"Outer space..."

That place wasn't easy to reach. Only with Laila around could Loren pinpoint the God of Light and Fire's location, but Laila couldn't go into space.

Besides, Loren himself had a hard time getting up there. With the Dawn Magpie's ability, Loren could indeed reach space, but he currently had no means of breathing in the void.

"It doesn't matter. We have the information gap on our side."

The God of Light and Fire didn't know about Laila's Arcane Ability, nor did it know that Loren could now lock onto its position.

And in order to maintain stability, it would definitely come down eventually. That would be Loren's chance to strike.

"Let's head back first. Let's treat Luna."

Loren's Magical Potions were all stored in Scarlett's space, and Mirrorheart also knew the uses of various medicines, so treatment didn't require Loren's personal attention. Still, Loren was somewhat concerned about Luna's condition.

The Moon card would eventually be Loren's prize, and he wasn't in too much of a hurry.

Besides, the Moon card wasn't of much help to Loren right now. Those he could defeat didn't need the Moon card, and those he couldn't defeat wouldn't be beaten with it either.

Right now, only Orthodox God-level combat power posed a significant threat to Loren. He worried that when facing the Outer Gods, he might suddenly summon an Outer God, or directly summon The Final Singer. Wouldn't that blow up in his face?

Perhaps The Final Singer would suddenly destroy the world, after all, its title was "The Final."

Of course, the most likely outcome was that nothing would happen at all.

Loren had experimented before. When the person's deepest fear was the Moon card's user themselves, the Moon card wouldn't summon anything. At most, it would enhance the user, bringing them to their peak state.

Maybe that effect would prove miraculous at some point, but Loren truly couldn't use it right now.

Loren brought Laila along and directly used the Dawn Magpie's ability to fly back to the temporarily prepared hideout.

Laila had told the others about the danger ahead, so they hadn't continued forward either, choosing instead to rest in place.

"Master Mentor!"

From very far away, Anna spotted Loren and immediately began waving at him.

"How's Luna's condition?"

Loren landed smoothly with Laila, then moved to Luna's side.

"I gave her a Healing Potion. Her injuries are no longer a concern.

"Luna only suffered external wounds, no internal damage. She's fine now. We just need to wait for her to slowly wake up."

Mirrorheart briefed Loren on Luna's condition. Just as Mirrorheart said, Luna's wounds had all healed, and her breathing had gradually steadied.

"That's good..."

Loren let out a relieved sigh. He took Luna from Mirrorheart's arms while simultaneously channeling life force into her.

"Let's return to the Uridia Kingdom first. Let's meet up with Cecelia."

There wasn't much practical use in finding Cecelia right now. Loren simply wanted to see her.

"Alright."

Starnight acknowledged, then transformed into a giant dragon once more, carrying everyone back to the Uridia Kingdom.

...

Loren rang the doorbell. Following the sound of running footsteps, Cecelia opened the door a crack.

"Loren?"

Upon seeing Loren's face, Cecelia shouted excitedly and threw the door open. But then she saw the group of people behind Loren, and her little face instantly fell.

"Cecelia, we need to rest here for a while. It's also a good chance for me to visit you."

"Make yourselves at home."

Though Cecelia was somewhat displeased about others coming to her place, she didn't show it.

She simply grabbed Loren's arm, pulled him back to her bedroom, and locked the door.

"What are they going to do?"

A puzzled Starnight asked. She was curious, but she didn't intend to disturb them.

"Yes."

Mirrorheart answered with a single word, then walked into the kitchen, leaving Starnight even more confused.

"They're probably following their usual routine."

Veronica, who only had a vague understanding of things, explained to Starnight. She didn't know what Loren was doing, but she had seen what they were doing.

"Usual routine?"

With Veronica's explanation, Starnight was even more confused.

...

On the other side, Loren was also communicating with Cecelia about something.

"Did you find them all?"

While duoing, Cecelia asked.

After so many rounds of adaptation, duoing didn't even affect Cecelia's ability to speak anymore.

"No, still missing quite a few.

"But I found Laila. She has the locations of all the Witches except Movila."

"Is that so..."

Cecelia was happy for Loren, but also a little disappointed.

This was also a rare moment of peace, so Loren took a bit longer. By the time he came out, Luna had already woken up.

...

Luna, still unconscious, kept sweating profusely, seemingly trapped in nightmares. Her expression grew more and more terrified until she suddenly jolted awake:

"God of Light and Fire!"

The first thing she did upon opening her eyes was look around in fear. But she didn't see the God of Light and Fire. Instead, she saw her familiar family members. Laila was currently supporting her.

"You're awake, time to eat. I just finished cooking."

Mirrorheart walked over carrying food and set the plates on the table. By now, the table was piled high with delicious dishes, and Anna hadn't started eating ahead of time like she usually did.

"Everyone..."

Luna rubbed her eyes, as if trying to confirm whether what she was seeing was an illusion. She had dreamed of this scene countless times.

Now that this scene suddenly appeared in reality, Luna couldn't believe it at first.

"We're all real. We found you unconscious. You were badly injured and had already fallen into a coma.

"The God of Light and Fire you saw was a fake. It was already driven off by Loren. Too bad we couldn't kill it."

"Master Mentor?"

Luna ignored the rest of Laila's words and sharply caught the key phrase:

"Master Mentor really isn't dead? Where is he now? Is he with you all?"

Having just woken up, Luna stumbled out of bed, searching for Loren's figure.

"Oh, Master Mentor is with Cecelia in the small room..."

" Ahem..."

Anna was about to answer when Loren walked out. He timely used a cough to interrupt Anna's words.

Although everyone knew what was going on, Loren still felt somewhat embarrassed when Anna stated it so directly.

"Luna, what did you encounter earlier?"

Loren helped Luna sit by the table and poured her a glass of water. At that moment, Cecelia, with disheveled clothes, also happened to walk out of the room.

"I... I discovered a new Tarot card and went to hunt her down. But the God of Light and Fire suddenly appeared...

"I fought with everything I had and killed her, but I still didn't get the Tarot card. It fell into the God of Light and Fire's hands.

"I tried to snatch it back. I was so close—my moonlight was about to devour its sunlight. But in the end, I failed and lost consciousness..."
