Medical and Martial God
Chapter 785: A Letter That Infuriated Ye Xiu
"Besiege Wei to rescue Zhao!" Stephanie pondered for a moment before her eyes lit up. "That’s right, it’s ’Besiege Wei to rescue Zhao.’ Hell’s Gate and the Restorer Alliance are under immense pressure on Phoenix Perch Island, so they sent people to attack Dream Island, hoping to draw our forces away and relieve the pressure."
Could she please stop pretending to be an expert in military strategy? the butler thought, rolling his eyes internally. Outwardly, he said, "First, our three Judicator Families and the Eternal Kingdom don’t lack manpower. We wouldn’t divert troops from Phoenix Perch Island to reinforce Dream Island.
"Second, Dream Island has nearly three million Martial Artists, while the Restorer Alliance has only a few hundred thousand. According to the Island Master of Dream Island, most of those Restorers are below the War God level. There are only about a thousand War Gods, and the strongest among them are merely Second Realm War Gods. For them to attack Dream Island is basically a suicide mission."
Stephanie wasn’t angered by the butler’s rebuttal. Instead, her brow furrowed in confusion. "Then what was the Restorer Alliance’s intention in sending hundreds of thousands of Martial Artists to attack Dream Island?"
"I think those hundreds of thousands of Restorers were tricked into going to Dream Island," the butler replied.
"Hmm?" Stephanie was startled. "What’s your basis for saying that?"
The butler organized his thoughts before answering, "First, only a little over twenty thousand members of the Restorer Alliance accompanied the Martial Artists from around the world to Biluo Island. Where did the hundreds of thousands who attacked Dream Island come from?
"Second, on the very day those twenty thousand-plus Restorers from Biluo Island arrived on Phoenix Perch Island, they were hit by our surprise attack. Then, immediately after, hundreds of thousands of Restorers suddenly appeared and attacked Dream Island. This cannot be a coincidence. It must be that the Restorer Alliance, feeling the pressure on Phoenix Perch Island, ordered their weaker, hidden Martial Artists from various countries to provide reinforcements..."
At this point, the butler added with uncertainty, "The question is, did those hundreds of thousands of Martial Artists take the wrong route and end up at Dream Island, or were they deliberately deceived?"
"The Formation on Biluo Island was broken," Stephanie stated definitively. "With such a large island serving as a landmark, it’s impossible for hundreds of thousands of people to get lost. They were definitely tricked into going to Dream Island."
"Who could have tricked them into going there?" the butler asked.
"It was either Ye Xiu or Huang Quan," Stephanie said. "No one else has the brains for it."
This was a sharp observation. The more than five million Martial Artists on Biluo Island were all single-mindedly focused on martial power. None had bothered to train their minds. Furthermore, more than half of them had never received a formal education, and even those who had were not well-educated. As for the strongest group of Hermits and Loose Cultivators, they had been hiding in obscure corners for sixty years; they wouldn’t even know where a school was, let alone have attended one.
"Then it must be Ye Xiu. A figure like Huang Quan, who intimidates the entire globe, wouldn’t stoop to such a cheap and dirty trick," the butler said with absolute certainty.
Stephanie nodded. "I also believe it was Ye Xiu."
The butler continued, "Lord Tu La’s plan to ’force Ye Xiu to seek refuge with the three Judicator Families’ has failed. If the army of Mutated Beasts launches a surprise attack and crushes the Martial Artists on Biluo Island, Ye Xiu will most likely flee. Finding him then will be incredibly difficult."
This was Stephanie’s fear as well. She was even worried that after the global force of Martial Artists was defeated, Huang Quan might kill Kristina in a fit of rage. After a moment of thought, she said, "It seems our only option is to force Ye Xiu to seek revenge against the three Judicator Families himself."
With that, she found a piece of paper and wrote a letter to Ye Xiu. She then folded the paper into a crane. After a few deft motions, the paper crane miraculously took flight and vanished in a flash, its speed breathtaking.

「Abandoned City!」
Ye Xiu was in the living room, sipping tea and chatting with Kristina. Jiaojiao was playing with her toys nearby.
"I was wondering why you suddenly had the leisure to invite me for a chat. It turns out you want to know how the Eternal Kingdom’s army appeared so suddenly on Phoenix Perch Island and Drunken Fairy Island," Kristina said with a sneer, her face deathly pale.
Ye Xiu extracted a pound of Golden Blood from her every day. Even with her Life Totem, her body had been completely drained by him.
"If you don’t tell me, I’ll kill your dad," Ye Xiu threatened. To this day, Kristina still didn’t know that Tu La was already dead.
"Ha! Ye Xiu, I’ve known you for more than a day or two. Even if I told you, you wouldn’t spare me or my father." Kristina had experienced Ye Xiu’s cunning firsthand and didn’t believe a word he said.
Well, this is awkward.
"What will it take for you to tell me?" Ye Xiu asked, annoyed.
"You’ll never know! Hahahaha..." Kristina burst into laughter.
Ye Xiu frowned. What if the three Judicator Families used that same method—the one that allowed the Eternal Kingdom’s army to appear so suddenly on Phoenix Perch and Drunken Fairy Islands—to transport the Mutated Beast army to Biluo Island? The consequences would be unimaginable.
"Ye Xiu..." Just then, Qin Qing ran up the mountain. "Someone saw this paper crane on the streets of the Abandoned City." She handed the paper crane to Ye Xiu.
Upon seeing it, Kristina’s pupils shrank. She knew all too well what a paper crane like this meant. It had to be from her mother.
"What’s the big deal about this thing..." Ye Xiu began, unconcerned, but then he noticed Kristina’s eyes fixed on the paper crane with an unusual expression. Only then did he realize there was something strange about it.
He quickly unfolded it. To his surprise, it was a letter written to him.
"Ye Xiu, I am Kristina’s mother, Stephanie. I heard your mother and grandparents died a terrible death, their bodies crushed to pieces. The thought of that scene makes me so happy I could eat two extra bowls of rice at dinner...
"What a pity. How could your mother and grandparents die at the hands of such nobodies? They should have died by my hands! I would have taken two cleavers, chopped them into dumpling filling, wrapped them into dumplings, and fed them to the dogs..."
Ye Xiu couldn’t read any further. He shot to his feet, seething with killing intent. "Stephanie, you’re courting death!"
Seeing this, Kristina was inwardly ecstatic. Though she didn’t know what her mother had written, seeing Ye Xiu this furious gave her a profound sense of vengeance. It was so satisfying!
"Don’t be impulsive!" Qin Qing quickly tried to calm Ye Xiu down. "Stephanie wrote this letter deliberately to provoke you. If you get angry and lose your reason, you’ll fall right into her trap."
Of course, Ye Xiu understood Stephanie’s intentions, but her vile insults against his mother and grandparents were more than he could bear.
"Here, you read it. Just tell me if there’s any useful information." Unable to look at it any longer, Ye Xiu handed the letter to Qin Qing.
Qin Qing took it and read it through. Her face turned pale with anger, her hands trembled uncontrollably, and veins bulged on her forehead. She took a deep breath, suppressing her own rage. "Stephanie is urging you to hurry up and seek revenge against the three Judicator Families. She also said that if you want to send a reply, you can write it on a piece of paper, have Kristina fold it into a paper crane, and it will fly back to her."
Ye Xiu contemplated for a moment, then found a pen and wrote a reply to Stephanie.
When she saw the content of Ye Xiu’s letter, Qin Qing gasped. When it came to infuriating people, Stephanie was a mere amateur compared to Ye Xiu.
