Chapter 108: Black And White

"R-Raven, what should we do!? They don’t look like ordinary people!" Tiko asked frantically.

Raven was thinking. While he was thinking, one of the robots flew towards Tiko, but he managed to dodge and take cover behind the robot Raven was controlling.

"HIIKK!!! THIS IS BAD! HURRY UP GIVE A SOLUTION, I DON’T WANT TO GET CATCHED! I’VE DONE EVERYTHING YOU WANT! NOW HELP ME!" Tiko shouted frantically at Raven.

The robot turned to Tiko.

"Ahh, how troublesome... This is why I don’t want to work with them. If it weren’t for Daddy’s orders, I might have destroyed the local police station" Raven thought to himself.

The robot took five steps forward.

"Alright, you should retreat. You’re my client, so I’ll take the lead here" Raven said.

"O-okay! I’ll leave this to you!" Tiko said with relief and a happy smile.

Tiko immediately ran to his motorcycle, got on it, started it using his right fingerprint, and stepped on the gas.

Wuxia, seeing this, immediately shouted.

"CALESTINA!"

Calestina had already noticed and was already aiming at Tiko.

"BANG!"

The bullet flew fast, but Raven’s robot managed to intercept it. The bullet, of course, didn’t stop after piercing the robot’s chest. It continued its journey, but unfortunately, it missed.

Tiko increased his motorcycle’s speed. Raven switched connections to the other robot.

"Damn! That Garuda, huh?" Raven said irritably.

Wuxia ran quickly under the robots, jumping over their backs and on each side. When he reached Raven, he was ready to cut off its head. But Raven quickly jumped back five times.

"Phew~, that was close, lady" he said.

Wuxia didn’t lower her fighting stance.

"You... must be the maker, right?" Wuxia asked with a sharp gaze and a deep voice.

"Hehehehe, that’s right—"

Wuxia immediately attacked the robot’s legs, and both of its legs were immediately severed.

The robot fell.

"Geezz, you women, why don’t you ever listen to the men until they finish talking?" Raven asked.

Wuxia walked closer, saying,

Wuxia stomped on the robot’s chest with her right foot.

"... you’re definitely just going to talk bullshit!" Wuxia replied.

The robots’ eyes began to glow red. Laventia, seeing the robots’ eyes, began to run to the other side, Lunaris ran towards the lake and jumped in, Yinyin ordered her robot to protect her, Calestina took cover behind a wall,

The robots began to explode.

Inside an underground building in the forest, the control room.

The control room has a dark interior, which is why its occupants use blue LED lights. There are 25-units monitors with 27-inch 300Hz displays, each displaying conditions in the Central Aceh area. The monitors are controlled by two people and AI.

Black took off his headset, stood up, and shouted.

"YEAHHH~!!! BOMB-BOMB-KABOOM~!!!, EXPLOSIONS ARE THE BEAUTIFUL ART OF RECONSTRUCTION~!" Black said with a grin.

Black (Darkcorn)—a man aged..., 160cm tall and 60kg, olive skin tone, Curtain Mell pink-white hair, red eyes, wearing a black hoodie with a silver pegasus logo and black gym shorts.

"Congratulations, big bro, you’ve defeated them," White said.

White (Silvercorn)—a girl aged..., 146cm tall and 50kg, fair skin tone, pink-black twintails, red eyes, wearing a white hoodie with a dark pegasus logo and white gym shorts.

Black began moving his mouse and taking control of the robot. Black put his headset back on and then picked up a console.

"Alright, time to make some money," he said with a grin.

As his robot took off, it flew using its wings powered by the repulsor.

"Wow, there’s still a lot of smoke, so I’ll activate the thermal vision."

The robot’s eyes began to glow green. Slowly, its vision penetrated the smoke. When it arrived above the lake,

"What... is that?" Black muttered, staring at the monitor.

Slowly, a girl began to appear, aiming at Black.

"D-don’t tell me—"

"BANG!"

The bullet began to fly at high speed.

"CRUNCH!"

The bullet pierced the center of the robot’s head, which was the robot’s brain.

"FUCKKK!!!..."

Black lost contact and the robot fell straight into the lake. Calestina immediately crouched down.

"Haa... Thank goodness I brought... a thermal... scope..." Calestina said an exhausted.

"Haa... haa... haa...."

Her clothes looked very messy, many parts torn, and her limbs were red from the heat.

"G-good job, Calestina," Wuxia said.

Calestina raised her head to find Wuxia in the same condition as her, but she was limping.

A short time later, Lunaris emerged from the lake.

"G-guys, are you okay?" Lunaris asked.

The back of the robot protecting Yinyin seemed to have melted, revealing only its components. Yinyin’s head began to emerge from the right side of the robot.

"Cough! I-I’m fine," Yinyin replied.

Wuxia looked around and couldn’t find Laventia.

"What about Laventia?" Wuxia asked.

Suddenly, all four of their bracelets rang.

"Thank goodness you’re all okay," Laventia said.

"LAVENTIA! WHERE ARE YOU!?" Wuxia asked worried.

"I ran into the forest and I think I sprained both my ankles, hahaha..." Laventia replied.

Wuxia looked to his right.

"I see, okay, I’ll go there," Wuxia said.

Calestina was so exhausted from inhaling too much smoke that she finally fainted.

"OI! STUPID BIG SIS, WHAT’S WRONG WITH YOU!?" Lunaris shouted.

Lunaris immediately climbed onto land.

"Ahahaha... it’s nice to see you worried about me..." Calestina muttered weakly.

"STUPID!!! WAKE UP!!!" Lunaris shouted.

"Ahh... I guess I’ll be joining Hayam soon..."

Calestina began to close her eyes. As Lunaris cried, Yinyin walked over, squatted down, took a 5ml syringe from her left jacket pocket, and injected Recharge+ into Calestina’s right arm.

"Don’t worry, I’ve injected Lavendina’s recovery medicine, so she’ll wake up quickly" Yinyin said with a smile.

Lunaris hugged Yinyin and said

"Ahh! Thank goodness you brought her medicine!" Lunaris said happily.

"Yes, she ordered me to bring the medicine" Yinyin said with a sweet smile.

"Now you better wipe your tears," she continued.

Lunaris flinched.

Yinyin simply smiled sweetly, while Wuxia walked alone towards the forest. After walking about 20 meters into the forest, he finally found Laventia sleeping under a starfruit tree.

Wuxia smiled.

"Hmm... Looks like she’s just tired~"

Wuxia approached and began carrying Laventia on his back, then walked out of the forest.
