(Alliance) ShinJadu: Miuuu T_T T_T T_T T_T why are you doing this T_T T_T T_T T_T

(Alliance) ShinJadu: You two said you’d try talking it out properly T_T T_T T_T

(Alliance) Miu: What am I supposed to say?

(Alliance) Miu: Momo is a spy anyway. Do you think he and I can actually communicate?

(Alliance) 0momo0: ???Yes????? Yes?????? What did you say>>?

Miu ripped into Mo Yeonhoo as naturally as breathing, as if this were only the beginning.

(Alliance) Miu: See, he answered yes.

(Alliance) GoodLuck: Aigoo~ aigoo~~;;~ leader, calm down~~;

(Whisper) ShinJadu: Momo, Momomomo Momo, log out for now

(Whisper) ShinJadu: I’ll try talking to Miu again T_T!!!!

(Whisper) 0momo0: No, I’m

Unable to watch any longer, ShinJadu tried to send Mo Yeonhoo away, but Miu was still going berserk even in the meantime.

(Alliance) Miu: You guys stop trying to hold me back too.

(Alliance) Miu: If we’d kicked him out when I said to, we wouldn’t have had to see this mess.

(Alliance) GoodLuck: Oh please~ leader~

(Alliance) Miu: What are we supposed to do, leaving a spy here lol

(Alliance) Miu: If you don’t like what I’m saying, vote yes next week when we do the kick vote again.

(Alliance) Miu: I’ve got a weak stomach, so I can’t talk in a place with a spy in it.

“Wow.......”

Miu was absolutely venomous.

This isn’t going to work. Forget Miyoung or whatever, I need to actually talk this through first.

He had swallowed everything he wanted to say because he kept thinking of the other person as his baby rabbit, and it seemed like the situation had only gotten worse. Mo Yeonhoo steeled himself and was about to look at the screen and refute him point by point.

(Alliance) ShinJadu: Ah, why are you doing this, leader T_T T_T T_T T_T T_T

(Alliance) FUNK: PleasecalmdownI’msayinglet’sraidcalmdown

(Alliance) GoodLuck: Whoa there~; what in the world~~ is all this~~

(Alliance) Miu: The proof is obvious.

(Alliance) Miu: And you still want me to let it slide? Are you guys spies too?

(Alliance) MouseTrap: T_T T_T T_T I’m scared.. T_T T_T T_T

(Alliance) ShinJadu: T_T T_T T_T Miu....

(Alliance) FUNK: damn damn damn

The mood is way too bad....

It felt as if he was making the game harder for the other alliance members too, so it became difficult to add anything.

Mo Yeonhoo was incredibly dumbfounded because he really was not a spy, but.... As the atmosphere in the alliance chat kept sinking heavier and heavier, he had no choice but to turn it off in the end.

(Alliance) 0momo0: I’m not, so

(Alliance) 0momo0: You’ll see, seriously.

He braced himself, vowing that someday he would somehow refute every single one of those unfair accusations.

(Alliance) Miu: Look who thinks he’s the villain lol

Really, the way he talked—he might as well have been some street thug!

Would you like to exit the game?

He wanted to clear up the misunderstanding so badly he could barely stand it, but with the alliance members all crowding around in front of him, not knowing what to do, Mo Yeonhoo had no choice but to move his stiff fingers and exit the game.

But even after he turned the game off that day, the insane situation kept surfacing in his head, and he could not fall asleep for a long time.

He felt wronged, and the fact that he had never seen Miyoung like that before made him even more bewildered.

How am I supposed to resolve this?

He was not a spy, but he genuinely had no idea where to begin or how to explain why he was not a spy.

Even if I tell him, will he believe me?

No matter how much he thought about it, he had no confidence. He stayed up all night, eyes wide open, trying to figure out how to persuade him.

When he saw the dark circles that had blackened under his eyes in a single day, he even thought it might be better to actually be a spy....

Should I just come out as Momo?

Honestly, if he could do as he pleased, he would have gone straight to Miyoung and shouted again and again that he was actually Momo and that he was not a spy.

Of course, that made no sense. Even if someone shoved him from behind and told him to do it, he would not have been able to.

Miyoung is too different in the game. She’s like a completely different person.

Bringing up the game with Miyoung felt incredibly strange. Was it because Miyoung and Miu were definitely the same person, but acted so differently?

Will he do it again if I log in later?

Mo Yeonhoo’s expression sank darkly as he remembered Miu, who had cornered him without pause right up until he logged out, and the alliance members who had tried to stop him.

Tap.

The sound he had been hearing from far away for a while suddenly came sharply into focus.

Tap, tap.

At the low tapping on the table, Mo Yeonhoo lifted his head. A man who had swept his curly hair back to reveal a handsome forehead was looking at him.

His clothes were perfectly styled, without a single flaw, and his features were so vivid they seemed to shine. He was so gorgeous that Mo Yeonhoo almost wondered whether he was a real person at all, and he froze. The man’s gaze quietly examined Mo Yeonhoo before he opened his mouth.

“Yeonhoo.”

Strangely, the inhuman pressure slowly faded, and life returned to his face.

“...Me?”

At the man’s smooth voice calling him again, Mo Yeonhoo blinked, then belatedly came to his senses. For now, it was time to set thoughts of the game aside.

Because today was Saturday, and just as promised....

“Kwon Mieon.”

It was the day he had agreed to meet the junkie.

When he called his name, Kwon Mieon smiled. Mo Yeonhoo flinched at those crescent-curved eyes and the two beauty marks that kept drawing his gaze.

...Why is the junkie smiling like that, creepily?

He looked like he would not even know how to smile.

“You’re early.”

And why was his voice that low and gentle? Mo Yeonhoo stared at that face as if bewitched, then looked away warily.

“I couldn’t sleep anyway....”

Maybe it was because he had been thinking about the game. Since he had woken up early, he had simply gotten ready quickly and come out.

“Because you were excited?”

What was seriously wrong with him?

“I was too.”

Why was he saying such ridiculous things and smiling like that?

His cold face looked like it had nothing to do with smiles, yet he kept smiling again and again, and Mo Yeonhoo was dumbfounded. But the more dumbfounding one was Mo Yeonhoo himself.

If some other acquaintance, especially someone he was uncomfortable with, had smiled and looked at him like that, he would have recoiled in disgust. So why was it that now, instead of getting goosebumps the way he should, his gaze kept being drawn over?

“Yeonhoo?”

As if Mo Yeonhoo’s blank stare seemed strange, Kwon Mieon called him again.

“Are you feeling unwell?”

At that, Mo Yeonhoo lifted his head and their eyes met exactly. He felt awkward for no reason.

“Hurry up and sit.”

When he snapped at him with a slightly sulky face, Kwon Mieon stared hard at his face again. That gaze felt as if it could see right through his inner thoughts, so he whipped his head away, and then a staff member appeared.

“I’ll take your coat.”

“Yes. Here.”

Seeing that even the male staff member who appeared could not quite take his eyes off Kwon Mieon, Mo Yeonhoo felt at least a little relieved.

He’s just so handsome that people look at him, that’s all.

Kwon Mieon seemed to have made a particular effort today. Not only had he neatly swept back the curly hair that usually covered his forehead—

What the hell. That shirt is Eve. The coat fits exactly like Denière.... Looking at the buttons, it is. The pants are... Homme?

A luxurious coat that looked ordinary at first glance but had delicate details alive in it, a turtleneck that clung just enough, and pants with a low waistline that slightly revealed the line of his pelvis when he sat down.

Why is he dressed like that?

It was too heavy an outfit for daily wear. At the setup that made it obvious he had put in unusual care, Mo Yeonhoo asked without meaning to.

“You... have an important appointment?”

By contrast, Mo Yeonhoo was dressed comfortably today in a loose knit, comfortable pants, and a roomy oversized half coat.

“Me? ......Ah.”

Kwon Mieon asked back, then smiled awkwardly. His face looked a little embarrassed.

“Yes.”

He asked carefully.

“Is it obvious?”

Even a faint smile laid over his expressionless face made his face look too dazzling, then even more dazzling, so—

“Th-that’s good, then. Let’s hurry up and say what we need to say, then leave.”

Mo Yeonhoo turned his head away for no reason.

“Yeonhoo. Actually, that appointment is....”

“Excuse me! Could we get menus?”

Kwon Mieon seemed to have something to say, but Mo Yeonhoo urgently took the menu and buried his face in it.

His light brown hair, his face tucked neatly behind the menu, fluttered slightly. Kwon Mieon quietly stared at the ends of that hair, then lowered his head. His pale face, clearly exposed today, was expressionless.

“.......”

He stared blankly at the menu, then brought a hand to his own hair. For no particular reason, he touched the ends of the hair he had swept sharply back and loosened them, and he deliberately rumpled his sharply pressed clothes to make them look more relaxed.

And Kwon Mieon’s ears had, at some point... gone red.
