After Sakura joined up with everyone else, she looked extremely excited. When Weiss had told her the idea of fooling this powerful knight, she had a hard time imagining it working. But when she put the plan into action, it worked perfectly.

She not only managed to make the Koba to think he was not Sakura, she even managed to have sex with him and had a very good time. Having such a famous person inside her was a special hard to describe feeling and she very thoroughly enjoyed it.

That was the reason why she was feeling so happy. And after taking care of one of the biggest threat by her own, Sakura was also feeling extremely confident.

So in a very cheerful mood, the journey continued. Their next destination was not too far away.

...

The city of Omutaro was build around the Temple of a powerful nameless god who was suppose to be the god of Life, Death and Evolution. But the form of this god was unknown to the general believers.

So instead of his main body, the worshippers prayed to the statue of seven of the god's pet divine beasts. Those pets were a lion, a snake, a hawk, a bull, a fish, a pig and finally a spider. All of them had different powers and many followers of their own.

According to the priests of this God, he was one of the most famous and most worshipped deity with many many believers scattered in various different worlds. But Weiss had no way to judge if this was the truth or not.

Obviously Weiss was capable of sensing if someone was lying or not with her incredible senses. But this power of hers had a massive disadvantage.

There were many people who were misinformed. The masses could very easily believe something untrue to be the absolute truth. This was not very uncommon.

And for a case like that, as the person believed the information to be the the absolute truth, Weiss would also sense that the person was telling the truth even if the information itself was wrong.

That was why she did not solely believed in her lie detecting abilities and did more research on the subject matter. And she told the same thing to Elise and Evan too who were also able to do something similar but barely with their own decently powerful senses.

...

While discussing things like this, Weiss and her group soon reached the city. As this was completely dependent on the temple, almost all the businesses were also ran by the priests and priestesses.

So the inn that they ended up choosing was located just beside the main temple. It was also the most luxurious inn of this city.

Actually, the whole city was quite luxurious including the people living in it. All of them looked like rich merchants instead of poor priests.

When Elise ended up asking this question to the priestess who was guiding them, she kindly smiled and answered.

Depending on which of the seven beast one followed, the priests lived very different life. Most of the people of this city worshipped the snake beast whose teaching was to live freely and lavishly.

That was the main reason why this city was like this. The people here lived like this not only because it more comfortable but also because it was what their teachings taught them.

This was something very interesting so Weiss asked if the priestess would be able to tell her more about this mighty God and his divine beast pets. And even though this was a troublesome thing to do, the priestess got stars in her eyes after hearing this.

So while Weiss and this priestess named Asuna went to a different room in order to discuss about the god and the divine beasts, Elise and the others learned from the other priestess that Asuna was a massive lover of books and had read all the books that was in the temple.

But there was no one else here who shared the same interest as her. Most were only interested about the legend of the snake beast and did not care about anyone else. While on the other hand, Asuna wanted to learn about everyone equally.

For this reason, she did not have many people to talk to. So, when Weiss had wished to have a conversation with her, she had became absolutely overjoyed.

...

After coming to Asuna's private room, both Weiss and Asuna started the discussion. Weiss asked Asuna to give her a description of all the divine beasts and she did exactly that.

The Lion beast named Lionell was the oldest of the divine beasts and also the first to become the pet of the great God. He was said to have a just and upright nature and had the title of "The Lion Holding Honour".

Next was the snake and this beast was known for being schemer and a prankster. But she was also said to be extremely talented and powerful with the capability of controlling life and death like her master. She had the title of "Cunning Snake Ruling Reincarnation".

After the snake, it was the hawk. Completely opposite to the snake, the hawk was moral and upright like the lion. But he was also inflexible and very stubborn unlike him.

So instead of leading others, he was given the duty of judging others and making impartial judgement. He was famously known as the "Hawk Flying the Banner of Justice".

After that, it was the Bull. The bull was the representation of recklessness and an one dimensional mind. It was also very powerful in combat and was the physically strongest among all the Divine Beasts. It was called "The Eternal Charging Bull".

After this, there was the fish. The Fish was known to be an extremely intelligent lady who was very good at management. So she had the title of "Fish Managing the Heaven" and was highly respected by even the worshippers of other divine beasts.

Next was the pig and it was the representation of gluttony and sloth. All the followers of the pig divine beast were also hated because almost all of them were troublesome freeloaders. The pig beast also had a very uninspiring title of "The Fat Pig that does Nothing".

And finally there was the spider. But almost no information was available about this beast in the library. And Asuna had never heard of anyone worshipping her. At least she was aware of the gender of this spider divine beast.

So as her official title was unknown, Asuna called her "Mysterious Spider Roaming the Shadows" which Weiss found to be quite suitable.

And after all this, Asuna started to tell Weiss how they did rituals and such. So it looked like this discussion was going to be long and Weiss was perfectly fine with it as she was really enjoying this.
