Jose Floyd responded with a hum, "Drive to Phoenix Ancient Town,"

"No need, go directly to Phoenix Ancient Town." Jose Floyd’s voice was cold and cool.

Henrik Woody dared not speak further, and immediately drove onto the highway leading to Phoenix Ancient Town.

By the time they reached Phoenix Ancient Town, it was already five in the afternoon. Henrik Woody immediately took Jose Floyd to have lunch and conveniently booked a room for him at the best hotel in Phoenix Ancient Town.

After eating, Jose Floyd took a shower and rested for two hours. By now, it was past eight in the evening, the bustling time for the night market in the scenic area.

Henrik Woody drove Jose Floyd to the night market, which was crowded. The car couldn’t go inside. Henrik Woody’s eyes inquired at the person in the back seat, "Young Master Floyd, the car can’t go through, do you want to stroll around the night market? If you need, I can go park the car."

"Park the car. I’ll get out and walk around. You drive the car back to the hotel, don’t worry about me."

"Alright, Young Master Floyd."

Jose Floyd pushed open the car door and got out, walking into the bustling crowd of the night market.

Food and entertainment were plentiful at the night market, yet Jose Floyd had no interest in either. He simply wandered through the night market.

Thinking about whether Nicole often strolled through the night market as a child, eating delicious food and playing fun games, his lips unconsciously softened, his eyes shimmering with starlight.

As he casually roamed, a scene not far off caught his eye, causing Jose Floyd’s gaze to instantly darken.

A crowd of people gathered around, discussing something, and right then, a little girl standing next to an adult was picked up by a man and taken away.

Everyone was engrossed in discussion, no one noticed this sight.

The girl was very young, probably around two years old, looking adorable with her fine, smooth hair. Just one look showed how cute she was.

The man was evidently a human trafficker taking children, his sneaky demeanor instantly caused a chill to frost over Jose Floyd’s brow.

"Little sister, uncle is taking you to buy delicious things. How about it?"

The man quickly walked away with the child in his arms, smiling as he tried to soothe her.
