He breathed a sigh of relief. He had expected the lightning beasts to intervene now that he had cleared their trial, but there was always an off chance that things didn’t go according to plan.

“Does this mean that you have cleared their trial?” Eggy asked.

“I don’t know what else constitutes a clear if not this,” Chu Feng replied.

“That’s true.” Eggy nodded. “So where’s the reward?”

“The reward?” Chu Feng asked.

“Yes, the reward for clearing the trial.”

“We should be glad that they’re neutralizing the backlash for us.”

“I guess so. Those two old lightning beasts are miserly.”

Chu Feng chuckled in response. Just then, the two of them sensed something and hurriedly looked at God’s Era.

Eggy realized that she could clearly see God’s Era’s changes even though they were so far away from it. She exclaimed in excitement, “Woah! Chu Feng, how am I seeing so far ahead? Do you see it as well?”

She thought that it was because she was sharing Chu Feng’s vision.

But Chu Feng shook his head and replied, “I don’t think so.”

His intuition as a world spiritist told him that they weren’t the only ones who could see the phenomenon; it was the same for everyone else.
