Chapter 106: The Appearance Of The Serpent Dragon In The Lake Takengon

At 15:00, Takengon Pier, Central Aceh, Indonesia.

A cool afternoon breeze swept away the lingering heat, leaving the air around Takengon Pier pleasantly refreshing. Between 2079 and 2080, the pier had earned its reputation as one of Indonesia’s most popular tourist destinations.

The waterfront featured a lively food court overlooking the crystal-blue lake. A windmill-inspired boardwalk stretched across the water, with a circular fish pond at its center where visitors could admire colorful ornamental fish. Modern smart victorian street lamps stood at every corner of the pier, their warm glow transforming the entire waterfront into a cozy, inviting scene after sunset.

At one of the medium-sized round wooden tables along the boardwalk—on the lower-right side of one of the windmill blades—sat five women enjoying the peaceful afternoon together.

Scattered discreetly throughout the pier, around twenty male and female bodyguards kept watch over the area. Dressed like ordinary tourists and locals, they blended seamlessly into the crowd while silently monitoring everything around them.

The five women were:

1. Wuxia Darmia—a 27-year-old woman, weighing 70 kg and standing 178 cm tall. She has a blunt blonde haircut, purple eyes, two moles under her right eyelid, then another mole under two moles, and fair skin. 3. Yinyin Darmia—a 26-year-old woman, weighing 70 kg and standing 145 cm tall. She has twin-tailed hair with black and white fringe, pink eyes, and fair skin. She wears a black smock dress with stars design, knee-length jeans, a pair of mid-calf-length pink and white socks, and a remote bracelet to control the humanoid attached to her left hand. The remote is also connected to two pink paw-shaped gloves on each hand—the gloves are wireless.

4. Lunaris Darmia—a 25-year-old woman, weighing 50 kg and standing 170 cm. She has a rare condition called Albinism. Her irises are white, but she uses special pink contact lenses, and only a few parts of her body are colored differently. She has a butterfly hairstyle. She wears a pink beret, a black knit sweater with a picture of three white rabbits, knee-length gore jeans skirt, a pair of mid-calf-length black socks, and cute pink and white shoes.

The four women all wore smart bracelets on their right wrists, which were used to detect and contact teammates. They were relaxing while enjoying snacks. Lunaris put down her teacup.

"Grrr... Why are you here, you fucking cow!?" Lunaris asked.

5. Calestina Darmia—a 27-year-old woman, weighing 80 kg and standing 175 cm tall, with blue eyes and a medium-sized love-shaped mole under her right eyelid, and fair skin. She had a blonde waterfall hairstyle, with a beautiful, medium-sized butterfly hair clip attached to the right side of her hair. She wore a sky-blue Victorian dress and Victorian button boots. On her right side was a large, closed sky-blue umbrella, which was a firearm. The top part was the umbrella mechanism, and the bottom part was the firearm mechanism. The top of the umbrella could be removed.

Calestina didn’t answer, enjoying her tea. This angered Lunaris and she slammed her palms on the table.

"THUD!"

Her voice was so loud that it caused other visitor to stare at them. Laventia panicked and apologized to the other visitor.

Meanwhile, Calestina put her cup back on the table.

"Geezz... Little Luna, could you be a little more patient—look, the visitor are starting to notice us" Calestina said with a disappointed expression, glancing at the visitor.

Lunaris didn’t look at the visitor, her gaze was fixed on Calestina.

"I don’t care! What’s important is you answering my question! We were planning to relax here, but you were here before us!—how long have you been here, HAH!?" Lunaris asked.

"Since yesterday~" Calestina replied with a sweet smile.

Lunaris raised his right eyebrow.

"HAH!?,"

"Who sent you!? I feel like Mommy assigned our squad, why are you—the leader of the Umbrella Squad—suddenly here!?" Lunaris asked.

Calestina hugged Lunaris, then stroked her left cheek against his right cheek while saying

"OF COURSE, TO MEET YOU~!—After completing the mission, I received news from Tia that you were going to Central Aceh~, So I came here to meet you~" Calestina replied.

"Moo~... I thought you were at headquarters, but you left me behind... your beauty sister misses you~" she continued.

Lunaris was disgusted and pushed Calestina with all her might.

"GET AWAY, YOU FUCKING BITCH!!" Lunaris shouted in annoyance.

"Ah!"

As Calestina was pushed back, she bumped into a young man walking by.

"Oops, are you okay?" the man asked.

Calestina was silent for a few seconds, then she looked at him with a cute expression.

"Thank you, gentleman~" she said with a cute expression and tone.

The scent of Calestina and her expression made the man and his friend blush. Calestina moved away from the man, then one of the man’s friends said.

"H-hey, how about we eat together?" Pija asked.

Calestina stopped walking and turned back to the men.

"Hmm... Of course-"

"NO!" Lunaris interrupted.

Lunaris stood up, walked over, and grabbed Calestina’s right arm, saying,

"Excuse me, but we’re having a family meal!" Lunaris said with a smile and an angry tone.

Lunaris walked over, pulling Calestina back to their seats. The four men saw that there were only women, so they didn’t give up and approached them.

"Come on, even though we’re young, we have a lot of money~" said a man named Laut, approaching Lunaris.

Lunaris removed her hand from Calestina’s arm and, ignoring the man, returned to her seat.

"Yeah, don’t worry, our money is from good works" said a man named Bil, approaching Calestina.

The atmosphere became tense as the bodyguards emitted an aura. Meanwhile, the four of them remained silent, except for Calestina, who simply smiled in response to Bil.

"Are you sure you can satisfy us~?" Calestina asked.

Hearing Calestina respond like that made the other men focus on her, while Lunaris could only look annoyed.

"Oho, O-Of course~" said Bil with a disgusted expression.

"Then, save my WhatsApp number~"

The four of them immediately took out their phones, and Calestina began to say her number.

"She’s doing it again..." Laventia said with an awkward smile.

"Huuu... I-is she going to do it in public?" Yinyin asked with a worried expression.

"That’s bitch!..." Lunaris said angrily.

Wuxia was just playing with her phone.

"Okay~, have you finished saving my contact~?" Calestina asked.

"Sure~" the men replied.

Calestina placed her right index finger to her lips.

"Then... Just wait at the nearest H-O-T-E-L, then tell me the location, okay~?" Calestina asked with a sweet smile.

"Okay~" they replied with satisfied smiles.

"Ah! Hold on!" Calestina said.

"Hmm... What’s wrong?" Bil asked.

"We’re short on cash... Can you treat us~?" Calestina asked with a cute expression.

"Of course, how much do you need~?" Bil asked with a smile.

"Hmm... Rp. 500,000," Calestina replied.

The four men were shocked.

"T-That’s a lot!" Laut replied.

"Ehhhh~ You said you were rich earlier, right?" Calestina asked in disappointment.

"Y-yes" replied Laut with an awkward expression.

Calestina approached and pressed her chest against Laut’s.

"Come on, I’ll give you a good service later~" Calestina said with a seductive expression and tone.

Seeing this, Laut and his friends blushed and swallowed hard.

"Glug!... O-Okay!" Laut said awkwardly.

They each gave Calestina Rp. 500,000. Calestina accepted it and sat back down.

"Thank you~" she said with a smile.

Calestina pulled a small box containing five pills from the right pocket of her dress. She handed it to Bil.

"What’s this?" Bil asked.

Calestina smiled and leaned in close to Bil’s right ear.

"Aphrodisiac~" she whispered softly.

Hearing that made Bil even more excited.

"WOAAHHH!!!, LET’S GO TO THE LOCATION, GUYS!" Bil shouted enthusiastically.

"WOAHHH!!!"

Bil and his friends ran away.

"Don’t forget, take the medicine at 6:00 PM so you can last longer~!" Calestina said in a high, soft voice, waving her right hand.

"Wow~, she made Rp. 2,000,000 that fast..." Laventia said with a dumbfounded expression.

"Tch! That bitch! That’s why I don’t like her here!" Lunaris said with an annoyed expression.

"L-Lunaris... You’re only worried about her, right?" Yinyin asked.

"H-HAH!? Are you stupid!? Why would I worry about her!?" Lunaris asked, her cheeks red.

Calestina hugged Lunaris back.

"Fufufu~, tsundere tsundere~" Calestina said.

"I said..."

Lunaris pushed Calestina.

"GET AWAY!!!"

Wuxia put her phone back in her pocket.

"So, what’s the report, Calestina?" Wuxia asked.

Calestina regained her balance and returned to her seat.

"Alright, time to get serious..." Calestina said.

"Actually, I’ve been here for a while. Besides meeting my sweet little sister, I came here intending to vacation with you after your mission is complete... But while I was relaxing on this lake, I received news from a fisherman that he saw a Serpent Dragon in this lake" Calestina said with a serious expression.

"Actually, I intended to look for you guys, but hearing the gossip piqued my interest, and I decided to hear their story" Calestina continued.

The four of them were shocked to hear this.

"Huh?! A dragon?!" Lunaris asked with an expression of disbelief.

"Yes, according to reports, at 12 o’clock at night, a fisherman saw a large wave—"

While she was still speaking, the surface of the lake—about 300 meters from the pier, suddenly churned violently. A moment later, a giant Serpent Dragon burst out of the water. Its scales were green, its eyes glowed a fiery red, and its body was completely armless. The boom of its appearance echoed throughout the lake, causing everyone around the pier to turn their heads in astonishment.

The dragon remained silent for a few seconds, then opened its mouth, its red eyes glowing, and a moment later, it spewed a jet of high-pressure water toward the pier. All the visitors, noticing this, quickly jumped, including the five women.

"EVERYONE JUMP!!!" Lunaris shouted.
