Chapter 1105: The Final Race (Part 2)
Chapter 1105: The Final Race (Part 2)
A few minutes before the Seat of Transcendence revealed itself…
Standing before an hourglass engraved with the contents of Sumatra Chronicles was Inala, alone, inhaling and exhaling softly. His human body trembled from time to time, suffering from influence issues. The cause stemmed from the three minerals he had decided to be part of the final build he would take into the Transcended Plane.
Gold Grade Mineral—Rutham!
Its value needn’t be stated, since it was easily the most developed mineral on Sumatra. The sheer versatility it granted allowed Inala to break out of most situations. If he couldn’t break out of one, it only meant he lacked experience, not due to impossibility.
After all, at the World of Halmahera, Inala could technically gain access to majority of the Skills developed by the Brimgan Royals since the Brimgan Empire’s origin.
Minor Treasure—Right Harmony!
And once Inala used the power of Right Harmony on it, he customised three exceedingly powerful Natures into his Rutham build.
Primary Nature—Kinesis Deity!
Secondary Nature—Infused Kinesis Touch!
Tertiary Nature—Inherent Recoil!
The Secondary and Tertiary Natures stemmed from a Roshmon and were originally planned as a Brimgan Royall’s build. Now, when these three Natures are harmonised, thanks to the effects of the Minor Treasure of Right Harmony, a certain power gets created.
State of Harmony—Enhanced Kinesis Domination!
It allowed Inala to treat anything and anyone within his Spirit Weapon range as a Spirit Weapon. Best of all, if the target has Prana, Inala would be able to use that Prana to fuel the effect of his ability.
The target’s Prana would obviously resist his influence, creating a tug-of-war between the psychokinesis of the two individuals. In such a case, the one with the Rutham build had psychokinesis that was ten times superior.
Theoretically, if Inala had perfect control over his psychokinesis, he would be able to use almost ninety percent of the Prana within the target to control it as a Spirit Weapon.
Such an extreme level of Prana conservation was what Enhanced Kinesis Domination granted. This alone was enough for Inala to fight for a long time. After all, with minimal consumption of his Prana, he could rely solely on the Prana of his targets to fight them.
Rutham alone would have been absolutely enough for most situations. However, Inala wanted to be perfectly prepared. And hence, he selected a mineral that would aid him in defence, balance, and overall robustness.
Gold Grade Mineral—Tusk Bone Powder!
When Inala used the Minor Treasure of Left Harmony on it, only then did he realise the potential of this mineral in the truest sense.
Primary Nature—Universal Storage Lantern!
Secondary Nature—Weighted Mass!
Tertiary Nature—Lightened Mass!
If a Free Human were to build a Human avatar successfully out of Tusk Bone Powder, they’d get the Primary Nature of Universal Storage Lantern, the function of which was to have Storage Lanterns that anyone could use as a Spirit Weapon.
In essence, the product of this Nature was the same as the Storage Lanterns sold by the Mammoth Clan. Of course, as a Human Avatar, part of the Tusk Bone Powder forming it would be used to create the Storage Lantern.
So, the Free Human wouldn’t be able to produce more of its kind for business. It was unfortunate, since Storage Lanterns were the Mammoth Clan’s most lucrative business.
The Secondary Nature of Weighted Mass turned the Human Avatar form of the Free Human heavy in proportion to the Prana consumed every second.
The Tertiary Nature of Lightened Mass turned the Human Avatar form of the Free Human as weightless as possible in proportion to the consumed Prana.
These three Natures were merely icing on the cake, as the Human Avatar forged using Tusk Bone Powder couldn’t be damaged by most creatures on Sumatra. Barring Sumatra Gold, it was the toughest material in the Continent.
The Free Human could merely assume their Human Avatar form and let their fists do the talking. Of course, if it were just these, Inala wouldn’t have bothered to select Tusk Bone Powder against all his choices.
There was one reason that convinced him easily. It was when the three Natures were in harmony, they created the effects of by far one of the most versatile Natures on Sumatra.
State of Harmony—Internal Inertial Gravity!
And that was it, the moment he found Internal Inertial Gravity, he selected it. Rutham allowed him to dominate his surroundings while Tusk Bone Powder allowed him to tank attacks without worries.
His Minor Treasure of Right Harmony was made out of Rutham while his Minor Treasure of Left Harmony was made out of Tusk Bone Powder.
Inala filled two of his three slots of Imprinted Spirit Weapons using these minerals. This way, he didn’t have to worry about replenishing the respective mineral when they were consumed in battle, or he had to change his Weapon Hands into another mineral’s Spirit Weapon.
The third Imprinted Spirit Weapon was none other than Billakin. After all, Inala was currently harnessing its full capabilities. And the only way to maintain it with three Natures without using the two Minor Treasures was through an Imprinted Spirit Weapon.
Primary Nature—Spirit Smith!
Secondary Nature—Spirit Refiner!
Tertiary Nature—Spirit Avatar!
State of Harmony—Spirit Life!
Both of Inala’s Minor Treasures, thanks to Spirit Life, had been upgraded to the 10-Life Stage for their respective Human Avatars. This meant he fully exercised their powers at the peak.
He had imprinted them using Mystic Sumatra Art. Hence, even if Inala’s Human Avatars get destroyed during battle, it would only be considered as an injury to his arms. Hence, the Human Avatars will regenerate their Life Stage stack.
Of course, a proportional amount of Prana would be consumed in the process.
Inala chose Tusk Bone Powder exactly for it, having turned his three stomachs into biomes. And filled to the brim in them were three items respectively—medicines, Parute Fruits, and Krave Fil from a Muscl’s hump.
Medicines were for burst recoveries in the short time. Parute Fruits were for an extended recovery period with shorter digestive rates and no drawbacks. Finally, the Krave Fil from a Muscl’s hump took time to digest, but had the most concentration in terms of energy and could passively funnel Prana into Inala’s body continuously.
The three resources combined with a Brully’s digestive rate generated enough Prana to maintain the three stomach biomes and still produced an excess of one to two units every second. The digestion rates could be spiked for short intervals using a Skill.
Rutham for ranged attack and mobility, Tusk Bone Powder for defence, mobility, and recovery, and finally, Billakin for sheer destructiveness and repairs, Inala was completely prepared.
He had other options instead of Billakin, but stuck to what he was the most familiar with. After all, he had the most experience with Internal Inertial Gravity from his previous life. And in this life, he used Rutham and Billakin the most.
In terms of versatility, plans and ideas that he had thought about until now, these three minerals trumped all. Most of all, the combined influence of these three were already overwhelming him, despite a Brully’s capability to handle influences being inferior only to a Mystic Human.
Anything more, and he wouldn’t last more than a minute. As for Prana Circuit, Inala shied away from it. The one time he tried to use the power of his Minor Treasure of Left Harmony on it, the Minor Treasure of Kinesis Deity had to hurriedly sever his arm.
The sheer influence generated by Vachra’s State of Harmony would have turned even an average Mystic Empyrean Tentacle insane. It was just that absurdly dangerous, despite being a Gold Grade mineral.
The resultant power also seemed broken. However, even Vachra didn’t have any users, must less a version of it with a State of Harmony.
’I will attempt it one day, when I’ve progressed enough through the Mystic Grade.’ Inala thought as he turned around, stared at Kinesis Deity number one and waved his hand, “Then, I’ll get going.”
“You’re a boon that happened to this place.” Kinesis Deity number one and two stood side by side as they bowed in respect, “We are eternally grateful for your support.”
“I too am grateful,” Inala raised his hands and waved a little, “Then, I’ll be off.”
Influenced Region—Transcended Plane!
At the exact time, a portal appeared before him, highlighting a dreamscape behind it. Without hesitation, Inala sauntered into it, pausing at the last moment as only his right hand remained in the World of Halmahera.
Suddenly, a pair of goggles flew into his grasp, much to the startlement of Kinesis Deity number one. It was the goggles that allowed it to eye the grey tower in Inala’s mindspace.
“Dammit!” Kinesis Deity number one turned into a golden flash and rushed to the vortex of light. But it was too late by then, as Inala had already entered inside.
It extended its hand and touched the vortex, only to be repelled away, “It seems only living things can enter.”
Basically, only existences with a shot at reaching the Transcendence Stage could enter the Influenced Region of Transcended Plane. Any Free Human who reaches the 10-Life Stage has a chance of becoming a Transcendent.
Also, ever Free Human could reach the 10-Life Stage theoretically.
Since the Nature of Cultivator came into existence two millennia ago, even Pranic Beasts under the Mystic Grade had a shot at Transcendence, given they had the Nature of Cultivator.
Basically, every living being on Sumatra was allowed entry, except Treasures.
“Phew,” Inala exhaled softly as he found himself in a vast, bluish void resembling the sky. He stood on a platform resembling the ocean, with soft ripples forming upon his every step.
He had exhaled once and then noticed that towards the rear end of the seemingly infinite region, was a seat emitting a pillar of light with a deadly presence.
Major Treasure—Seat of Transcendence!
A mere glance at it, and Inala felt his ideas turn clear. Then, one after another, entered Free Humans and Pranic Beasts who happened to be close to the 392 portals that had opened across Sumatra, all to contest for one seat capable of bringing them to the peak of the Continent.
