Hazel frowned deeply.

"You’re absolutely certain they’re still inside?"

"Yes."

"How can you be so sure?"

"The hotel staff confirmed that room service has been going in and out all day. They ordered breakfast earlier, then lunch, followed by desserts, snacks, and several drinks. The staff personally delivered everything to their suite."

Hazel folded her arms, her expression growing increasingly complicated.

"They’ve been in that room all day..."

She didn’t need much imagination to guess what the couple was doing.

A hint of jealousy flashed across her beautiful face before she quickly suppressed it.

After taking a deep breath, she looked at her subordinate once more.

"Fine."

"Keep watching them."

"I want to know the moment either of them steps out of that hotel."

The man nodded confidently.

"Don’t worry, Miss Hazel."

"Our people have surrounded the hotel from every direction."

"We’ve got eyes on every entrance and exit."

"They won’t leave without us knowing."

Hazel slowly nodded.

"Good."

"No mistakes."

"I’ve waited this long."

"I can wait a little longer."

Although she appeared calm on the surface, her fingers unconsciously tapped against the armrest of her chair.

For the first time in years, someone had completely escaped her expectations.

Little did Hazel know just how content Lin Feng and Ning Xi were to spend time together.

One day passed. Then a second.

Soon, three entire days had gone by, yet the couple still hadn’t stepped out of their suite.

Hazel Reed’s patience was hanging by a thread.

"What do you mean they still haven’t come out?"

The man nodded awkwardly.

"It’s true, Miss Hazel."

"They’ve remained in their room this whole time. They’ve continued ordering meals, desserts, snacks, and drinks through room service, but neither of them has left the suite."
