Infinite Mana: I Am The Absolute Supreme
Chapter 155: The cosmic human alliance came to earth
The quiet of the rear courtyard remained unbroken for a long time.
Elder Thomas was the first to move, his knees popping as he stood up from the cold stone. He wiped his dripping brow with a trembling sleeve, his eyes fixated on the plain wooden box in Joseph’s calloused hands. The faint fragrance wafting from its seams made Thomas’s own stagnant mana circuit thrum with life, a bitter reminder of the boundless fortune he had squandered years ago when he had chosen to turn a blind eye to Victor’s mistreatment.
"Elder Joseph..." Thomas’s voice was devoid of its usual authority, replaced by an almost submissive deference. "Please, allow the family guard to escort you to the grand pavilion. Your residence in this quiet courtyard... it is far too humble for someone of your stature."
Joseph looked at the surrounding elders, all of whom were bowing their heads, waiting for his response like nervous servants. The contrast between their behavior today and their cold indifference in the past was striking, yet Joseph felt no pride, only a faint sense of weariness.
"There is no need," Joseph replied softly, clutching the wooden box closely to his chest. "I have tended these herbs for decades. I am used to the quiet. Leave me be."
Without waiting for Thomas to reply, Joseph turned and walked slowly into his modest stone cottage, shutting the wooden door behind him. None of the elders dared to step forward or stop him.
"Pass down the command immediately," Thomas barked, turning to the remaining elders with a expression of absolute severity. "Assemble all core members, guards, and disciples in the main hall! Effective today, Elder Joseph’s words carry the same weight as the Family Head’s. Anyone who shows him even a fraction of disrespect will have their cultivation shattered and be expelled from the family!"
"Understood!" the elders responded in unison, their voices tight with fear.
Meanwhile, thousands of miles to the north, chaos had gripped the capital of the Falmuth Kingdom.
Inside the shattered remnants of the royal palace, the atmosphere was suffocating. The majestic white-marble towers had not been destroyed by an explosion; rather, the entire central hall had simply been compressed into fine dust, leaving a crater that looked as if a colossal pillar had struck it from the heavens.
At the center of the crater lay a middle-aged man in golden armor. He was the kingdom’s newly risen Epic Rank powerhouse, the very foundation of their sudden arrogance.
Now, he lay face down in the dirt, gasping for air. His eyes were wide with a terror so profound that his mind had nearly snapped. The moment the silent pressure had descended from the sky, his pride, his grand domain, and his high-tier mana core had dissolved like salt in warm water. He was not just injured, his mana circuit had been entirely erased, leaving him weaker than a common beggar.
"Ancestor!"
The King of Falmuth rushed into the ruins, accompanied by a dozen trembling grand knights. When the King saw the state of their absolute power, his legs gave out, and he collapsed to his knees.
"What happened?! Who attacked us?!" the King cried out, looking up at the sky, which had already restored its clear blue color as if nothing had ever happened.
"Do not... seek revenge..." the crippled Epic Rank powerhouse rasped, his voice trembling so hard his teeth chattered. "It was not a spell... it was a manifestation of absolute Will. Someone... someone erased my power from thousands of miles away with a single move..."
The King’s face turned deathly pale. Thousands of miles away? In the entire world, only one person possessed such terrifying, god-like authority over world.
"The... Ruler of Earth," the King whispered, his heart sinking into an endless abyss. "We... we provoked the Walker Family..."
Before the Falmuth Royal Court could process the magnitude of their disaster, scout reports began flooding in. The Walker Family’s battle vessels had already crossed the border, moving to reclaim and occupy the Falmuth trade routes. The kingdom, stripped of its high-level combatants and paralyzed by the fear of the supreme ruler, offered no resistance whatsoever. The once-arrogant faction collapsed without a single drop of blood being spilled.
.....
Three days later, the sky above Earth suddenly darkened.
It was not the darkness of night. Even though it was broad daylight, an enormous shadow gradually spread across the heavens, swallowing the sunlight as countless gigantic spaceships emerged from the depths of space. Their metallic hulls reflected faint traces of light, while their sheer numbers made the entire sky look as though an interstellar fleet had descended upon Earth.
Across countless cities, people stopped whatever they were doing and looked toward the heavens in terror.
Panic spread through the streets almost instantly. Many immediately assumed that another invasion was beginning. The fear left behind by the Heavenly Demons was still deeply rooted in the hearts of humanity, and the sight of such an enormous fleet was enough to awaken those memories.
But this time, things were different.
Standing beneath the darkened sky were the most powerful figures of Earth. President Julius, Vice President Elyndros, Merlin, Lyria, several powerful Sages, and many other influential figures had gathered together. At the center of them all stood Victor Walker, accompanied by his fiancée, Diana.
Unlike everyone else, the two of them appeared completely calm.
The entire scene was being broadcast live across Earth.
Victor had deliberately ordered the transmission because he wanted humanity to understand exactly why the fleet had come. He did not want rumors, panic, or unnecessary speculation to spread among the people. The citizens of Earth deserved to know that this was not another invasion.
Still, knowing that did little to calm the people standing beside him.
Julius kept his eyes fixed on the enormous fleet approaching from above. His expression was grim, and despite his years as the President of the Human Alliance, even he could not completely conceal the tension in his eyes.
They had already been informed about the true strength of the Cosmic Human Alliance.
These were beings who stood on an entirely different level from Earth. According to the information they had received, the strongest among them possessed enough power to move celestial bodies, distort space, and even create terrifying cosmic phenomena with a casual wave of their hands.
Knowing that the visitors meant no harm did not make their arrival any less intimidating.
"Victor, are you absolutely certain they aren’t hostile?" Julius finally asked, his voice low and serious.
His eyes remained fixed on the leading spaceship. Even from this distance, he could sense several unfathomable presences within it. They were like bottomless oceans hidden behind the walls of the ship, making Julius feel as though he were standing before forces that could erase him without even noticing.
Victor glanced toward the fleet before giving a small shrug.
"Yes. They aren’t here to attack Earth."
His answer was so casual that Julius couldn’t help staring at him.
Victor, however, merely looked at the countless spaceships filling the sky. His mouth twitched slightly as an awkward expression appeared on his face.
"Though..." he muttered, "why are they making such a grand entrance?"
From Victor’s shoulder came a faint chuckle.
Astrion sitting there casually, his tiny figure looking completely out of place compared with the terrifying fleet above them.
"Heh. They’re probably trying to show off their wealth so you won’t look down on them, master."
Victor’s expression became even more speechless.
"Look at how many spaceships they brought. They’re practically screaming, ’Look how powerful and wealthy we are!’"
Victor rubbed his forehead.
He suddenly felt that Astrion might actually be right.
The leading spaceship was unlike anything Earth had ever produced. Its enormous body stretched across the sky like a floating continent, covered in intricate metallic structures and mysterious energy formations. Behind it were countless smaller warships, arranged in perfectly organized formations that extended far beyond what the naked eye could see.
Then, the largest ship finally stopped.
The entire fleet became motionless.
For a moment, absolute silence descended over the area.
Then—
With a deep mechanical sound, the hatch of the leading spaceship slowly opened.
A brilliant stream of light spilled out from within as figures began walking down the ramp.
Everyone instinctively straightened their backs.
Two people emerged first.
Unlike the soldiers behind them, they were not wearing full-body armor. Instead, both wore majestic battle robes that carried an ancient and dignified appearance. Their robes moved gently in the wind despite the absence of any noticeable breeze, while an indescribable pressure seemed to accompany every step they took.
Behind them walked four heavily armored guards.
Their armor was completely sealed, covering them from head to toe. Strange energy patterns glowed across their bodies, and each of them carried an aura that made even the strongest warriors of Earth instinctively tense.
But it was the person walking at the very front who truly caught Victor’s attention.
Victor narrowed his eyes.
The man’s appearance was calm and dignified, yet the aura surrounding him was so vast that felt as like a universe.
Victor silently studied him for a moment.
"The leader, probably."
He already recognized the second person walking beside him.
It was the Vice President of the Cosmic Human Alliance, someone he already met before.
The other man, however, was clearly on an entirely different level.
Soon, the hatches of the other spaceships began opening one after another.
Thousands upon thousands of soldiers descended from the fleet.
They moved with astonishing discipline, forming perfectly organized formations in the sky before landing around the designated area. Their movements were completely synchronized, and the sheer scale of the army made the people watching the broadcast hold their breath.
The sight alone was enough to make Earth’s strongest warriors feel insignificant.
Finally, the six most important figures of the delegation stepped forward.
They walked through the assembled soldiers and came to a stop directly before Victor.
For the first time, the people of Earth could clearly see the representatives of the Cosmic Human Alliance.
Julius, Elyndros, Merlin, Lyria, and the other powerful figures stood behind Victor. Although they had already prepared themselves mentally for this meeting, their expressions remained tense.
None of them dared to underestimate the visitors.
Then something unexpected happened.
Julius was the first to lower his head.
The others followed almost simultaneously.
Even Merlin and Lyria, both among Earth’s most powerful Sages, bowed deeply before the representatives of the Cosmic Human Alliance.
The atmosphere instantly became solemn.
Victor, however, remained standing upright.
Diana stood calmly beside him, her expression composed as she watched the delegation approach.
The six leaders finally stopped a few meters before Victor.
The majestic man at the front looked directly at him.
For several seconds, neither side spoke.
Then the man’s stern expression softened into a respectful smile.
He placed one hand over his chest and bowed deeply.
"It is an honor to finally meet you, Your Majesty, Victor Walker."
His voice was neither loud nor forceful, yet it carried across the entire area with perfect clarity.
"I am Elihan Munro, the President of the Cosmic Human Alliance."
