Chapter 1104: The Final Race (Part 1)

Chapter 1104: The Final Race (Part 1)

State of Harmony—Mystic Avatar!

It took the Mystic Human’s form as the base to create a humanoid. And in this humanoid structure, it added in the characteristics of the other two Pranic Beast forms.

Reaching a height of 2.2 kilometres with a humanoid form of two hands and two legs, the creature had Ruvva’s face and body structure. Protruding out from her lower jaw were two tusks while her hair descended across her back like a mane.

She had the fingers and toes of a human; the only difference was them being covered in an exoskeleton. Externally, she more or less looked like an armoured version of her human form.

Internally, she wasn’t in the slightest human, for this was where the two Pranic Beasts’ characteristics were added.

Ruvva’s Prana was consumed as her body grew denser. Similarly, her Prana levels perfectly recovered as her body lost its mass. There was no loss of Prana from the two exchanges. Secondary hearts were present in her joints, compressing mass within to spontaneously combust and turn into Prana.

A flick of her wrist and a 180-metre-long sword of Prana jutted out. It was an Eddy Blade, unleashed instantaneously. There wasn’t an ounce of strain on her heart, which doubled as her Spirit Container.

In her current form as a Mystic Avatar, all the secondary hearts created by her Apogee Bludder form behaved just like a Spirit Container. They shared her load and allowed her to multitask on levels hitherto unheard of.

As she stared at the Eddy Blade, it branched into a dozen Eddy Blades. She grinned and collapsed one lung, including the compressed field of psychokinesis generated within. Through the mouth, she exhaled, producing a destructive beam.

There was no charge up time, for she was merely releasing what she had been storing in one of her organs. It was the same advantage an Empyrean Tusk exercised through its biomes.

“It is stable.” Ruvva uttered after a minute had passed, following which she reverted to her human form and waved a hand towards Yara, “I’m done here.”

“Great,” Yara smiled and waved her hand back in response, “Then I’ll take my leave.”

“Wait!” Ruvva called in a hurry, used the Skill of Prana Flash and appeared before Yara, “Why are you leaving?”

“I can protect you until you’ve matured.”

“Protect me?” Yara gave a gentle smile in response and released her presence, which alone flattened the nearby trees from three-dimensional structures to two-dimensional.

“Since you’re a sister of mine, let me be honest with you.” Yara stated without hesitation, “We aren’t part of the same mould. You’re the Chief of the Mystic Human Race while I…”

She stated as a matter of fact, “I am the Mammoth Clan.”

Advanced Mystic Grade Pranic Beast—Empyrean Supreme!

With a Prana capacity of 15600 and a lifespan of 10,000 years, she alone would be living to a duration almost on par with the entirety of the Mammoth Clan’s existence until now. Follow current novls on NoveI(F)ire.net

Primary Nature—Perfect Inertial Gravity!

Secondary Nature—Mammoth Nature!

Tertiary Nature—Empyrean 100!

The Mammoth Clan will have two Mystic Grade existences—Yara and Faesha. Inheriting Resha’s build, Faesha would primarily be in charge of fighting. She would also possess the Major Treasure of Arsenal and the Influenced Region of Mammoth Treasury it produced.

Meanwhile, Yara would be in charge of development and possess the Major Treasure of Pet, including the Influenced Region of Sanctuary it might produce in the future. When there isn’t a need, the Major Treasure would be placed in the world that forms in the Empyrean Supreme’s stomach, where it would generate a pillar of light and begin creating an Influenced Region.

Every generation, there would be a Yara and a Faesha, in charge of development and fighting respectively.

“The Mammoth Clan has taken a severe blow. However, we’ve succeeded in our objective.” Yara made a mild bow towards Ruvva, “And now, we intend to focus on development.”

“Our youngest sister is still a newborn. It might take her a couple of years to gather her bearings and assume her responsibility.” As she spoke, she was already far away from Ruvva. “Also, your parent told me to inform you that you could recover your stolen Minor Treasures from Orakha.”

As she had fully retracted her presence, an Iron Grade Pranic Beast thought of her as an easy prey and lunged upon her. Its fangs shattered upon trying to bite her, failing to even dent the skin, much less sink into it.

“Is this how I’m supposed to use it?” Bone mist oozed out of her being and spontaneously surged into the Iron Grade Pranic Beast, compressing until the latter turned into a cocoon. Crunching sounds resounded as the cocoon melted into the other party’s body.

Once it had vanished, the Iron Grade Pranic Beast had reached Expert Iron Grade, possessing a thin exoskeleton resembling an Empyrean Tusk.

Secondary Nature—Mammoth Nature!

It was a fusion of the Natures of Spirit Bone and Empyrean Incubator. It allowed Yara to infuse her characteristics into the target and genetically alter them accordingly. It was created with the means to create existences capable of wielding Mystic Bone Art. With success use, Free Humans could be turned into Mammoth Clansmen and Pranic Beasts would be similar to Bone Vipers.

Basically, the transformed creatures were treated as part of the Empyrean Supreme’s immune system.

The modified Iron Grade Pranic Beast limped in fright and then collapsed upon its body weight. It was too heavy for its limbs to carry it now.

“I messed up,” Yara frowned as she inspected the Pranic Beast, “This is a very complex ability. I probably need to study extensively. You’ll help me, right?”

It seemed like she was talking to the air at first. However, the Spirit Weapon of Resha in her possession whirred once, following which a Body Stage figure of Grehha exited it.

“Why have you brought me out?” Grehha asked in exhaustion, “I can’t stay like this for long.”

“My stock of Armoury has almost been used up.”

“How long can you remain alive?” Yara asked, changing the subject matter.

“A few years,” Grehha said, “But if I strain myself, I’ll be burning through Armoury faster.”

“Spend a few days with me then.” Yara said and stared in a certain direction, “I feel nervous sensing its presence.”

Major Treasure—Seat of Transcendence!

“This presence is…” She faced her palms towards the ground, “Is radiating off everywhere, from the ground up.”

It was very faint, something only a Mystic Grade existence could detect. The Major Treasure of Seat of Transcendence’s presence was indeed radiating off the ground, across the entirety of Sumatra Continent.

“Why do you think that is?” She asked Grehha.

“Who knows,” Grehha shook his head, “Sumatra Chronicles never got to that part. The book ended before the entrance to the Transcended Plane. We didn’t even get to enter it.”

“Then, get going.” Yara said and flicked a finger, following which she launched the Major Treasure of Pet at Grehha. “Scout that place for me.”

“Urgh…alright!” Grehha uttered and extracted the Major Treasure of Pet from himself, “But not in this body. This is a temporary one, meant for conversations only.”

The moment he disconnected himself from the Influenced Region of Armoury, his body turned into a sludge. A second later, a 10-Life Stage Grehha exited the Spirit Weapon of Resha and fused with the Major Treasure of Pet.

“We need to get going.” Grehha said once Pet was ready. “The pillar of light released by the Major Treasure of Pet will attract all sorts of dangerous existences here.”

“Yes,” Yara nodded and lifted up Pet to launch it into the sky, “But first,”

“Brace yourself.” Once Pet covered itself with a thick layer of bone, Yara launched it in the direction of the Guna Caves. It was a throw almost on par with the Royal Zinger’s base throw.

Panting slightly after the launch, Yara wiped her sweat and watched Pet vanish into the sky, covered by a thin layer of exoskeleton made out of bone. A thick trail of fire burst into existence far up in the sky many seconds later.

And then, she waited in patience while moving away from the place, eyeing Grehha for a response. Eventually, the latter nodded, “I’ll be entering the Transcended Plane now.”

“Tread carefully,” Yara said as the duo disappeared through a thicket of trees.

Around the same time, at the Brimgan Empire, silently seated within a room was Moihala. Her expression was dark, filled with focus as she stared at the chessboard before her. After focus, she moved forth a piece and uttered, “Your turn.”

“I know,” Said the voice from the other side as a piece was moved in response. The hand moving the piece was pristine, like it was made from polished marble. It belonged to a man seemingly in his late teens, sporting brownish hair resembling a mane with strands of gold towards the end.

His nails were crimson, emitting a faint glow that caused anyone staring at them to hallucinate a battlefield filled with blood, their blood, overflowing endlessly, growing murky and cold.

“Are you not entering the Transcended Plane?” Moihala asked as she moved a piece and smirked in confidence.

“I desperately intend to do so,” The boy nodded as his hand holding a piece trembled, “However, I don’t dare so.”

“Why?” Moihala asked as she watched the opponent move a piece, which only deepened her smirk, “Wouldn’t it complete your build and make you the strongest on Sumatra?”

“My father used to be the strongest. His strength remains unmatched to date, despite him tapping into only a fraction of his infinite potential.” The teen uttered, “However, despite everything, he was killed.”

“I never witnessed it, but I know.” His hands trembled enough the chess piece cracked in response, “I know for a fact his death wasn’t peaceful.”

“In this world, there exists something significantly scarier than strength.” The teen’s eyes glowed crimson as a bloody tang oozed out of his being, “And that existence wields it naturally as breathing.”

“No,” He stared at his hands and trembled in absolute fear, “I’ve consumed and trained upon his memories. He doesn’t just wield it but creates more and more of it.”

“Irrationally Logical Fear,” The teen trembled, “That is his weapon, the one that destroyed my family, and one that chains me down despite the strength I possess now, in a world without that existence.”

“Who exactly is it?” Moihala gulped tensely as she ended the game in her victory.

“INALA!” The teen was none other than Yamahara, having escaped the chessboard the moment the Seat of Transcendence revealed itself. He slumped upon his seat and trembled with regret, “In the blood he gave me after I was trapped, a plan had already been laid out, to claim the seat for himself.”

“When you were trapped…” Moihala’s eyes widened in realisation, “Wasn’t that…”

“Before the Third Major Disaster?”

Yawn!

Stretching his limbs to prepare for battle as he stood in the Transcended Plane was none other than the individual in question, sporting hands that had become Minor Treasures. “The final stretch,”

“A bit more to end this race.”
