After seeing Qin Shiwei off, Shu Yao turned around only to run into Lin Zhenxiang and her mother.

Lin Zhenxiang’s face was ashen, and she was drenched in a cold sweat. She clutched her abdomen with both hands, gritting her teeth to endure an immense pain. Her steps were unsteady and her slender waist was bent over, as if she had regressed into an ape unable to walk upright. Zhen Zhen had been supporting her ever since they got out of the flying machine.

After being forced to eat a raw, plague-infected, scaleless white fish from Gelang Star, it was no surprise she was in agony.

Seeing this, Shu Yao smiled, gratified.

’The suffering my son endured is finally being paid back by someone else.’

Zhen Zhen’s face was filled with heartache. She had barely uttered a few words of comfort before she started complaining.
