Chapter 1109: The Final Race (Part 6)
Brimgan Empire!
A dozen golden flashes moved out of the Empire and moved in the direction of the Guna Caves, nearby which an entrance to the Transcendent Plane had appeared. They were primarily Brimgan Royals who had reached the 10-Life Stage and had, just recently, attained Deity Fusion.
Of course, they had a long way to go before they could completely unleash Deity Fusion across their ten bodies. There was a solid chance they wouldn’t even reach the end point of Deity Fusion, much less attempt to attain a State of Harmony.
However, thanks to the changes done at the Influenced Region of Golden Deity by Boul Brimgan, using Orakha’s breakthrough, it became realistic for a larger number of Brimgan Royals to reach the level of Deity Fusion.
And at present, watching the flashes move afar, away from her view, was Moihala. She inhaled a deep breath and moved a chess piece, having zero intentions to take part in the chaos. “Are you absolutely sure?”
Orange Mystic Cup!
When the Seat of Transcendence revealed itself, the Orange Mystic Cup in her unleashed its influence upon her. And right before that, Moihala noticed the cup getting filled up rapidly.
Before dying, Orakha reached the Mystic Grade. He hadn’t solved the issue with his compound Human Avatar, where it will become unstable and implode upon reaching the 4-Life Stage. However, he did enter the Mystic Grade.
That alone filled the Orange Mystic Cup pretty well. Following that, Orakha’s experience in facing a Cosmic Being. He would have lost without Ruvva’s help. However, he did experience the entire battle, which funnelled into the Orange Mystic Cup.
And finally, Orakha became the Mystic Empyrean Tentacle, becoming the one Sumatra based a new era upon. Even in cases where extremely powerful existences such as the Brood Mother and Transcendent Eater lived on Sumatra Continent, the era was still named after Orakha.
It only showcased the level of attainment in terms of strength that Orakha had reached, and most of all, the implication that from henceforth, he would be the centre of everything that happens on Sumatra.
The moment he became the Mystic Empyrean Tentacle, Moihala’s Orange Mystic Cup was fully filled. And when the Seat of Transcendence revealed itself, the Orange Mystic Cup took action and changed her. The result?
Primary Nature—Assimilated Human Avatar!
This was the only change in Moihala. She didn’t have any other Nature or cultivation technique granted to her by the Orange Mystic Cup. She was still a Free Human. Everything part of the Orange Mystic Cup culminated into her Primary Nature.
Assimilated Human Avatar was a shell of a Human Avatar with two properties. First, it was compatible with Mystic Kinesis Art. Second, it had the grey sand’s assimilation characteristics, which could be controlled by Moihala.
The function of the second property was to allow Moihala in consuming different minerals and building her Human Avatar accordingly. She could assimilate the properties of a respective mineral in her Human Avatar using the properties of grey sand.
In the Sandy Grey Void, the influences from Transcendents remain in the grey sand, controlling the latter. This influence from the Cosmic Being that had taken over Orakha’s mindspace was what generated such a result.
Of course, if Orakha hadn’t revived, Moihala’s power would have been to create a Compound Human Avatar. However, since Orakha revived and attained the power of a Brimgan Guardian, it influenced the Orange Mystic Cup in ensuring Moihala’s final build was compatible with Mystic Kinesis Art.
Similar to how the influence of a Transcendent remain in grey sand, when Moihala consumes a mineral, it would be assimilated into her Human Avatar. And the influence of the respective mineral would linger in the grey sand forming her Human Avatar, allowing her to tap into its power.
Moihala’s base power was Grey Kinesis Deity. Originally, she could control how long her attacks would remain in a grey sand state before reverting to normalcy. Now, by assimilating different minerals into her Human Avatar, she could influence Grey Kinesis Deity.
The function of Grey Kinesis Deity would change according to the combination of minerals she ingests and assimilates into her Human Avatar. If Moihala doesn’t like the current combination, she would progress the assimilation completely, until only grey sand, without any mineral influence, remained in her Human Avatar.
She would then start ingesting minerals once again, starting the process anew. This gave her complete control over the power her Human Avatar generated, allowing her to start over as many times as she wants without issues.
Resetting her Human Avatar hardly took a few minutes at most, and could be shortened with due practice. Best of all, Moihala could casually breeze through the Life Stage, provided she had enough Prana.
And once she had a 10-Life Stage grey sand Human Avatar, she could shape its influence by ingesting new minerals.
Upon finalising her build, she could progress further, and get a Secondary Nature of Minor Treasure. And then finally, she would obtain Deity Fusion. Her progress would be the same as a Brimgan Royal.
It a mere two hours since the Seat of Transcendence revealed itself, Moihala had already progressed to the 3-Life Stage. As for the grey sand’s influence, she wasn’t affected in the slightest. It felt like home to her, as if her body, mind, and soul were perfectly suited to wield this power.
She was in the Gold Grade, however. The Orange Mystic Path didn’t elevate her to the Mystic Grade. However, as long as Moihala assimilates a solid assortment of minerals, whose combined effect surpasses the Gold Grade, there was a small chance she could enter the Mystic Grade.
Only by experimenting and gaining enough knowledge would she reach such a level. Of course, she could also enter the Mystic Grade upon using a piece of Sumatra Gold. That possibility also existed. In the end, it depended on her choice.
Consuming a mouthful of Parute Fruits, Moihala stared at the chess piece being moved by Yamahara and reiterated her question, “Are you sure?”
“About what?” Yamahara asked as his fingers trembled while clutching hold of a chess piece.
“Grandfather Inala’s plans regarding the Seat of Transcendence.” Moihala asked, “Are you sure he’s confident in claiming it?”
“No, I’m not sure.” Yamahara shook his head, “Any variable could occur and screw up decades worth of planning.”
“However,” Yamahara subtly nodded, “Someone who thinks and plans extensively will…to a major level, succeed.”
Slowly, he placed his hand on the chess board and caused the latter to vibrate in response, “Tell me, Moihala. How strong do you think I am currently?”
“Hmm…I’m not sure.” Moihala frowned as she tried to get a feel for the other party’s presence, “You don’t seem any stronger than an average Free Human with a Silver Grade Human Avatar.”
“Right?” Yamahara smiled wryly, “However, there’s one thing that has changed in me.”
“I can congeal solid imprints now,” Yamahara explained, “It’s the property of Mystic Sumatra Art taken to a physical level. That means…”
He tapped on the chess board, oozing a droplet of blood that morphed to resemble the face of the Royal Zinger, “Basically, when I create this imprint, I no longer need to consume the Royal Zinger’s blood as an expendable resource. I can funnel my Prana into this imprint, charge it up, and use the Royal Zinger’s power without limits.”
“That’s…” Moihala gasped, “Then aren’t you the strongest on Sumatra at the moment? You have the blood of literally every strong existence that has existed in recent times.”
“A prepared me is the strongest.” Yamahara smiled wryly, “However, to charge even a single imprint takes years, if not longer. After all, my own strength is limited to Silver Grade.”
Copious amounts of Silver Grade Prana had to be consumed to create even a single unit of Mystic Grade Prana. That was Yamahara’s situation at the moment, “I can consume the blood of other beings and convert it into pure, Silver Grade Prana, which I can then supply to my imprints.”
Saying so, he got up as the imprint merged into his being, “As I was saying, I don’t dare enter the Transcended Plane. It’s too risky for the current me. And most of all, I’m terrified of Inala and a few others.”
“Please safeguard this.” Yamahara pointed at the chessboard, “I’ve left behind a small reserve of blood within it, enough to form an imprint. This is in case I mess up in the future and need to start from scratch.”
“You know,” Moihala let out a mild sigh, “The Brimgan Empire won’t allow you to leave. The moment you emerged out of the chessboard, every Brimgan Royal in the vicinity has been tracing you every movement.”
“Yes, I expected as such.” Saying so, Yamahara turned into a Golden Giant and vanished, “However, I also have Boul Brimgan’s blood.”
“I was charging it up while engaging in a conversation with you.”
“How?” Moihala was stunned to see Yamahara disappear. She heard a few clashes many seconds later, while her eyes spotted two golden flashes clash against each other.
Her eyes quickly spotted a thread-width hole under Yamahara’s seat. She oozed her Prana detection means through the hole and noticed it extend through the palace walls, and into the storage room where Parute Fruits had been stored.
Somehow, while talking to her, Yamahara had been using blood to digest Parute Fruits and funnel them back into himself. And once he had charged up his Boul Brimgan Imprint to a sufficient level, he escaped from the place.
For an instant, Moihala observed a pillar of light burst out of one of the golden flashes, prompting the other golden flash to pause in response. A couple seconds later, the fleeing golden flash moved out of sight.
“To think he was hidden right under my eye all along,” Came a grunt as Boul Brimgan appeared next to Moihala and glared at the chessboard, “I should have suspected it when Inala gifted that to Ruvva.”
“Anyway,” He extended a hand and patted Moihala, “You’re developing at a remarkable pace.”
“Come to me once you reach the 10-Life Stage.” Saying so, Boul Brimgan turned into a golden flash and vanished, “I’ll assist you in attaining the pinnacle state.”
