Chapter 6503: Forcing Chu Feng to Concede

Chu Feng had previously constructed a teleportation formation inside his body to steal the dragon orb, but he didn’t get to use it in the end.

So, he first made his way to a place that was relatively safer and set it as the destination of the teleportation formation. Then, he left a powerful teleportation talisman paper on the spot so that they could continue teleporting off to somewhere even safer.

Once he was done with his preparations, he returned to the Ancestral Martial Spiritist Sect’s main city.

By then, Jie Tianran was already getting impatient. “Chu Feng, aren’t you going to show yourself? Do you not care about your friends anymore?”

As Jie Tianran spoke, the shackles binding Chu Feng’s friends and family suddenly pulsated with incredible energy, inflicting excruciating pain on them.

“Jie Tianran!” Chu Feng roared as his figure appeared.

In truth, he was still a far distance away from Jie Tianran. He had to amplify his voice using a talisman paper to relay his message over, or else his words would have faded to silence before reaching.

The Seven Realms Sacred Mansion immediately used their observation formation to lock onto Chu Feng’s position.

Long Chengyu, Long Muxi, Xia Xingchen and the others looked worried. They felt indebted to Chu Feng, so much so that they thought that it would be right for them to die over Chu Feng. The last thing they wanted was for them to become baggage to him.

None of them could speak or relay their voices to Chu Feng due to the shackles.

Even if not for that restriction, the distance was so great that only Heavenly God level cultivators or Heavenly Dragon World Spiritists could have relayed their voices over to Chu Feng.

The members of Seven Realms Sacred Mansion were prepared to set off to capture Chu Feng, but Jie Tianran raised his hand and stopped them from making a reckless move. Even he wasn’t confident of capturing Chu Feng from this distance away.

But Jie Tianran didn’t lose his composure. He looked at Chu Feng with a gleeful smirk.

“You’re here, Chu Feng,” Jie Tianran said.

“Jie Tianran, have you fallen so low as to bring in uninvolved parties into our grudge?” Chu Feng asked.

“Uninvolved parties? They are your friends, and they will stand against me and the Seven Realms Sacred Mansion for your sake. They are very much involved in this. I’d be clearing future threats for our Seven Realms Sacred Mansion by killing all of them today.”

Jie Tianran briefly paused before adding, “But you don’t have to worry. I’m in a good mood today, and don’t intend to go on a massacre. I can even spare your life. You know, I have given it some thought, and I believe your words make sense. Nurture is indeed more important than plunder.”

Jie Tianran hooked his finger.

Two chains dragged Jie Shanxian and Daoist Starseizer to his sides and made them kneel to him. The two of them might have regained consciousness, but they were still in terrible states. Powerless against Jie Tianran, they kneeled to him like pitiful dogs.

But their conditions evoked no sympathy from Jie Tianran. He glanced at the two of them, and his smile widened. “I might not have been able to dig out and capture all your allies in a single swoop had I not tested my location talismans on them back then.”

Jie Tianran grinned as he said those words.

Chu Feng realized he had still been underestimating Jie Tianran.

It might have been a coincidence that Jie Tianran had planted a location gu in Daoist Starseizer and Jie Shanxian’s bodies, but if that were true, it would be shocking. Long Zhuoyan had been present when he was treating Daoist Starseizer and the others.

Long Zhuoyan’s spirit power had severely regressed due to the injuries she sustained in the Ancient Era, but she had been one of the top experts of the Ancient Era. Few could match her means and her experience. Yet, she didn’t notice Jie Tianran’s location gus.

That showed that Jie Tianran’s means were more formidable than he had expected.

“Jie Tianran, you went through so much trouble simply because you want these, right?” Chu Feng said as he took out three key fragments.

“Smart. I’m more interested in your Ruler’s Bloodline and Genesis Bloodline, but I know you won’t throw away your life for them. So, I’ll only demand those three key fragments today. Hand the key fragments over, and I’ll let them go,” Jie Tianran said.

Chu Feng flicked his wrist, and a surge of light flew toward Jie Tianran.

However, the light stopped in the midpoint between them before expanding into a spirit formation gate. That was the teleportation formation Chu Feng had prepared beforehand.

“Release them first. Once you release a number of them, I’ll hand you the first key fragment. Also, you have to release the Soul Sealing Gu on them before releasing them,” Chu Feng said.

“Sure.” Jie Tianran accepted the deal without haggling.

He waved his sleeves, and a third of the people he had captured had their Soul Sealing Gu released and the shackles around their necks shattered.

He even constructed a teleportation formation to transport those people straight to where Chu Feng’s spirit formation gate was waiting. The teleportation passageway was transparent, so that those outside could see what was happening inside.

Once those people were a safe distance away from Jie Tianran, Chu Feng tossed the first key fragment over.

After Jie Tianran obtained the first key fragment, he did the same thing as he did before and freed another half of the remaining people.

It was worth noting that Long Chengyu, Long Muxi, Huahua, Xia Xingchen, the Totem’s Nine Daoists, Daoist Starseizer, Jie Shanxian, and those who were closer to Chu Feng remained imprisoned. Jie Tianran didn’t free any of them.

Chu Feng tossed the second key fragment to Jie Tianran.

Upon obtaining the second key fragment, Jie Tianran finally removed the Soul Sealing Gu and shackles on Long Chengyu and the others.

“Chu Feng.” Long Chengyu and the others looked at Chu Feng with conflicted eyes.

“Don’t worry. He can’t do anything to me. You can leave without any worries,” Chu Feng said.

The others did as they were told, knowing they would only be a burden to Chu Feng if they stayed behind. Their only choice was to trust Chu Feng’s means. They obediently entered Jie Tianran’s teleportation formation, which led to Chu Feng’s spirit formation gate.

“Will your grandfather obediently release them?” Eggy didn’t trust Jie Tianran’s character.

And her concerns proved not to be unfounded.

When Long Chengyu arrived at the other end of Jie Tianran’s teleportation passageway and was about to leave, Jie Tianran suddenly changed his hand seal and trapped them within.

“Chu Feng, I don’t trust you. Hand the final key to me first. I’ll only let them go once I fuse the key fragments,” Jie Tianran said.

“I trust you even less,” Chu Feng snorted.

“I don’t want to bother arguing with you. You don’t have a choice here,” Jie Tianran replied confidently, knowing that Chu Feng had no choice but to concede here.
