Chapter 1103: Mystic Avatar
Chapter 1103: Mystic Avatar
Moving towards the Brimgan Empire was Ruvva, carrying the Spirit Weapon of Resha in her possession. Suddenly, she stopped, plunged her hand into her stomach, grabbed the Mystic Ewworm there and threw it out.
The Mystic Ewworm slammed into the ground and lay there, in a state of misrecognition. But steadily, it was recovering its wiped memories. Ruvva didn’t kill it, because if she had done so, then Virala, in this case Brangara, would consume a Minor Treasure of Mystic Human Stamp to revive.
There were only three of them remaining, and hence, she couldn’t afford to waste them, which was why she simply chucked out the Mystic Ewworm the moment she felt a disturbance.
“Haah!” Her vision narrowed as suddenly, her surroundings were tinged in violet. Her eyes were focusing so much she had a tunnel vision, now able to see a small rock in extreme closeup, to the extent she could count its grains.
However, her field of vision was now limited to the small rock. She was blind to everything else. A few seconds later, her vision zoomed out until an almost 360-degree field around her was now visible to her.
Everything was tinged in violet, as she observed a path in violet manifest in her vision and form a stream incident from the Mystic Ewworm and funnelled into her steadily.
“Eat it well, freeloader.” Came a voice from the Mystic Ewworm that had recovered a bit by now, “It’s your last, unearned meal.”
“Guh…GRAHHH!” Ruvva clutched her head as a violent river of violet poured into her mindspace and entered her Mystic cup. It wasn’t full yet, but tethered close.
And then, in response to a pillar of light emanating from somewhere far on Sumatra, the Violet Mystic Cup ignited and swept its influence upon her.
As a Mystic Human, she resisted the influence, or at least, she tried. However, the influence was just too strong for her to endure, she hadn’t trained to resist it yet. As her Mystic Human traits fought against the Violet Mystic Cup’s influence, Ruvva writhed in pain.
“ARGH! It hurts…IT HURTS!” She rolled around on the ground, her every flailing attempt forming small craters.
Thump! Thump!
Slowly, arriving at a halt before her was Brangara, having recovered all his memories by now. He reached out with his hand and plunged them into Ruvva’s body to extract two objects.
Minor Treasure—Mystic Human Stamp!
Minor Treasure—Spirit Puppet!
“Since they are mine in the first place, I’m sure you have no complains. Well, even if you do have them,” Brangara huffed and raised his leg, following which he brought it down upon her head with force, “What can you do?”
“You’re weak…”
Boom!
His feet failed to make contact with Ruvva’s head. A frail hand, barely the length of his feet was the cause that had stopped him. The hand seemed fragile at first glance, but was unmoving.
Brangara increased the strength in his legs but failed to budge the hand even then. He retracted his leg and eyed the girl who seemed around three to four years old. “You are?”
“I’m Yara,” Said the girl, flashing a peaceful smile, “And I don’t intend to create conflicts here.”
Brangara eyed her once, smirked, and walked away, “That’s fine with me.”
“Do what you will.” He waved his hand and began to sprint, “As for that weak-willed kid, tell her to reclaim my Minor Treasures from Orakha.”
“I’m sure she’s in his good graces to get them back without issues.”
Brangara sprinted at his top speed that had crossed four times the speed of sound. He blasted through any obstacle that came in his path and swallowed all sorts of organic matter. Gradually, his body began to mature in response, especially when he chanced upon a Gold Grade Pranic Beast and ate it.
The moment he stared at Yara, he wanted to eat the latter. However, that would take too much of time, which he didn’t wish to waste. And hence, he sped in the direction of the Brimgan Empire, watching a horde of Pranic Beast rushing towards a ginormous portal that had appeared in one of the entrances to the Guna Caves.
And then, he jumped inside without hesitation.
In the meantime, Ruvva was still rolling around on the ground, struggling to control her body’s innate tendency to resist external influences. Steadily, her presence morphed and grew stronger, stabler, and most of all, benign.
“Gah!” Ruvva gasped for breath and sprang to her feet in a hurry. She was drenched in sweat, observing goosebump had broken out on her skin. A flood of data had appeared in her mindspace, clustering according to their natural affinities.
She quickly sorted through them and analysed the changes that had happened to her. The changes were, in essence, just one.
Primary Nature—Astral Weaponiser!
Tertiary Body—Apogee Bludder!
Both of this remained the same as before. There was only one thing that had changed, her Secondary Body—Empyrean Tusk.
Beginner Mystic Grade Pranic Beast—Empyrean Greatusk!
With a Prana capacity of 9824 and a lifespan of 10,000 years, it was a Mystic Grade existence. The Violet Mystic Cup barely managed to elevate Ruvva’s strength. But that was all it could, for it wasn’t filled enough.
Astral Weaponiser was still a Gold Grade Nature.
In terms of appearance, the Empyrean Greatusk was different from the Empyrean Tusk in one regard, the height. An Empyrean Tusk reached a height of 1.6 kilometres while the Empyrean Greatusk reached 1.8 kilometres.
An Empyrean Tusk’s battle state allowed it to control its exoskeleton like a fluid Spirit Weapon. An Empyrean Greatusk could naturally generate psychokinesis through its exoskeleton that was internally directed.
This force would permeate through the body to do two things: First is to hold together the rapidly multiplying cells without changing volume, which increases the Empyrean Greatusk’s density. Second is to rapidly burn and erase excess shells while still retaining structural integrity, which ends up reducing its density.
Within the organs, it could gather psychokinesis to such a strong extent that they could literally compress any object placed within, seamlessly.
In essence, using psychokinesis, the Empyrean Greatusk pretty much achieved feats similar to an Empyrean Tusk with Internal Inertial Gravity.
The Violet Mystic Path evolved Ruvva and enabled her to fully wield the powers of her two bodies. With her natural talent, she could already take full advantage of her Apogee Bludder form. And now, she could fully take advantage of her Secondary Body too.
That was the benefit she gained through her Empyrean Greatusk form. And last, but not least was a small change in regards to Astral Weaponiser. There wasn’t a fundamental change in the Nature itself, but a mild tweak.
A similar tweak happened to Mystic Nature Art. And upon activating it, Ruvva felt her three Natures begin synchronising.
“Thank you for coming to my rescue.” Ruvva thanked Yara, “I would have been traumatised once again if not for your timely assistance.”
“Don’t mention it, and also,” Yara waved her hand, “I don’t wish to interact with him ever again.”
She then stared at Ruvva and moved away, “I’ll give you some time to adjust to your gains.”
“What about you?” Ruvva asked in confusion, “How are you perfectly normal and are acting as if everything’s natural?”
“I was born to wield this power.” Yara smiled, “So, the moment the Seat of Transcendence revealed itself, the Green Mystic Path naturally changed me, which is when I was technically born.”
“So, show me, sister.” She grinned from afar, ’I wish to see the talent you inherited from mother, and how different it is to mine.’
Yara was just born. However, she was born aware. Everything she needed to know was already in her mindspace. Moreover, unlike a baby Empyrean Tusk who had to go through their inheritance and comprehend all the inherited data, Yara’s body was as if it had gone through that process already.
If the data in the mindspace was like water, then her body was the container that perfectly housed the water. The moment she gained consciousness, she was already in a state of complete comprehension.
And the moment she appeared outside, the Spirit Weapon of Resha had naturally moved into her possession. It not retained the imprint of her Prana and not Ruvva’s.
“Fuooh…!” Ruvva exhaled slowly as she watched her three Natures naturally synchronise with each other and soon, they achieved a harmony.
There was a typhoon as her body morphed, for a moment resembling a grotesque creature where all her three forms existed. On either side were the Secondary and Tertiary bodies, while stuck in the centre between the two was her Mystic Human body.
Astral Weaponiser was a Naure while the Secondary and Tertiary Nature slots were taken by the Pranic Beast bodies the Mystic Human had chosen. That was the existing ideology among the Mystic Humans.
However, the truth was different, which was why the Mystic Human Race were unable to reach their ultimate state.
All three Natures of a Mystic Human were one and the same, all transformative in nature. If it had to be expressed, it was as follows:
Primary Astral Weaponiser—Mystic Human!
Secondary Astral Weaponiser—Empyrean Greatusk!
Tertiary Astral Weaponiser—Apogee Bludder!
Their Primary Nature too, was a transformative type Nature. And if Mystic Humans were treated as a Pranic Beast, they were so energy efficient that maintaining their transformation didn’t consume any Prana.
That was why Virala made the mistake of thinking human form was their base form while only the Secondary and Tertiary bodies were transformations. As the founder had a misconception, the same ideology was passed down to the Mystic Human Race.
And considering the origin of the Mystic Humans who had lived as Free Human slaves under the Cooter Clan with no education for dozens of generations, they never even noticed the flaw. Even Ruvva hadn’t noticed it.
Brangara had figured it out only thanks to the Death Tentacle Inheritance. Since he obtained it, he ended up filling the Violet Mystic Cup with the experience, which enlightened Ruvva.
In essence, a Mystic Human was a Free Human with a fleshly Human Avatar containing three transformations. And now, in the centre of a violent cyclone stood Ruvva, completing her transformation.
Finally, after the recent strings of defeat, she felt confident, “Ah, this is the right path.”
A tumour began to grow in her heart, which meant she had officially stepped into the Mystic Grade.
State of Harmony—Mystic Avatar!
