Chapter 224: I’ll Protect You All

Rustle Rustle.

Everyone turned their head towards the noise as they braced themselves.

"Neva, get ready," Raiden spoke in a low voice as he fixed his eyes towards the darkness.

"Sha Shaa!!" Bring it on!

"Woolie, you get back and protect Aria, okay? What if the enemy breaks through?? You are the only one who can protect her." Raiden spoke in a coaxing tone, trying to get the little sheep to agree. It was very hard to find reasons to keep this Battle Junkie out of the way.

Hearing his words, Woolie hesitated for a moment before nodding his head and moving next to Aria as he tried to pat his chest.

"Woolie Woo!!" Don’t worry, human. I will definitely protect her!!

Raiden let out a silent sigh of relief after seeing him agree, as he turned his focus back towards the darkness where the sounds grew closer and closer.

Theodore also braced himself as he let out his Garuda and another Terra Beast.

It was a swallow, a small green swallow about the size of his palm.

It started chirping. It let out a chirp before it directly vanished in front of Raiden’s eyes. That’s right, vanished.

Raiden tried to search for it but wasn’t able to find it anywhere.

’Damn! That’s either a really fast Terra Beast or it can turn invisible. Either way, it’s perfect for assassinations.’

Raiden kept his dark thoughts to himself as he looked at Theodore.

"I’ll take the lead on this one. You give me backup if it’s too strong."

"No!!" Theodore refused him firmly.

"You were the one who had been fighting all day long and protecting us. Give me a chance to shine on the battlefield as well. This time I will be the one to protect you guys. You provide me backup if I can’t do it."

Hearing this man’s words, Raiden paused for a bit as he started to hesitate. To be honest, while Theodore had also climbed to Golden Tier in the past few months, his Terra Beast didn’t look too exceptional in any way compared to his.

Garuda flew high into the air as it flapped its wings and let out tons of Green Air Blades directly at the charging figure, each one 4 m long!!

"Roarrr!!!" The figure paused for moments before it let out a monumental roar that blew everything a few metres away as it resumed charging.

"Damnit!! It’s a Platinum Beast!! Everyone, dodge!!" Theodore greeted his taste as he moved towards his sister, grabbing her in his arms before running away.

Raiden was also finally able to get a good look at the opponent who came charging. It was a large Triceratops.

"Holy Fuck!! Why do they have dinosaurs here?" He cursed as he followed Theodore and Aria.

"Woolie!!" He looks fun. I’ll beat him right now!!

"No!!" Two simultaneous voices rang out at the same time, causing him to freeze.

"He is my opponent. I’ll be the one to take him down. Just don’t take it from me."

Theodore shouted as he fixed his eyes on the opponent.

"That’s right. Let him fight Woolie, plus you still need to protect Aria, right?" Raiden quickly chimed in from the side, afraid the Sheep would really go into battle.

A dejected Woolie turned his head down and walked slowly towards the group, unafraid of the opponent that was charging his way.

It crashed directly into the charging Triceratops as they collided head-on.

A massive cloud of dust kicked up at the impact, obscuring everybody’s vision.

"Neva, blow it all away," Raiden commanded as Neva let out a cute shout as her body started to shine pink and golden.

In the next second, two large hand fans completely made up of light appeared next to Raiden before they started moving very quickly, blowing away the dust of the cloud, letting everyone know what happened.

The Triceratops was embedded in the ground with a gigantic crate around him, with one of his three horns broken. Overall, it looked in a really bad state as it fixed its enraged gaze on its opponent.

Meanwhile, the Garuda was in a much better state, as it lay in front of him but was trying to get up really quickly.

"That’s it! That’s it, boy. Get up and finish this fight, Bee!! StormWind!!"

A determined look appeared in Garuda’s eyes as he slowly flapped his wings before he started flying unsteadily.

Theodore also didn’t hesitate as his body started to shine in a greenish glow as he shared his power.

"Take my powers and finish it for once and for all. Go!!!"

"Skrreeee!!!"

Garuda flapped his wings really hard, conjuring up a massive tornado.

As soon as it formed, it started getting even bigger and bigger, growing up to 50 meters!!

In the next second, in front of their eyes, that tornado started getting smaller once again.

No, it wasn’t getting smaller, but it was compressing itself!!

Under the disbelieving gaze of the Triceratops on the ground, the Garuda managed to compress the massive tornado into a 1 m ball before it let it loose on the opponent.

The next second, everything was blown apart.
