Chapter 356: Chapter 286: Shen Xingchen’s First Battle

"Impressive techniques, but it’s nothing more than a futile struggle."

Facing the ferocious attack, Juelingzi just chuckled, his gaze filled with contempt for the two of them. The Blood Saber in his hand suddenly flared with brilliant light, its intense pressure making the very Domain tremble. Then, three colossal, blood-red Celestial Sabers materialized in the sky once more, their tips glinting with a cold light.

Moreover, a boundless, blood-red mist rained down from the Celestial Sabers, blanketing the area. It carried a soul-stealing power as it swept over them, blotting out the sky.

Seeing this, Shen Xingchen frowned. He sliced the Dragon’s Roar Sword across his palm, and as blood welled up, it dripped onto the blade.

"VMMMMMM."

The Dragon’s Roar Sword began to thrum. Having been nurtured by Shen Xingchen for so long, its Spirituality was already high, and it had long since achieved Spirit Communication. After absorbing his Essence Blood, it flashed with a crimson light. Paired with Shen Xingchen’s Four Swords of Annihilation, its aura became utterly demonic.

"Soul Shaking, Bloodthirsty, Life Cutting, Destruction Dao!"

Shen Xingchen let out a low roar and unleashed four sword strikes in a single moment. High above, four colossal, blood-drenched giant swords materialized. Each was a thousand feet long, and their appearance made the void tremble and the very heavens churn.

Though similar, the four great swords were distinct, each radiating a different power: one that could shake the soul, one that was inherently bloodthirsty, one that brought silent extinction to all vitality, and one that withered all of creation.

As the four swords slashed down, their edges brilliant and deadly, Shen Xingchen’s face turned visibly pale before they even struck. Clearly, unleashing this attack had taken a considerable toll on him.

’Such a fierce Sword Intent. Among those in the Foundation Establishment Realm, he’s truly peerless.’

Juelingzi frowned and took a deep breath. Though inwardly stunned, he didn’t dare let his guard down for even a moment.

"Red Mountain Magma!"

Li Minghan didn’t remain idle. He commanded the Red Mountain Sub-Dragon to attack. The Domain rumbled as the shadows of countless volcanoes condensed into a single, towering peak. It began to rain down meteors of celestial fire, each one crashing toward Juelingzi with supreme might.

"HUMMMMMMM..."

The three blood-red Celestial Sabers clashed with the Four Swords of Annihilation. A boundless blood-mist surged, blocking the phantom volcano’s advance. The Red Mountain Sub-Dragon roared. His face an icy mask, Shen Xingchen suppressed his body’s exhaustion and unleashed another slash.

"A Sword from the East Changes the Stars!"

The Sword Light arced like a rainbow, swirling like a galaxy. With a single strike, it was as if the night sky had been inverted. The starlight shimmered, dazzling the mind and overwhelming the senses.

"Heaven-Piercing Sword, Star Fall!"

Shen Xingchen’s eyes were bright and agile, sparkling like a field of stars. The Dragon’s Roar Sword in his hand swirled ceaselessly, its Sword Light a seamless ribbon of rainbow energy that sealed the void around Juelingzi, layer by layer, from every direction.

"Countless Swords in the Sea of Stars!"

The starlight roared like thunder, and the Sword Light flashed like lightning. It was like an incomparably brilliant flower silently blooming amidst the glow of a star sea—infinitely glorious, yet concealing a deadly intent!

As the three sword techniques landed, they formed a brilliant, interconnected tapestry of starlight—a vast celestial chart that continuously expanded. Following the Sword Light, it bore down on Juelingzi, every strike concealing a fatal intent.

Juelingzi took a deep breath. Faced with this airtight assault, a flicker of killing intent finally rose in his own heart. His expression darkened, and he let out a low roar.

"Cyan Blade Blood Grudge Tribulation!"

As he formed a hand seal, he tossed the Blood Saber into the air. It divided endlessly, transforming into thousands of blades that rained down like a sudden, violent squall, crashing head-on against the attack of the Star Sword.

...

"Yu Changsheng, Zhang Tianwen, surrender now and I promise to spare you. If not, all that will be left are your corpses."

Chen Buhuo threw a punch, sending the Golden-winged Roc flying. As he did, he looked at Yu Changsheng atop Red Purgatory, a peculiar light flashing in his eyes as he spoke.

"You’re dreaming."

Yu Changsheng replied coolly. Standing atop the dragon’s head, he waved his sleeve with commanding force. A rising sun suddenly materialized behind him, radiating endless light. Boosted by his Domain, the temperature soared as the light transformed into the very first ray of dawn, shooting toward Chen Buhuo. Then, Yu Changsheng leaped from the dragon’s head and threw a punch, and the light surged forward in a brilliant wave.

"Rising Sun Dawn Fist!"

Zhang Tianwen’s expression hardened as he let out a long breath. Below him, the Thunder-controlling Spirit Tiger pulsed with power, unleashing endless thunderbolts. A single point of violet light blossomed before rapidly spreading to fill the void...

"Ten Thousand Thunder Celestial Prison Guide!"

RUMBLE!

The lightning formed a cage. The Thunder-controlling Spirit Tiger roared, calling down bolt after bolt of thunder. The Divine Might Spirit Tiger radiated endless divine power, creating a boost for the attack. With a speed so fast it was impossible to react, the assault shot toward Chen Buhuo.

"Interesting."

Chen Buhuo chuckled, one eyebrow raised. With a seemingly careless wave of his sleeve, he opened his mouth and blew a sharp breath outward.

"CRACK... CRACKLE..."

At his breath, the very void before him seemed to become a pane of glass. A cracking sound echoed as fractures spread across its surface, threatening to shatter at any moment.

"Mirror Image, Sharpen."

Light warped and space shattered. Amidst the constant folding, a strange and terrifying cold light glinted, transforming into thousands upon thousands of strands. They snaked toward Yu Changsheng and Zhang Tianwen, each individual thread exuding boundless killing intent and razor-sharp energy.

In a flash, space was shattered and then reassembled.

Yu Changsheng’s expression changed. The image of the Rising Sun behind him faltered. His fist was still moving forward, but it was like a stone sinking into the ocean, completely robbed of its rightful power.

Space itself had become like a razor’s edge, continuously slicing at Yu Changsheng’s face and skin. Tiny cuts welled with blood, stinging his nerves.

As for the sky-spanning thunderbolts, they silently vanished before this bizarre mirror-space, leaving not a single trace.

The next moment, Chen Buhuo’s voice echoed in their ears, seeming to come from far away and right beside them at the same time.
