Chapter 1627: Primal Fate Dominator
Chapter 1627: Primal Fate Dominator
After a snuggling session with his wife, Wang Wei secretly left to hunt down the Dao seeds he previously planted. The process was relatively simple, and the people involved suffered a terrible fate. One of them seemed to have become aware and tried to resist, but it was to no avail.
It took Wang Wei 20 yuan epoch to fully refine the seeds inside a formation. As a result, his soul, pill, array, talisman, weapon refining, thunder, and five-element arrays finally reached one hundred percent. The only one left was his Destruction Dao, for which he could not create a seed, as the person would have to survive the Outlaw Trial.
By the time he finished, the people who wished to protect him finally had the time. They held a meeting to discuss what security measures to take. In the end, they decided that Maitreya and Wu Hong would design a special world for Wang Wei to complete the last step. Everybody else will blend into the void and secretly protect him.
With Maitreya’s assistance, the secure dimension was completed in less than two hundred years. No one, except the people involved, knew what he was doing. These individuals even created the most accurate clones possible to present themselves to the world without revealing their true identities. For safety reasons, Wang Wei spent the first ten yuan epochs of his retreat comprehending his [Force Control Skill] just to confuse anyone who might cause trouble.
Only after he felt safe that he finally completed his ChronoSpirit Skill. Heaven and Earth changed as a large vision manifested, alerting numerous curious individuals. At first, some people thought it was a celebration for the birth of a new Paragon, but then they were shocked when they saw the scroll and brush.
All eyes were immediately glued on it, wondering who was lucky enough to become worthy of the title of [Primal]. Then, they watched as the brush slowly wrote: Fate Dominator Wang Wei. For the people who were paying attention to Wang Wei’s fight, this was not a surprise. However, for most other cultivators, this was shocking news.
It was understandable that people like Yan Shirong, the Grand Preceptor, and the Song Twins would become Primals. Despite their youthful appearance, they were still individuals who rose to prominence either at the beginning or end of the Golden Age. But who was Wang Wei? A young lad who hasn’t ascended for more than a million Yuan epoch.
These cultivators understood that this generation was lucky due to the appearance of the Mortalhood trial, which drastically accelerated their growth, but someone already becoming a Primal was simply absurd. The world knew of Wang Wei. After all, he basically ended the reign of the Seven Moons and saved everybody from Supreme Unity’s cruelty. However, most cultivators still could not wrap their heads around his rapid growth.
Myriad Clan Union:
Huo Fenghuang looked at the name on the list for a few seconds. A fighting aura suddenly replaced her peaceful atmosphere. She stood and, without a single word, flew toward the Heavenly Court to register for the war. The only way to accelerate her growth was to use the exchange list, but that requires merit, and war is the fastest way to acquire more.
Tao Beginning Palace:
Zhen Biyu watched the list with a slight daze. For a moment, she questioned whether it was a wise move to focus so much on the politics of the palace. ’No, I can’t waver now. I need resources and, more importantly, I need more luck and destiny.’ Her physique has long become useless before she even became an Empyrean, and her second Pure Soul also no longer provides her with much of a boost in the Paragon Realm. So, Zhen Biyu needed an improvement, or she might not even make it to the Tenth Heaven.
Ten Thousand Buddha Haven:
Feng Heng looked at the list. "Congratulations, benefactor, you deserve all this success." After recording these words in a talisman and sending it away, he closed his eyes and continued his meditation. Now that he has started his spiritual transcendence path, emotions such as jealousy, envy, greed, or competitiveness can no longer sully his mind and spirit.
Great Qin Eternal Court:
Ying Zheng sat on his throne with a stoic face as he looked at that name. After Bai Qi’s report, he knew this day would come. Truth be told, he was surprised it was delayed for so long. ’How much time do I have until his strength catches with mine?’ This question has been plaguing the great sovereign recently.
Ying Zheng was a confident man. Despite recent failure, he remained steadfast in his goals and ambitions. After all, he still had the pendant and the recorded secrets of the Heavenly Emperor Position. However, something has been occupying the back of his mind lately, and that’s the existence of Hongjun’s dog — Wang Wei.
Tribal Sacred Mountain:
A chained Ye Dafu glanced at Wang Wei’s name. "If I had this strength, could I have saved her? Could I have brought her back?" He pondered for a moment before rattling the chains. "The Book of Life and Death — one day, sooner or later, you will be mine."
Ao Shen clenched his fist, even drawing a few drops of blood. He hadn’t felt this way since ascending; that terrible sensation that an insurmountable mountain was pressing over his head. He snapped his finger, and a shadow slowly appeared behind.
"How is the search?"
"I’m sorry, my lord, but these Chaos Demon Gods are extraordinary. We have done our best, but there are no signs of their presence."
"Is it true that they are hunting Paragons of similar Daos as them?"
"It’s been confirmed to be true."
"Any chance you know whether the Darkness Chaos Demon Gods are part of the group’s hunting?"
"You mean?"
"I think I can make a decent bait, don’t you think?"
Heavenly Beauty Palace:
"What’s wrong?" Xun Junyao asked.
"Do you think it could have been me if I didn’t waste all that time being moody and depressing?" Xiao Tiandi asked.
"It’s hard to say, but I don’t think it truly matters."
"Why not?"
"You’ve experienced a low point in your life and overcome it; that experience made you as strong as you are today, and that’s all that matters. Thinking of the person you could have been will only bring you pain."
"You have a point," Xiao Tiandi nodded.
Sword Path League:
A bit of envy flashed in Jian Wushuang’s eyes. He gave up his dignity by accepting marriage alliances in exchange for the support needed to become the next League Master. But what about Wang Wei? He was born as the heir of one of the most powerful factions in the world. He has never had to worry about resources or support in his cultivation.
These things are not the key to his current success. Jian Wushuang knew the critical role they played. Without such a background, there is no way he could reach such a height in record time. He exhaled to calm down. ’There is no point in jealousy. He has his path, and I have mine. I might not get there as fast as he, but I will get there."
"He’s indeed Wang Tian’s son," Ji Lanfgan smiled. "It seems I must put more pressure on myself." After watching Yan Hai’s battle, he felt ashamed as a swordman and immediately discarded his [Nothingness Arm]. Since the Sword Empress can use a fast sword without being affected by the power of nothingness, he can do it too.
Skill Dao Association:
"Of course, he’s already a Primal," Tong Ruobing sighed. She did not care that her talisman had failed. No one likes to always be in second place or lose to the same person repeatedly. Sadly, this is the fate of all the people born in the same generation as that man. She stopped the refining process to contact her husband, who had already established himself in the Primeval Body Mansion. With his status and the exchange list, Tong Ruobing had hope for the future.
...
Wang Wei remained calm as an immense consciousness enveloped him and began optimizing his soul. He was intrigued and observed the process, but despite his extensive knowledge, he only understood about 70% of what it did.
"It’s quite the brilliant method," Wang Wei thought. His soul was unique because it was shaped like the spirit particles. But such a difference did not affect the consciousness, as it still easily removed the minor flaws in Wang Wei’s soul, and rearranged its fundamental structure to become more potent and efficient.
The world became brighter for Wang Wei, but the biggest change was that his soul became easier to control, was more resistant to attack, healed/regenerated faster, and was more resilient to the utilization of Grand Construct Skills.
"After so long, I’ve finally reached this step," Wang Wei smiled. As he was about to leave the seclusion to meet everybody, he suddenly sensed another power awakening deep from within his body. It traveled to every corner of his being to fix things before settling on his soul and optimizing it for a second time.
"The Perfect Foundation," he muttered. As a transcendent foundation, the perfect foundation not only increased his chances of becoming a Saint, but it also optimized his body and soul to be able to utilize 4-tier Grand Construct Skills without issue. However, since Wang Wei cultivated it when he was only a Great Emperor, he did not receive the full benefits until now, after experiencing the first optimization by Grand Dao.
"That’s good news," Wang Wei smiled. He was not a pseudo S-Class Primal, meaning he would be in the same class as Ying Zheng and Yan Hai as long as he could master all six Grand Constructs. With a joyous mood, Wang Wei stood from his cushion.
Bang!
His spirit suddenly received an intense stimulus, forcing him to stand still as if he were a statue.
