Chapter 3394

After getting the coordinates and details straight, Ye Liuyun agreed to everything.

“That’s all?” Ye Liuyun confirmed with them once more.

“Uh... that’s all for now!”

Cang Jingsong and the others understood that Ye Liuyun truly intended to use this as an excuse to go on a killing spree.

“All right, then. Wait for my word. I’ll get started right away!” Ye Liuyun did not delay, worried that if he waited too long, a force like the Ran family might receive the news and escape.

Just then, the monsters returned after wiping out the soldiers in the military camp. Ye Liuyun took them directly into his spatial realm and hurried through the void to the planet where the Ran family was located.

With his current mastery of Spatial Force, he could cross a star system in less than a day. Once he arrived, he did not even need the soldiers to act. Instead, he drew the Demon-Slaying Saber and began hacking at the planet from outer space.

The planets in the Silver Fox Star System had not been reinforced by formation masters. They could not withstand even one of his strikes now and split apart instantly. Ye Liuyun immediately siphoned away their origin power, causing the planets to collapse on their own.

Only then did he realize that the shattered continents he had heard about when his cultivation had been low had probably all come about this way.

He then released the monsters and the Death Legion, ordering them to wipe out all the remaining martial cultivators, take all the resources, and refill the Soul-Sealing Pearl, which had just been emptied.

In fact, the strike he had just unleashed had been aimed directly at the Ran family. The Ran family had already been razed to the ground by that single blow. But there were certainly still members of the Ran family outside, and Ye Liuyun had no time to distinguish them, so he simply ordered the entire Death Legion to kill them all.

As for those who had been caught up in the disaster, it could also serve as a warning: they should not associate with forces that wanted to act recklessly, or they might easily be dragged down with them.

This return was Ye Liuyun’s final purge of his opponents, and also an act of deterrence. He wanted those who thought he would never return, those who kept trying to provoke him, and those who did not know him to see the consequences of offending him, so they would never dare act recklessly again.

After destroying the Ran family, Ye Liuyun immediately hurried to the other planets provided by Cang Jingsong and the others. Every time he acted, he destroyed the entire planet.

Moreover, he used a different method each time. On the next planet, he directly employed the power of fire and released the Golden Crow Fire Spirit, burning every living thing on the planet to ashes. He then shattered the planet with a single palm strike and took away its origin power.

Next, the Fire Spirit and Thunder Spirit of the Netherworld Ghostfire each destroyed a planet. On the final planet, he and the monsters released their soul sources and devoured the souls of all the martial cultivators there. He then had the female soldiers’ Qingfeng Wolves clean up the battlefield.

After destroying these major forces, Ye Liuyun returned to the Myriad Gods Alliance and systematically eliminated all the elders affiliated with them as well. The Myriad Gods Alliance was left much cleaner than before.

Before long, news that Ye Liuyun had destroyed several planets spread throughout the Silver Fox Star System.

From then on, whether they had known about Ye Liuyun before or not, no one dared harbor any designs on him.

In the past, offending Ye Liuyun would at most result in him coming to their doorstep and wiping out their clan. Now, he was wiping out entire planets.

“His methods are even more ruthless than before. Now he destroys an entire planet every time he strikes!”

Those who had already known that Ye Liuyun was a ruthless figure were even more shocked.

Of course, there were also people who admired the way Ye Liuyun acted.

“As expected of an existence like the God of Slaughter. You have to be this ruthless when dealing with these major forces for it to work.”

Cang Jingsong and the others in the Myriad Gods Alliance had finally been able to hold their heads high. With Ye Liuyun backing them, the other major forces immediately fell into line.

However, Ye Liuyun also knew that Cang Jingsong and the others lacked backbone, and their strength was not particularly formidable at present. Once he left for a long time in the future, such incidents might happen again.

But that would be many years from now. By then, he would already be gone and unable to manage so many things. For now, he could only deal with the matters at hand.

After finishing with the affairs of the Silver Fox Star System, Ye Liuyun immediately took Xuanyuan Ling and the other women who managed the merchant association around to inspect its operations. He also kept his disciple, Luan Ping, by his side, guiding his cultivation and giving him a considerable amount of cultivation resources.

Whenever he encountered a troublesome administrator, he killed them on the spot. He would then attack their family and wipe them all out. Any force in any region that caused trouble for or obstructed their merchant association was likewise eliminated without exception.

If any dynasty expressed dissatisfaction, Ye Liuyun would either blast its planet apart with a single palm or take the entire planet away. During this time, the monsters and the women also continuously honed their skills, and even stored up a considerable amount of soul resources for cultivation.

After all this, every star system became completely obedient, realizing that the God of Slaughter from back then had returned.

Ye Liuyun had originally intended to cultivate in peace and prepare to break through to the next realm, but the Myriad Gods Alliance sent another distress signal from a large army.

It turned out that an army of one hundred thousand led by Liu Yang had encountered a difficult star system. After fighting for half a year, nearly half the army had been lost. They were currently surrounded by the enemy on a planet, and their warships had already been destroyed. They could not even escape.

When Ye Liuyun heard that it was Liu Yang, he felt that he still had to go rescue him. He immediately asked for Liu Yang’s coordinates and teleported there. This time, he had the Death Legion act, allowing them to gather cultivation resources for themselves.

He lent them the Soul-Sealing Pearl and the Soul Refining Cauldron as well. Yu Xiaofeng and the others greatly cherished this extra opportunity to collect resources. They immediately led their troops in plundering the area, ultimately taking away every planet in the star system without leaving a single one behind.

“As expected of the Death Legion! You really were ruthless this time—you didn’t leave them a thing!”

Liu Yang was rather astonished when he saw it.

“Haha, that’s actually how things normally are between star systems. I was simply more merciful before!” Ye Liuyun replied with a laugh.

“Uh... you call that merciful?” Liu Yang was speechless.

After they finished talking, Liu Yang had to return to recruit more soldiers and replenish his equipment. Ye Liuyun therefore took him directly back to the Silver Fox Star System, where he could leave after recruiting troops and restocking his equipment.

After that, the entire Myriad Gods Alliance quieted down. Everyone now knew that Ye Liuyun had returned, and no one dared provoke him at such a time.

Ye Liuyun had always done his utmost to protect this star system, but whenever anyone provoked him, he had never shown mercy.

Even the Myriad Gods Alliance both hoped that Ye Liuyun would stay forever to protect the star system and wanted him to leave as soon as possible, lest some fool provoke him and get an entire planet destroyed.

Therefore, while he was back, all the major forces began restraining every disciple and elder in their families, telling them not to cause trouble during this period and, unless absolutely necessary, not to go to the trade planets.

Ye Liuyun also had Xuanyuan Ling transfer ownership of all the merchant associations to Luan Ping, while management was handed over to Barlow. Even the matter of exchanging resources with the Bloodburn Star was transferred to Barlow.
