I Aggressively Stack Steel of the Heart in the Knight Order

Chapter 251 - 215: A Vengeful Angel Descends By My Side, and I’m Not Even on Board Yet

Evelyn was also trying to stall for time.

Their loyalty—the Baze Nobility who served Grand Lord Kles—was tenuous at best.

The entire operation of Baze World was more accurately described as a consortium of mutual interests. She had no intention of throwing her life away for Kles or some bullshit plan concocted by a Demon.

She and Delany had been lying low in Hurst for three years.

She had long anticipated that Lady Catherine and the Imperial Administrative Region would move against them, so she had made thorough preparations for a full withdrawal.

The only things that had spun out of her control were Lady Catherine’s feint, which had completely fooled them, and something she never would have imagined in her wildest dreams: the arrival of the terrifying entity who had killed Warlord Nico.

The Emperor’s Vengeful Angel.

Descending right upon her.

Had it been an ordinary Earth Knight, or even a Battle Group Commander, who intervened in Hurst’s internal strife, she was confident she could have handled the situation and escaped. But the appearance of Reinhardt and Robie had completely shattered their plans.

In the Ash Soil Star Zone, those two were notorious among the mid-tier powerhouses.

Only two kinds of people weren’t afraid of them.

Those who had never met them, and those who were already dead.

Evelyn even felt that the bastard hadn’t used his full strength against her. His refusal to kill her seemed to indicate he was waiting for something, which played right into her hands, allowing her to stall for time.

She hadn’t earned the title of "Trick Witch" for nothing.

At the same time, she used Spiritual Energy to contact Delany, who was locked in a fierce battle with Robie.

’Can you handle him? The Phase Treasure is about to activate. You need to find a chance to get back to me.’

’Wait! This bastard... Isn’t he an Imperial Judge? Why does he have the power of a Void Divine Artifact? And more than one! Dammit, I’m on my way now.’

The spiritual connection broke.

From Reinhardt’s perspective, the space beside the Red-haired Witch suddenly distorted. A moment later, a battered and wounded figure scrambled through, collapsing beside her.

"That damned Judge! He must be insane! He actually stored Void Divine Artifacts in his own soul! Damn it, damn it, damn it—!"

Kneeling on the floor, the Withered Knight Delany coughed up mouthfuls of blood. A horrifying cavity gaped in his chest; his heart was gone.

Even from a vertical distance of three hundred meters, his blood still flowed uncontrollably in Robie’s direction below.

If it weren’t for his alchemically modified body and a secondary heart known as the ’Withered’ in his right chest, he wouldn’t have even made it back to the top floor before dying.

At least, when it came to having an Undying Body, he was utterly defeated.

That Judge downstairs was the most insane madman he’d ever met in his life!

A monster... an absolute monster!

Even a Demon wouldn’t dare hide a Void Divine Artifact in their soul! But not only had that guy done it, he’d done it with more than one.

Seeing Delany in this state, the Red-haired Witch’s eyes filled with heartache.

Then her expression darkened. She glanced at Reinhardt, her voice venomous.

"They will pay for this. Grab my arm!"

Delany understood at once. Ignoring the blood that gushed from his chest like a waterfall, he clung tightly to Evelyn’s arm and glared up at Reinhardt.

If the hatred and fury in his eyes could take physical form, Reinhardt would have been burned to a crisp.

Evelyn stared daggers at Reinhardt, her eyes practically overflowing with hatred, as if to say, ’This isn’t over! Just you wait!’

She activated the Hundred Refinement Furnace Cast Level Treasure implanted in her frontal lobe: the Phase Teleportation Gate.

She was trying to take the Withered Knight Delany and flee this warzone, now consumed by slaughter and death. To escape the Vengeful Angel and the Judge who had driven them to despair.

And yet, even the family’s manager, Dane, realized the two were about to ditch him and flee alone.

His eyes widened in disbelief as he stared at them.

’They’re leaving without me!’

"You... you can’t just leave me like this! This isn’t what we agreed on! Wait—"

Time seemed to stop. A mirror-like Phase Teleportation Gate, glowing with a faint blue light and leading to the Orbital Port, materialized behind Evelyn. She had already reached her left hand into it.

Dane, the family manager, had only just taken his first step to run toward them.

「The next moment.」

Knight Power converged at Reinhardt’s wrist, forming an Extraordinary Armament that glowed with a faint green light. The power of the Earth Ring filled the room in an instant, moving at a speed imperceptible to the human eye!

The terrifying power of the Forbidden Magic Force Field, like that of a black hole, manifested as a dark purple energy pulse, radiating outward from Reinhardt to fill a five-meter spherical space.

Every Extraordinary Creation within the force field winked out like a lightbulb in a power outage, its connection to its master instantly severed.

Even the already-opened Phase Teleportation Gate.

Faced with the encroaching dark purple energy pulse, it rapidly distorted, collapsed, and then disintegrated.

When the Red-haired Witch realized her Wizard’s Power was being suppressed and torn apart by some terrifying force, her expression instantly twisted into one of utter horror!

’This is impossible—!’

But when she realized the source of this power was Reinhardt’s Earth Ring... her heart seemed to stop beating.

A thought that should have been impossible uncontrollably flooded her mind: she might actually die here.

The Withered Knight Delany’s face paled. Ignoring his grievous injuries, he gripped his Knight’s Broadsword in one hand, shoved Evelyn aside, and roared, "I’ll hold him off! You have to run! Run—!"

As his words fell, Delany, dragging his broken body and embracing certain death, roared and charged at Reinhardt.

Just then, Raphael, who had hurried to the scene, stepped across the threshold of the Governor’s Mansion.

"My Lord, be careful!"

Delany was attempting to trade his life to buy time for the Witch’s escape. However, the instant he came within three meters of Reinhardt, space-time itself seemed to warp.

Reinhardt’s body seemed unbound by the laws of physics, as if he had mastered some form of Domain Power over space, time, and speed.

He moved with no discernible trajectory, appearing before Delany like a killing machine forged from steel, his presence overwhelmingly oppressive.

By the time Delany registered Reinhardt’s cold, condescending gaze from above,

the Black War Axe had already torn through his Power Armor and slammed into his chest. The High-Frequency Oscillation of the axe blade instantly disintegrated his internal organs and spine, completely destroying even the Withered Secret Treasure that was his secondary heart.

Delany felt the strength draining from his body.

The last sounds he heard before death were the cruel, merciless command of the Emperor’s Angel, and Evelyn’s heart-wrenching scream.

"Raphael, search his memories."

"Darling! No—!!"
