Kinky Temptation
Chapter 201
Lyssandra leaned against the smooth, cool stone wall of her inner sanctum, the soft glow of magical orbs casting long shadows. Her eyes were closed, her thoughts distant.
'You are letting them go again, Master.' Luna's voice resonated in her mind, calm but edged with a hint of disapproval.
Lyssandra sighed internally. 'Is that a problem?'
'It might be,' Luna replied immediately. 'Humans are unpredictable, greedy, short-sighted, deceitful, treacherous. They covet power and will stop at nothing to gain it, even if it means betrayal.' Luna listed the faults like reciting a well-known litany. 'They lack the honor and loyalty of the monsters. They are chaotic creatures.'
An amused smile played on Lyssandra's lips. 'That's quite the condemnation. Not all humans are like that. Miriel, for instance…' She let the thought hang.
'An exception, perhaps,' Luna conceded reluctantly. 'But exceptions are rare. Most humans would see your power, this place, and think only of exploiting it. They are a risk.'
Lyssandra opened her eyes, staring into the chamber. 'You worry too much. They know I can crush them. They know the jungle is dangerous. And they know I spared them. That makes them cautious, if not obedient. The adventurers are a useful connection. A way to keep tabs on the world outside.'
'Connection? Or liability? They know our situation now. They could return and bring others.'
Lyssandra chuckled softly. 'Oh, pet. Am I truly so naive in your eyes? This entire jungle is a death trap for the unprepared. My power extend far beyond these walls. Nothing enters my territory without my awareness.'
She traced a finger idly over the cool stone. 'Besides, they serve a purpose. The guild knows the dungeon is "secured" now. Their report, filtered through Coraline's interpretation, will paint me in a benevolent light.'
Luna was silent for a moment, then said, 'You play a dangerous game, Master.'
'Isn't all of life are one?' Lyssandra countered. 'Power is maintained through control and perception. Letting them go, carefully managed, enhances both. I control the narrative. I control the perception.'
'But what of Coraline?' Luna asked, her mental voice softening slightly. 'She is vulnerable.'
'Coraline is another useful asset,' Lyssandra mused. 'Her innocence and connection to the village serves me well. And she is loyal in her own way.' She thought of the girl's wide eyes and shy smiles. 'I will call her back when needed.'
'Just be cautious, Master,' Luna implored. 'Humans are… unpredictable. Even the ones you think you know.'
Lyssandra straightened, pushing away from the wall. 'Caution is my middle name. I know exactly what I'm doing. You are quite talkative and wisdom for today though.' Her gaze turned towards the inner chambers of the dungeon, a determined glint in her eyes.
Stretching her arms overhead, her back cracking slightly. "Just a few things to finish, and I can venture outside again." The confines of the dungeon, though comfortable, sometimes felt restrictive.
'Or…' Luna's voice purred in her mind, warm and inviting. Simultaneously, Lyssandra felt a familiar, delicious sensation. 'You could play with me, Master.'
From within her groin, a smooth, black tentacle slid out. It emerged from the base of her scrotum, traveling up the underside of her penis in a slow, undulating caress. The cool, slick touch sent immediate shivers of pleasure through her entire body, making her breath hitch.
"No! Stop messing around," Lyssandra gasped, her voice thick with sultry denial. "I have work to do!" She swatted half-heartedly at the questing tentacle, though her body was already responding to its touch.
Luna giggled in her mind, a playful sound echoed by a wet SLURP while the tentacle swiftly retracted back into her testicle, disappearing from sight. 'Can't blame a girl for trying.'
Taking a deep breath to steady herself, Lyssandra closed her eyes. A moment later, she vanished from her sanctum to reappear on the third floor – the sprawling level dedicated to workshops, farms, and specialized facilities.
The air was thick with the smells of sawdust, smelting iron, and growing things. She scanned the busy area until she spotted one of her goblin children nearby, hammering diligently at a small anvil.
"You there!" Lyssandra called out.
The goblin startled, dropping her hammer. "M-Mother!" She bowed clumsily, wiping sweat from her brow. "How can I serve?"
"The project I assigned to you and your siblings," Lyssandra asked. "The special purpose structure. How is it progressing?"
The goblin scratched her green scalp nervously. "It's… it's kinda… finished? We think?"
Lyssandra arched an eyebrow. "Kinda? What does that mean?"
"Well…" The goblin shuffled her feet. "You should see it yourself, Mother. It's… it's unique. We built it exactly to your specifications, but it… well, see for yourself?" She gestured towards a large, covered structure at the end of the floor, partially obscured by stacked crates.
Lyssandra sighed. "Very well. Lead the way."
"This way, Mother!" The goblin child skittered off eagerly. Lyssandra followed, a mixture of anticipation and slight apprehension fluttering in her chest.
At the far end of the expansive third floor, dwarfing the nearby workshops and farms, stood the building: a colossal rectangular structure built entirely of seamless, smooth grey stone. It dominated the space, approximately 50 meters wide, 60 meters long, and towering 10 meters high. Its sheer size and solid construction exuded an imposing, almost fortress-like presence.
"Impressive," Lyssandra murmured, walking around the perimeter. She ran a hand along the cool stone. "Solid work. The isolation seems excellent. I don't detect any external odors or leaks."
The goblin beamed with pride, puffing out her small chest. "Thank you, Mother! We worked very hard! The other sisters and I did most of the stonework ourselves!"
Lyssandra nodded approvingly. "Good job." She gestured towards the structure's single entrance – a rectangular stone door set flush with the wall. "Now, let's see the interior."
"Of course, Mother!" The goblin scampered forward. Despite being only more than a meter tall, she placed her hands against the enormous stone door.
With a soft grunt and a visible flexing of muscles, enhanced by the dungeon's ambient power, she pushed. The colossal door slid sideways smoothly and silently on hidden runners, revealing the entrance.
The instant the door cracked open, a wall of foul, overpowering stench hit them like a punch to the noise, the reek of raw sewage, decay, and putrefaction. It was thick, cloying, and utterly vile.
Lyssandra recoiled, her hand flying to cover her nose.
"Urgh!" she choked. "That smell!"
The goblin coughed, waving a hand in front of her face. "Yes, Mother! Very strong! That's why you named it 'The Waste Pit,' right? Even with another inner layer of doors, it leaks through!"
She pointed towards a rack beside the door, filled with bulky suits hanging from hooks. They were made of thick, dark brown leather, treated to be water-resistant. They covered the wearer entirely head to toe, including sturdy boots and thick gloves.
The helmet resembled a medieval plague doctor's mask but without the long beak, featuring instead a wide, multi-layered filter system attached to the front, designed to cover the nose and mouth. The filter was a complex assembly of charcoal, tightly woven wool, and dried herbs known for their purifying properties.
"Quick, Mother! Put on the suit!" the goblin urged, already scrambling into one herself. "The air inside is pure poison! Very dangerous without protection!"
Lyssandra didn't hesitate. She grabbed a suit and swiftly donned it, sealing the heavy leather garments. The mask fit snugly, filters activating after a faint hiss. Instantly, the horrific stench was muted, though not entirely banished and replaced by sharp, clean scent of herbs. She could breathe, but the air still tasted thick and slightly bitter.
The goblin, now fully suited, gave her a thumbs-up through the mask. "Ready, Mother?"
Lyssandra nodded, her voice slightly muffled. "Lead on."
With the protective suits sealed and the inner stone door safely shut behind them, Lyssandra and the goblin child stepped into the Waste Pit's main chamber.
The scale of it was staggering. It was essentially a big, subterranean cistern carved from the same smooth stone as the exterior. The space stretched the entire length and width of the building, a vast rectangular pit plunging downwards into darkness.
At the center of the floor, dominating the entire chamber, was a giant circular hole, easily 40 meters across. From Lyssandra's position on a sturdy stone walkway encircling the hole about 10 meters above its lip, she could see down into the pit.
It was filled with churning, viscous slurry of excrement and urine, a dark, foul-smelling morass. Bubbles broke the surface intermittently, releasing fetid gases that, thankfully, were mostly filtered by their suits. The stench here was stronger, even through the filters – a cloying, overwhelming smell of concentrated human and monstrous waste.
But the source of the waste was even more extraordinary.
From the high ceiling, hundreds of black, glistening tentacles descended. They varied in thickness, some as slim as ropes, others as thick as tree trunks.
In constant, undulating motion. They snaked downwards, plunging directly into the slurry below. Lyssandra watched, fascinated and slightly repulsed when a thick tentacle expelled a forceful jet of thick, yellowish fluid directly into the pit.
Other tentacles did the same, but with solid waste – chunks of fecal matter sliding down their slick length to plop heavily into the mix. The constant sounds were a disgusting symphony of wet, viscous expulsions, heavy splats, and low, bubbling gurgles.
This was an organic plumbing system on an industrial scale, powered directly by the dungeon. The tentacles acted as conduits, efficiently channeling all the waste produced throughout the vast complex into this central receptacle.
On the opposite side of the walkway, perched on a small platform, Lyssandra spotted another figure, another of her goblin children, also suited. Seeing them approach, she waved.
"Mother! Welcome!" the monitoring goblin called out, her voice muffled by the filter.
