Chapter 182: Ch 182- Insane Improvements

Eight days later. (small correction there were 9 days left for the secret realm to end, I have changed in previous Chapter too)

Inside the empty cave, Mo Yuan slowly opened his eyes.

The countless mouths covering his body gradually disappeared one after another, returning his body to normal. He stood up and stretched his arms before stepping out of the cave.

A faint smile appeared on his face.

"Finally, I’ve reached the maximum strength of the Peak Origin Soul Realm."

During these eight days, Mo Yuan had used almost every treasure he had collected in the Secret Realm that could help him increase his strength in Origin Soul Realm. At the same time, his newly fused Devour Talent had played a huge role.

It allowed him to absorb the energy from those treasures at an astonishing speed. If he had relied on his previous absorption speed, he would have needed much longer to reach his current level.

"The fusion feature really helped me a lot. If I hadn’t fused my Devour Talent with Absorption, it would still be the same as before. It would’ve taken me at least another month to reach the maximum strength of the Peak Origin Soul Realm."

Mo Yuan shook his head with a smile.

"And if I didn’t have all these treasures, I think it would’ve taken me three or four months at least."

He looked around the cave.

"Coming to this Secret Realm was definitely the right decision."

Mo Yuan then closed his eyes and spread his Origin Sense through his body.

He carefully observed the changes inside him.

All of his blood had now turned a deep dark red. Every drop contained an enormous amount of Primordial Qi. Even his bones had become much stronger after being tempered by Primordial Qi.

His entire body felt different.

His flesh, blood, bones and internal organs had all been strengthened to another level.

"Time to check how much my strength has increased."

Mo Yuan spread his Origin Sense.

It continued expanding.

Five hundred meters.

Eight hundred meters.

One thousand meters.

But it did not stop there and continued forward until it finally reached 1,500 meters before stopping.

Mo Yuan’s eyes widened.

"1,500 meters?"

His expression quickly changed into excitement.

"That’s 500 meters beyond the usual limit!"

He clenched his fists.

"So I’ve finally broken through the limit of Origin Sense!"

Normally, even a Peak Origin Soul Realm cultivator could only reach around one kilometer with their Origin Sense.

Yet Mo Yuan had reached 1,500 meters.

Five hundred meters might not sound like much but at his level, it represented a huge difference.

’As expected of someone with so many powerful talents.’

Mo Yuan couldn’t help but feel proud.

"Now, let’s check my strength."

He took a deep breath before throwing a simple punch into the air without using any talent.

Boom!

A terrifying sound exploded inside the cave and then the entire cave shook violently and dust fell from the ceiling.

Mo Yuan slowly lowered his fist and checked his strength.

"15 million jin."

His eyes lit up.

"My base strength has reached 15 million jin."

He immediately began calculating his total strength.

"15 million × 22 × 9 × 2 × 2..."

Mo Yuan’s expression gradually became strange.

"11.88 billion jin."

He stared at his fist.

"Holy shit... almost 12 billion jin."

Even Mo Yuan himself was shocked by the number.

According to what he knew, the average Peak Sovereign Realm cultivator had a base strength of around 10 billion jin and his current physical strength had already surpassed that.

’I’m only at the Peak Origin Soul Realm, yet my base strength is already higher than the average Peak Sovereign Realm cultivator.’

Mo Yuan couldn’t help but feel his heart beat faster.

"If I fight a low or even mid-level Sovereign Realm cultivator who doesn’t have some crazy talent or powerful technique, I should be able to deal with them."

He paused.

"But I’m still only at the Peak Origin Soul Realm."

He looked down at his hands.

"I haven’t even reached the Origin Lord Realm yet."

The more he thought about it, the more excited he became.

Just how terrifying would his strength become after breaking through to the Origin Lord Realm?

Mo Yuan took a deep breath and forced himself to calm down.

"Let’s check my speed too."

The moment he finished speaking, his figure disappeared.

Boom!

A sonic boom exploded inside the cave and in the next instant, Mo Yuan appeared at the other side.

"45 Mach."

He nodded.

"As expected, my speed increased by around 50%." Mo Yuan could see the pattern.

A normal Peak Origin Soul Realm cultivator had around 30 Mach of base speed.

Mo Yuan now had 45 Mach.

That alone was already far beyond an ordinary cultivator.

"Let’s add the 20 times multiplier."

Mo Yuan quickly calculated.

"45 × 20... 900 Mach."

His eyes narrowed.

"And if I add the 2 times boost from Shadow Walk..."

"1,800 Mach!"

Mo Yuan’s heartbeat immediately became faster.

His speed had reached a terrifying level.

A Peak Sovereign Realm cultivator normally had around 500 Mach of base speed.

Yet Mo Yuan’s boosted speed was already 1,800 Mach.

He had not even reached the Sovereign Realm, yet his speed had already begun approaching the level of the Monarch Realm.

"Am I becoming too broken?"

Mo Yuan stood there in silence.

For nearly ten minutes, his mind was filled with all kinds of wild thoughts about his future.

Eventually, he took another deep breath.

"Calm down. I shouldn’t become too arrogant."

"There are probably countless planets, solar systems and galaxies in the universe. Earth is just one small place."

His eyes became serious.

"There are probably countless geniuses out there who are far more terrifying than me."

Mo Yuan had never forgotten that the universe was enormous.

Earth was only the beginning.

There would always be someone stronger.

"There is still one day before the Secret Realm closes."

Mo Yuan looked toward the cave entrance.

"What should I do until then?"

Suddenly, he remembered something.

The Golden Mouse.

A smile appeared on his face.

"Let’s see what that mouse is up to."

It was truly thanks to the Golden Mouse that Mo Yuan had been able to find so many treasures inside the Secret Realm.

Without its Treasure Finder Talent, he might have missed many of them.

With that thought, Mo Yuan walked toward the cave’s exit.
