Chu Feng then tossed ten Martial Cultivation Spirit Stones to Li Zhengyi on the stage.

Seeing this, Li Zhengyi was completely dumbfounded. He was a bit bewildered, unable to figure out what was happening.

"Venerable Chu Feng, what is the meaning of this?" Li Zhengyi asked, looking at Chu Feng.

"They’re yours. Take them," Chu Feng said. "When you take first place, I have something to tell you."

Li Zhengyi didn’t hesitate and accepted the Martial Cultivation Spirit Stones immediately.

Besides, he needed to see Chu Feng about something after the competition anyway. He also found it strange. His master had agreed to meet Chu Feng, but had recently lost contact and hadn’t been heard from since.

The Vice Valley Master of Spirit Sword Valley could only swallow her anger. After Chu Feng’s warning, how could she dare to pull any tricks? Not unless she had a death wish.

If she actually dared to make a move, she would probably be ganged up on immediately. Her fate would be utterly tragic.

Next, it was Bai Xue’s turn, but the result was the same. She was defeated outright. She had already reached her limit by making it this far and couldn’t advance any further.

The round to narrow the top twenty down to ten was incredibly difficult. Every single opponent was extremely formidable. She was almost certain to be eliminated; her chances of winning were just too low.

After all, a great many Cultivators were participating in this Martial Arts Grand Ceremony. Even some previously reclusive Sects had joined in, and geniuses from every walk of life had emerged. The pressure was immense.

The competition raged on until daybreak. No one had slept, but they were all full of energy. For Cultivators of their caliber, going a few days and nights without sleep was a trivial matter.

The competition then continued for another day, lasting until evening.

Bai Xue had already lost fifteen matches. She had lost all hope and had practically given up.

No matter who she faced, she was too weak; she was simply no match for them.

Furthermore, everyone was on guard against her Celestial Sword Technique, afraid she would unleash it suddenly. This further reduced any advantage she might have had.

Although the Heaven-Slaying Sword Technique was formidable, her own strength wasn’t that great, and her mastery of the technique was low. As a result, she had no advantage whatsoever against the other contestants.

At this point, even Bai Han couldn’t bear to watch any longer. Losing so many matches in a row was a huge blow to Bai Xue’s morale.

So during a break, Bai Han went over to comfort Bai Xue.

"Don’t be too upset," Bai Han said with a comforting smile. "Just think of this as a trial to temper yourself. You’ve already made it into the top twenty. That’s an excellent performance. There’s no need to be so hard on yourself."

"Senior Sister Bai Han, I’ve actually been wondering... was there something strange about my match with You Qingtian? My victory felt a bit baffling. Was it really due to my own strength?" Bai Xue asked, full of doubt.

"Don’t overthink it," Bai Han said. "The fact is, you won. Everyone saw it."

In truth, it wasn’t just Bai Xue; Bai Han was also a little suspicious. It was certainly strange, but without any proof, she couldn’t jump to conclusions.

"Mm, okay, I understand." Bai Xue nodded. Since they were putting it that way, there was no need for her to think about it anymore. She had already won the match, after all; there was no point in getting hung up on the details.

"The tournament should be over by tomorrow," Bai Han said. "That’s when the real chaos will likely begin. Many people will come out of the woodwork to cause trouble. As soon as the tournament ends, I’ll take you all back. The Sect Leader ordered it. It’s not safe for you to stay here any longer."

"I know." Bai Xue nodded. She also knew that a major battle would likely erupt, and Bai Han’s group wouldn’t be able to protect her and the others. It would be extremely dangerous.

Returning to the Sect was the safest option.

Just then, Chu Feng sent a voice transmission directly to Chu Tianshan below. The guy was fast asleep.

"Old fossil, wake up!" Chu Feng said.

"Fuck! You bastard, I’m your damn ancestor, and that’s what you call me? If you have something to say, spit it out!" Chu Tianshan exploded, furious at how Chu Feng had addressed him.

"There’s only one day of the tournament left. After that, the real fighting will begin. Why haven’t you sent the others away yet? Are you waiting for them to get slaughtered?" Chu Feng said.

"Tch, and I thought it was something important," Chu Tianshan said. "I was one step ahead of you on that. I already sent them away last night. Who’s going to have time to look after them when the fighting starts? This ’sparring session’ is going to be a huge mess."

As someone at the Human Martial Arts Peak Realm, he naturally wouldn’t leave. He had to stay behind.

"Alright, that’s good," Chu Feng said with a nod.

He wasn’t worried about Chu Tianshan. The guy wasn’t just at the Martial Arts Peak Realm; he had also cultivated the Heaven-Slaying Sword Technique. He was extremely powerful.

Soon, the next day arrived. By this point, Li Zhengyi had already won fifteen matches without a single defeat, seeming virtually invincible.

The only other person with a similar undefeated streak was a contestant from the Dragon Hall. His combat prowess was immense; though he was plain-looking, he fought with incredible ferocity.

As for Bai Xue, it was a different story. She had yet to win a single match, having lost eighteen in a row. It was utterly humiliating.

One more match, and she would be out.

Despite losing her matches, Bai Xue’s understanding of the Heaven-Slaying Sword Technique was steadily growing.
