Ever since Yeonhoo had started playing Zombie Village, he had never once seen every single member of alliance <47> online at the same time.

He hurried into the chat window—and only became more confused.

They’re not even saying anything. They just keep posting coordinates. What the hell is going on?

Yeonhoo scrolled through the chat with a baffled expression, but since the coordinates appeared to make up virtually the entire conversation, they were probably communicating through voice chat somewhere else.

First things first. Where’s Kwon Mieon?

Yeonhoo checked Miu’s location.

Miu wasn’t deep inside the alliance territory. He was near the outer wall.

A strange feeling came over Yeonhoo.

So Kwon was playing the game even though he hadn’t contacted him...

—Fweee—BOOM!!

Then Yeonhoo saw the bombardment raining down like hellfire in the distance and immediately shut his mouth.

Well, of course he’s playing...

If Yeonhoo were the alliance leader and his alliance territory looked like this, wouldn’t he have no choice but to log in too?

Either way, now that he knew where Miu was, Yeonhoo hurriedly moved his character.

Everything’s on fire. The buildings are wrecked. This is insane.

The towering, impregnable fortress that <47> had once possessed was nowhere to be seen.

The roads GoodLuck always kept gleaming with the latest high-tech machinery were now choked with smoke and the screams of NPCs.

Alliance members were swarming the walls, desperately patching holes, while the carts that had once hauled resources burned nearby, belching black smoke.

And in the middle of that hellscape, Yeonhoo spotted Miu.

—Bang, bang, bang, bang, bang!

The moment he fired five shots in rapid succession, he swapped magazines.

—Bang, bang, bang, bang, bang!

Five more shots slammed into the enemy at a seemingly inhuman speed.

Another reload.

—BOOM! THUD!

At that moment, the wall to Miu’s right took a direct cannon hit and collapsed.

Alliance members immediately rushed over and began repairing it.

In the middle of them, Miu kept firing without the slightest break in his rhythm.

—BANG! KABOOM!

But the enemy offensive showed no sign of stopping.

Who the hell is attacking us like this? What is even happening?

Yeonhoo tried to figure out the situation, but none of the alliance members were chatting.

Coordinates kept appearing, but he had no idea what any of them meant.

Even if I scroll up, it’s all the same.

Everyone else seemed to be racing around with a purpose, while Yeonhoo alone stood frozen in the middle of the road.

This isn’t working. I need to grab somebody and make them explain what’s going on.

While he was floundering, someone ran past him.

Yeonhoo paused.

The other person seemed to notice him too, because they stopped as well.

—What the—Momo?

It was a familiar voice.

Yeonhoo was about to answer automatically when he realized his microphone wasn’t connected. Instead, he immediately whispered the person who had spoken to him.

(Whisper) 0momo0: wow

(Whisper) 0momo0: hi YoureGettingSued ㅠㅠㅠ

—Wait, Momo... What?! You’re back?

(Whisper) 0momo0: i logged in for the first time in forever today what is going on???ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ

—Oh, this... You haven’t checked the messenger in a while, right?

(Whisper) 0momo0: havent checked the zombie village messenger in foreverㅠㅠ

—Are you not in our group call room?

(Whisper) 0momo0: call room?

—Oh boy, hold on. If you search for it, there’s a voice program. I think you should install that first.

Following YoureGettingSued’s instructions, Yeonhoo installed the program and soon entered the call server.

Every alliance member was connected.

Why are there so many rooms?

A large number of people were connected to the voice channel named <47>, and it had been divided into several rooms.

One of them had fifteen people, the most of any room.

Miu’s in there.

Naturally, Miu was there.

So were ShinJadu and GoodLuck.

Yeonhoo clicked the room and was automatically dropped into it, only to leave again almost immediately.

—One hit.

—I’m dead. Respawn cooldown is...

—Three hits... nearly dead.

—Need backup!

—Can’t support you.

—Think we need people on C too.

—Fuck, headshot.

Everyone sounded so frantic that it was pure chaos.

Should I ask YoureGettingSued?

He considered asking her to explain, but when he looked ahead again, she was already gone.

Apparently the healer had been drafted straight into another location.

What am I supposed to do?

Everyone else was busy. Standing around uselessly like this felt pretty awkward.

Yeonhoo stared uncertainly at the screen, then began poking around the call server for lack of anything better to do.

This place is pretty old.

It didn’t seem to be used often. The activity history was sparse and irregular.

Maybe they only use it when something really serious happens. Doesn’t look like there’s anything particularly useful here, though... Huh?

Something caught his eye as he scrolled.

The moment he opened the first link, he understood why dude had posted them.

Mechanic supposedly had barely any players left, yet lately the class seemed to keep coming up everywhere.

Growing increasingly suspicious, Yeonhoo followed dude’s link to the Mechanic Class Board.

What he found there only made him blink in greater confusion.
