately left the area. Throughout the journey, he kept his eyes tightly closed.

Sean, Kevin, and Zahn were taken back to the room by Jesy, Jexy, and Jezy.

"What do you think?" Jezy asked after closing the door.

The three boys looked up at Jezy.

"He’s not our father," they answered in unison.

"Are you sure?" Jexy asked.

Zahn nodded.

"Our instincts have never been wrong. He really isn’t our biological father."

Sean added, "We don’t have any features that resemble that man. It’s impossible for him to be our father."

Kevin nodded as well.

"He’s narrow-minded. There’s no way he’s our father."

Sean snorted.

"Are you not narrow-minded too? You even dared to call him here."

"This time I lost by one point to you," Kevin grumbled.

Hana had no idea what had happened at her rented home. After work, she immediately walked to the hospital to collect the DNA test results for herself and her three children.

Afraid that her children might find out, Hana mustered the courage to open the results right at the hospital’s exit gate.

Hana took a deep breath and narrowed her eyes, trying to carefully read the report in her hands.

Her eyes, which had initially been narrowed, suddenly widened in disbelief.

"W-What?"

Hana brought her face closer to the paper, afraid that she had read it incorrectly. But the closer she looked, the wider her eyes became.

"H-How is this possible?" Hana collapsed onto the hospital steps.

It turned out that her three children had different blood types, yet the results proved that all of them were truly Hana’s biological children.

Hana raised the paper above her head, hoping the words would somehow change and that she had simply read them wrong.

Sean Frash: Blood Type A+

Kevin Frash: Blood Type B-

Zahn Frash: Blood Type O-

Hana was stupid, but that did not mean she was stupid when it came to this.

Her three children really did have blood types different from hers. She had blood type B+. How could she have given birth to three children with different blood types like this?

Even if it were some kind of miracle, how could her youngest son have blood type O?

Hana gently slapped her forehead.

"Damn it! What exactly did I forget during those two years after breaking up with Brandon?"

There was only one answer that could explain all her doubts.

That she—Hana Klein, who had now changed her name to Hana Frash—had been involved with more than one man.

Truly more than one man!

Hana returned home with an unsteady body, nearly falling several times on the sidewalk.

"How is that possible?" she whispered. "Did I become so greedy during those two years I forgot and become reckless?" she thought while biting her fingers nonstop.

She had wanted to have a harem, at least in her imagination. However, she had never dreamed of actually making it a reality.

She really was not that daring.

When she arrived home, her children had not returned yet, but there was already a bowl of warm rice with fried beef on the table. Hana swallowed and immediately began eating. She knew it was a gift from the three Aunties across the hall.

"What has happened has happened, so forget it. Hana, no matter how many men slept with you, that is all in the past. Forget it and don’t remember it anymore," Hana repeated over and over.

After taking a shower, Hana lay down on the bed. After becoming stressed from thinking about all of this, she soon fell asleep.

Hana did not realize that while she was asleep, Kevin, who had returned earlier than his two brothers, was staring at the DNA test report inside her bag.

Kevin was a smart child; he understood exactly what the paper in his hands meant. He looked at Hana, who was sleeping soundly, then immediately went outside to call his two brothers.

"Look at this!" Kevin ordered as he threw the paper onto the table in front of Zahn and Sean, who were busy with a pile of papers.

"What is it?" the two of them asked at the same time.

"Kevin, what is that?" Jesy, Jexy, and Jezy asked as they also approached.

"Just look at it yourselves." ℴℴ𝘮

The two boys and three middle-aged women widened their eyes as they stared at the paper with expressions of extreme shock.

"I never expected this seemingly innocent girl to actually be... quite daring," Jezy said while gently patting her chest to calm herself from the shock.

"Kevin, where did you get this?" Sean asked.

"From Mom’s bag. I wanted to borrow her pen, but I accidentally saw this report."

Zahn stared sharply at his brother with his blue eyes.

"Do each of us have a different father?" he asked.

"Grandma, what do we do? Is this real?"

Jexy and Jesy did not answer. They were still reading the report over and over because they were so shocked.

Jezy finally spoke.

"Let me check your DNA again," she said after a moment. "I can’t believe this innocent-looking girl has such a... colorful past."

The five of them nodded in agreement and immediately helped Jezy collect DNA samples, including Hana’s.

However, two hours later, instead of calming down, the results left them even more stunned.

The report was correct. Hana’s three children were indeed her biological children and were related by blood, but it was obvious that they did not have the same father.

Each of them had a different father.

Kevin was the first to realize it. He immediately hurried to open his computer. "I’ll find my father right away. I want to know who made Mom give birth to me."

"I’ll look for mine too," Sean said. He grabbed his smartphone and immediately contacted numerous major businessmen and influential acquaintances in Melvin City, where Hana had lived in the past.

Zahn nodded. "I’ll look for my biological father too. I have to make sure he marries Mom before either of your fathers does," he said as he opened access to the network of leading researchers across Melvin Continent to trace the origin of the DNA.
