My Celestial Ascension

Chapter 862: The God King’s Decree

Chapter 862: The God King’s Decree

They were cultivating inside Mireya’s room, faces calm and focused as they refined their energies.

Suddenly Yuan opened his eyes, having sensed a malicious intent approaching the Elven Kingdom from a distance, descending rapidly from the sky.

’Who could harbor ill will toward Mireya’s kingdom? And that intent is coming from the heavens… a powerful magical beast, perhaps?’ Yuan wondered, staring at the floor for a few seconds.

Xi Meili, Fang Xiaoyan, and Valeria also opened their eyes, sensing the same abnormal presence; it felt like someone or something was heading for the Elven Kingdom with ill intent.

Using their Divine Sense, they glimpsed a massive Silver Eagle barreling toward them, two figures riding its back.

’Who are those two, and what do they want from the Elven Kingdom?’ Yuan thought, his face growing serious.

He couldn’t shake the feeling that they were far from ordinary. From their clothing, bearing, and posture he immediately knew they were not simple mortals.

Both exuded arrogance and power well beyond most humans he had ever met; their bodies seemed stronger than the common people of the Human Continent.

An aura of superiority surrounded them, as if they had transcended ordinary human limits—an evolved sort of being.

“Very strange… they aren’t cultivators, yet their strength borders on a peak Spirit Warrior,” Fang Xiaoyan muttered softly, surprise lifting her brows.

“Indeed. And that aura—they’re not normal at all,” Valeria agreed, nodding.

Xi Meili hugged Yuan from behind, kissed his cheek, and asked, “Hubby, what should we do about those two? Shall we kill them?”

“No need. Let’s wait and see what their intentions are… killing them now would spoil the fun,” Yuan said with a soft chuckle, gathering Xi Meili at his waist and drawing her to sit on his lap.

“Hmph!” Fang Xiaoyan snorted coldly, jealous at the sight of Yuan doting on Xi Meili—her rival.

Yuan noticed the look and chuckled before pulling Fang Xiaoyan onto his other knee as well. He held both of them, kissing each gently on the cheek.

Shortly after, Anna Grace and the others opened their eyes, instantly noticing the shift in the room’s atmosphere. A subtle tension filled the air, and they quickly realized that something wasn’t right.

“Yuan, what happened? You’ve got that cunning expression on your face again…” Rose asked, narrowing her eyes suspiciously, clearly confused.

“It’s nothing serious,” Yuan replied with a small chuckle, nestling his face between Xi Meili and Fang Xiaoyan’s cheeks. “We just have two uninvited guests heading this way. You can sense them, can’t you?”

Upon hearing that, everyone immediately closed their eyes and spread out their Divine Sense. Within moments, they detected the massive Silver Eagle soaring through the skies above the Elven Kingdom.

“T-Those two… they’re from High Heaven! What are they doing here?!” Angela exclaimed, her face pale with disbelief. Her eyes widened as she recognized the divine garments of the two figures riding the Silver Eagle. As the former matriarch of the Blank Clan, her knowledge of divine matters was far deeper than most.

“A-Are you saying those two on the Silver Eagle’s back are gods?!” Leah stammered, her voice trembling in shock.

“Indeed,” Angela replied solemnly, sighing softly. “But they are only minor gods.”

“To me, they’re nothing more than bugs… mortals pretending to be divine. How ridiculous,” Yuan muttered, his tone sharp with disdain.

“Well… I can’t exactly argue with that,” Angela admitted with a small chuckle, fully understanding the depth behind his words.

“Gods or not, if they cause trouble here, I’m certain Mireya will slice their necks open without hesitation,” Julie said with a cunning smile, her tone cold and confident.

“Indeed,” Ava agreed with a grin. “Judging by the way they’re approaching, I doubt their intentions are good.”

“I couldn’t agree more,” Valeria added with a smirk, crossing her arms.

Soon after, Yuan and his wives left the room to find Mireya and Sylvia. They located them in Mireya’s office, where Mireya was still patiently teaching Elaris about the responsibilities of a queen and the affairs of the kingdom.

As Yuan and the others entered, everyone in the office turned toward them. Elaris blinked in awe, still not fully accustomed to seeing so many breathtakingly beautiful women gathered in one place.

’How can Sister Mireya and Sister Sylvia even like this man? He already has so many women and still keeps adding more to his harem,’ Elaris thought with a faint frown, her gaze toward Yuan carrying a hint of disapproval.

Sylvia, wearing a mischievous smile, suddenly leaned close to Yuan, wrapping her arms around his neck. “You must’ve noticed those strange monkeys flying above our kingdom, right?” she asked teasingly.

“That’s right,” Yuan replied with a gentle smile before kissing her softly on the lips. “And I also know who they are—and where they came from.”

“Oh? Let me guess…” Sylvia mused aloud, tapping her chin playfully. “Their clothing style is unusual—neither from the Human Continent nor from any place I recognize.”

Her expression sharpened as she continued, “They must be from the High Heaven! Gods, huh? How fun it would be to cut them down… hehe~”

Yuan’s eyes widened in disbelief as he stared at her, as if seeing a ghost for the first time.

’Since when did Sylvia turn into such a bloodthirsty maniac? But damn… she looks so sexy like this!’ he thought, still half-stunned by her tone.

Anna Grace and the others exchanged amused glances, shaking their heads lightly. They found Sylvia’s sudden bloodlust both funny and a little frightening.

Meanwhile, high above the Elven Kingdom, Zephar and Nerion hovered on the Silver Eagle’s back, gazing down upon the emerald spires and the Mother Tree that defined the kingdom’s beauty.

“Shall we head down and confront the Elven Queen? Tell her to hand over that human?” Nerion asked, curiosity flickering in his eyes.

“Of course. We have no time to waste on mortals,” Zephar replied with a faint smirk before commanding the Silver Eagle to descend toward the Elven Palace.

Almost instantly, panic erupted among the citizens below. The moment they saw the massive Silver Eagle circling above the capital, terror spread like wildfire.

The creature’s overwhelming aura pressed down upon the kingdom like a mountain, and its monstrous pressure was so intense that children and the elderly fainted in fright.

“Run! That eagle’s going to attack the kingdom!” someone screamed.

“Hide! Save yourselves—it’s a calamity!” others shouted in chaos as they rushed into their homes, slamming doors and shuttering windows. Merchants quickly abandoned their stalls, locking everything as fear engulfed the entire capital.

The Silver Eagle swooped toward the Elven Palace, its shadow stretching across the capital like a storm cloud. The Elven Council members, realizing its trajectory, immediately gathered outside the palace in alarm.

“This is bad! The eagle is heading straight for the palace!” one elder shouted, panic written all over his face.

“Hurry! Inform Her Majesty of the danger—and evacuate everyone inside immediately!” another commanded, his voice trembling as the creature’s monstrous pressure continued to build.

Before anyone could move, a calm yet commanding voice echoed across the courtyard.

“There’s no need to inform me—I’m already aware of the situation.”

Queen Mireya appeared at the grand entrance, her expression cold and resolute. Yuan and his wives followed behind her, their auras steady and composed.

“Your Majesty! You’re here!” one of the council members exclaimed in relief upon seeing her.

“Leave this matter to us,” Mireya said firmly, her tone leaving no room for argument. “Go and assist the citizens. You need not concern yourselves with what happens here.”

“B-But—” one elder tried to protest, only for Mireya to cut him off sharply.

“Many are already injured because of that beast’s pressure. Help them immediately,” she ordered. Then, glancing at Yuan and her companions beside her, she added with confidence, “Besides, I have my husband and sisters with me.”

“A-As you command, Your Majesty,” the council members replied, bowing deeply before retreating to carry out her orders.

Once they were gone, Mireya’s eyes turned icy as she focused on the massive Silver Eagle hovering above.

“Who are you, and how dare you bring such chaos upon my kingdom?!” Mireya roared, her voice echoing like thunder through the palace grounds.

Moments later, the Silver Eagle landed heavily before the palace gates, shaking the earth beneath it. As it beat its colossal wings, a storm of dust and wind swept across the courtyard, forcing the guards to shield their eyes from the violent gust.

“You are not worthy to know our identities, Queen Mireya,” a cold, arrogant voice called from the dust, its tone ringing across the courtyard.

Yuan smirked at the insult. With a casual wave of his hand he summoned a sudden gust that swept the dust away in an instant.

His motion was effortless, but the wind it produced was powerful enough to clear the courtyard—an effect that visibly shocked the two self-proclaimed gods.

’This is… is he the one we seek?’ Zephar thought, eyes fixed on Yuan, surprise darkening his features.

’He created that gale without any Mana—pure physical force. Unbelievable,’ Nerion murmured, disbelief written across his face.

Both Nerion and Zephar were taken aback by Yuan’s display. He had produced such a force with a casual gesture—an unsettling demonstration that made them wary.

“You there… are you the ’Yuan’ we’re searching for?” Nerion demanded, his voice laced with arrogance as he pointed at Yuan.

“Oh?” Yuan arched a brow, amusement curling his lips. “Am I that famous that some monkeys have come looking for me? How refreshing.”

“You—!” Nerion raised his hand to strike and was about to roar, but Zephar held him back with a nearly imperceptible motion.

“Since you are the ’Yuan’ we seek, you must come with us at once,” Zephar said, his expression grave. “By decree of the King of the Gods, you are ordered to submit immediately.”
