Chapter 775: Chapter 355: Montgomery Family

The burly man who had been following him like a shadow suddenly stepped forward!

Before the fat man could react, a large hand like an iron clamp had already pinched his nape, pressing his obese body hard onto the table in front of him!

"Bang!"

The fat man’s face made close contact with the ammo box on the table, producing a muffled sound.

Immediately, the burly man’s fists, the size of a casserole, mercilessly hammered the fat man’s side waist, "Boom! Boom!" Two heavy punches struck. They hit extremely heavily but were measured precisely, causing only acute pain without internal damage.

"Ugh..." The fat man uttered a painful groan, collapsing to the ground like a pig waiting to be slaughtered, unable to move.

The burly man let go, as if having completed a trivial task, his voice hidden behind the mask rang coldly and emotionlessly through the entire hardware zone:

"You broke the rules, brother, this is what you deserved. Don’t ask the source, the destination, the buyer, or what’s bought for. You only handle the sale, got it?"

The other merchants at surrounding stalls instinctively lowered their heads, pretending to have seen nothing.

Lin Yu’an stood in place, without any movement from start to finish, not even the slightest emotional fluctuation, as if everything happening in front of him was unrelated.

The fat man struggled to get up from the ground, clutching his waist, his face no longer bearing the previous flippancy and curiosity, only fear remained.

"S-Sorry, sir," he stammered, "I-I spoke too much... Just so you know, if you need to handle something in the future, you can also bring it here for processing; our prices are definitely reasonable!"

Lin Yu’an did not accept his apology, calmly said, "Pack up the goods."

"Y-Yes..." The fat man nodded repeatedly, dare not say another word, quickly and efficiently checked and packed all the firearms and ammunition.

Finally, Lin Yu’an took out a vacuum-sealed bag from his backpack with several stacks of brand-new hundred-dollar US Dollars, actually retrieved from the space, completing this weaponry trade worth over fifty thousand US Dollars.

After the transaction, the burly man handed Lin Yu’an what appeared to be an ordinary Chevrolet car key and softly revealed the parking spot number.

"The car is at space number 37 in section B, the stuff will be delivered to the car within an hour."

"You can drive this car away, park it anywhere in the city when you’re done, then send back the address through that encrypted channel you used when entering. Someone will handle it, remember, complete it within 24 hours."

Lin Yu’an nodded. This was one of the highest-level services of "Crocodile Market", providing an untraceable clean vehicle as a disposable transport tool to ensure no direct physical connection between the client and the goods.

He accepted the key, pulled out two hundred-dollar bills, and handed them to the burly man who had been following him, as a tip. It was a small token of appreciation for his service.

Then, he turned and left this underground world filled with desire and danger.

When he took off the mask and walked out from that second-hand bookstore, returning to the Florida sunshine, his face covered with a mask showed no abnormality.

Like a regular tourist, he bought an iced Americano at the corner coffee shop, leisurely sipping it, patiently waiting.

About forty minutes later, he got up and walked unhurriedly toward that underground parking lot.

He did not go straight to space number 37, but instead took the elevator at the other end of the parking lot. Like a Netherworld Ghost, using pillars and vehicles for cover, he carefully observed the vicinity of the target vehicle from different angles for nearly ten minutes.

Only after confirming there were no suspicious people or vehicles did he swiftly step forward, unlock with the key in hand, pull open the car door, and sat inside the ordinary Chevrolet sedan.

He did not immediately check the goods but first locked the car doors, started the engine, and smoothly merged into the traffic, leaving that place.

After driving a few blocks and confirming no vehicles were tracking him, he drove to a public parking lot at a large shopping center a few blocks away from the hotel.

After confirming no surveillance cameras or pedestrians were around, he opened the rear car door and trunk of the Chevrolet.

On the back seat lay quietly a 30-inch black hard-shell suitcase, while inside the trunk was a slightly smaller 26-inch suitcase of the same model.

The brand was a common one, Samsonite, with even a half-torn airport luggage tag stuck to it, disguised just like the luggage of a regular traveler who had finished a long flight.

He didn’t drag the suitcase out but quickly unlocked the default combination lock right on the car’s rear seat. A mere glance confirmed the completeness of the goods.

Lin Yu’an first opened the largest suitcase on the back seat. As the cover lifted a crack open, the intense scent of gun oil and the cold metallic smell instantly overflowed.

Inside were two DDM4 rifles disassembled into upper and lower receivers, wrapped in a layer of oiled paper, lying quietly on one side of the box; on the other side, boxed 5.56mm rifle rounds, like heavy gold bricks, packed the bottom tightly.

After verifying nothing amiss, he closed the lid and proceeded to open the slightly smaller suitcase in the trunk. Inside were two Staccato P pistols, all the magazines, and the substantial weight of three thousand rounds of 9mm pistol ammo.
