My Three Babies Have Different Fathers

Chapter 11: Curse all of you

"Three babies? There really are three babies? My guess was right? Hana, are these all the babies who have been hiding inside your belly this whole time?" asked a middle-aged woman who lived next door to her apartment.

Hana’s mind came to a complete halt. She stood up and stared at the woman.

"You?"

"Hais...!" The woman sighed. "You used to forget my name all the time, and now you’ve forgotten me again? And what on earth is this? You brought the babies home in a food cart?" she asked.

The middle-aged woman reached down to pick up Hana’s second baby, who was sleeping at the bottom of the cart, but Hana’s hand instinctively moved to block her.

"You haven’t explained who you are. Are you trying to take my baby?" Hana asked.

The middle-aged woman slapped Hana’s hand away hard before picking up her second baby without permission.

"I’m the sister of the owner of this apartment building! Have you really forgotten me now? Even though I have a twin sister who lives in the same room as me, how could you possibly forget me?" the middle-aged woman snapped.

Hana immediately pulled her hand back. She scratched her nose, even though it wasn’t actually itchy.

Why is she blaming me? I really don’t know her. Am I wrong? The person who forgot her was the original owner of this body, not me. I simply don’t know her. Okay?

"Jesy! Jexy!" the middle-aged woman shouted loudly after a moment.

Hana frowned but said nothing.

In an instant, the door beside her apartment opened. A middle-aged woman whose face looked almost identical to the woman standing in front of Hana stepped out.

Hana looked at them one by one, trying to find some difference between them. However, after staring at them for a long time, she couldn’t find any difference at all.

Hana lightly slapped her forehead.

"Heeey, Hana! What are you bringing home?" one of the women shouted.

"You really gave birth to three babies at once?" asked the other middle-aged woman.

They quickly picked up two of Hana’s babies and each held one in their arms.

"What are you doing? Those are my children."

"Tsk," they both scoffed at the same time.

"Hana, you live here and you’re already two months behind on your rent. Just consider this your way of paying us back."

"You... You want me to hand over the children I gave birth to after going through all that pain just to pay off the debt left by the previous owner of this body?" Hana snapped.

She immediately rushed forward, intending to take her eldest son back from the middle-aged woman closest to her.

Smack!

The older woman slapped Hana’s arm again.

"Why did you hit me again?" Hana asked, her forehead creasing.

"We’ll help you take care of them. You’re a single mother, after all. Besides, we don’t have jobs either. Stop making that desperate face."

Hana looked at the three women one by one.

They were people she had only just met. How could she possibly hand her three children over to them without a second thought?

Absolutely impossible!

Seeing that Hana still wanted to take her son back from Jexy, Jesy snorted.

"We really are only trying to help you take care of these babies. Just look at your malnourished body. Other than having large breasts, do you have any other advantages?" she asked.

"You can’t even pay your rent. How are you going to raise them? Do you have money to buy diapers and everything else they need?" Jesy asked.

"But they’re my sons. I’ll definitely find a way to raise them."

Jexy snorted in annoyance at Hana’s stubbornness. ℯℯ𝘭.

"How are you going to do that? Are you going to look for a job while carrying three children? You brought all three of them home in a food cart. Do you really have the nerve to think you can do anything else?"

Did she have the nerve?

Of course not.

"Enough, enough. Our rooms are right next to each other. During the day, we’ll take care of your children so you can start working tomorrow morning. At night, all three babies will sleep with you. You have to pay the rent here. You don’t actually want us to throw you out, do you? Do you want to end up living on the streets with your shabby clothes, this food cart, and your children?" Jexy said, trying to offer her a way out.

"How can I trust you? What if I go to work and you sell my children or take them out to beg?" Hana asked, still refusing to agree.

"You!" Jexy exclaimed in disbelief.

"Let me try hitting your butt! Did you give birth to these children while leaving your brain behind in your butt?" Jexy shouted as she walked toward Hana, intending to smack her butt.

"N-not like that..." Hana replied as she pressed her backside against the door, moving away from the woman’s hand.

"I-I trust you. Please don’t hit my butt!" Hana finally cried out when she saw that Jexy was still determined and had pulled her hand away, preparing to smack her again even harder.

"So you finally understand what surrender means?" Jexy snapped.

Hana nodded earnestly.

"I know, I know. You can take care of my children, but remember, if anything happens to my three sons, even if I become a ghost, I will chase you all straight to hell. I’ll curse this apartment so badly that no one will ever rent it again, and you’ll die without anyone even finding your bodies!" Hana threatened the three women, although her voice trembled as the words left her lips.

"Hah..." Jesy sighed. "Look at this crazy woman. She hasn’t paid her rent for two months, and after we offer to help take care of her babies, she actually curses us?"

"Exactly. What an ungrateful girl," Jezy chimed in, glaring at Hana irritably.

She grabbed the broom beside her, intending to hit Hana even harder than Jexy had.

Hana’s face froze.

She quickly moved her hand and immediately opened the door to her apartment.

Bang!

Hana slammed the door shut.

"You... Don’t take my words seriously. I’ll pay the rent as soon as I get some money. I promise. But if you really dare hurt my sons, then don’t expect me to—"

"You’re still cursing us?" Jexy shouted, immediately pounding hard on Hana’s apartment door.

Hana clamped her mouth shut and quickly moved away from the door toward the other side of the room.

The three older women really must be the owners of the place where she currently lived.

Hana slowly shook her head.

Her instincts told her that they were good people.

They had to be, right?

However, the more Hana thought about it, the more one question began to bother her.

Why had they said that their guess was correct? That she really had been carrying three babies?

Even the doctor who had helped her give birth hadn’t known that she was carrying three babies. More importantly, the original owner of this body had never even gone for a pregnancy checkup.

So how could these three women have known about it immediately?

Unless...

They had already known something from the very beginning.
