Heretic Trainer: The Gym Is My Cultivation Method

Chapter 765: Dahlia Loots the Final Boss

  • Next Chapter

Galor’s aura continued rising as he devoured every trapped dragon soul inside the [Nether Dragon Crown].

The countless ghostly dragon heads that had once surrounded him were now gone as all of them had been swallowed into his body.

CRACK! CRACK! CRACK!

Galor’s mutated frame expanded.

Black soul flames erupted from the cracks in his flesh, while spectral dragon scales crawled across his body like living armor.

The dark metal spine frame on his back twisted violently before spreading outward, forming a pair of enormous ghostly dragon wings.

The crown fused into his skull sank even deeper, and soon blood began flowing from his orifices. Galor didn’t even care. The only thing he wanted now was to win, no matter the sacrifice.

Dahlia watched the transformation with bright eyes, her grin becoming wider and wider. "Oh? Not bad, old man."

Galor slowly raised his head, his voice distorted by the countless dragon cries echoing within him. "You will die here..."

His hollow eyes flashed with black light.

A massive spectral dragon skull appeared behind him, formed from the resentment, hatred, and soul fragments of every dragon trapped inside the [Nether Dragon Crown].

The pressure was completely different from before. It was no longer scattered and chaotic but had merged into one overwhelming, unified force.

The remaining Dragon Slayers in the distance trembled the moment they felt his aura, and even the athletes of God Gym began to feel the pressure bearing down on them.

Galor took a single step forward as the spectral dragon skull behind him opened its jaws, activating his new ability.

[Nether Dragon Soul Body]

Galor’s body began flickering between physical and spiritual states, causing his entire existence to become unstable and incredibly difficult to hit.

At the same time, his hollow eyes locked directly onto Dahlia, unleashing another terrifying ability.

[Soul-Breaking Dragon Gaze]

A black beam of soul light shot straight into Dahlia’s eyes, attempting to tear apart her mind and crush her will while cursing her soul with the hatred of countless dead dragons.

For a brief moment, Dahlia’s body froze.

In the next instant, however, a wide grin suddenly spread across her face. "Hahaha..."

She threw her head back and laughed. "That’s it? What is this supposed to be? Pressure? What a joke."

Galor’s expression changed slightly.

Dahlia rolled her shoulders, completely unaffected except for the slight excitement burning in her eyes. "Old man, if you want to scare me, at least bring a disaster bigger than my master’s training."

Her silver-black aura erupted outward. "Do you know how many times that crazy bastard made us feel like we were going to die?"

Dahlia cracked her knuckles. "Body-crushing gravity, soul-killing pressure, bone-breaking weights, muscle-tearing training, energy-devouring cardio... and before we even finished recovering, we did the whole damn thing again."

Both her eyes and grin turned savage. "So if you think a bunch of angry dragon ghosts can break me... you’re seriously underestimating me and God Gym."

Galor’s face twisted. "You arrogant monster!"

He roared, and the giant spectral dragon skull behind him surged forward.

[Nether Dragon Soul Cataclysm]

Countless soul flames gathered into one massive dead dragon, its body stretching across space like a river of curses.

It opened its jaws and rushed straight toward Dahlia, intending to swallow her body and soul together.

Dahlia didn’t dodge. Instead, she released the four disasters from her body once again, but this time, she didn’t turn them into clones.

She used the energy to transform herself into a dragon-like form instead.

A black hole twisted around her right arm, raging flames covered her left, a massive tsunami surged behind her, while violent storms gathered around her horns and wings.

Her silver-black hair floated wildly as the four different disaster forces spiraled around her like a crown of calamity.

She looked at the incoming dead dragon and laughed. "Good! Now that I’m a dragon too... this finally feels like a proper fight."

She pulled back her fist, and the black-hole gravity around her knuckles twisted together with the other disaster energies.

BOOOOOOM!

Her fist collided directly with the gigantic spectral dragon, and in the next instant, the entire space went silent.

The dead dragon roared, but Dahlia roared even louder, her strength increasing with every second.

Her fist finally tore through its jaws, shattered the soul flames within, and ripped apart the curse binding the trapped dragon souls together.

Galor’s eyes widened as cracks rapidly spread across the [Nether Dragon Crown]. "NO... It can’t be."

Dahlia’s grin flashed. "Yes."

She drove her fist straight through the spectral dragon’s head, and in the very next instant...

KRAAAAAAACK!

The gigantic spectral dragon head shattered completely.

BOOOOOOM!

Countless cracks spread through its skull before the entire thing exploded into fragments of black soul flame.

The trapped dragon souls screamed as they scattered across space, still bound by the power of the [Nether Dragon Crown] and Galor’s devoured soul energy.

Dahlia’s eyes sharpened. "Oh no, you don’t."

She spread her wings wide as the four disaster forces around her erupted once again.

Black-hole gravity dragged the scattered soul fragments together, while the other three disasters surged out at the same time.

Their combined power crashed into the filthy curse chains wrapped around the trapped dragon souls, tearing them apart one after another.

One by one, their distorted forms faded from madness into silence before finally dispersing into faint lights across the battlefield.

Galor trembled violently as the last soul vanished. His body shrank back from its monstrous state, and the black flames covering him weakened.

The [Nether Dragon Crown] cracked again, but it still clung tightly to his skull, trying to devour the last remains of his life.

Dahlia appeared in front of him in an instant and, without hesitation, forcefully grabbed the crown fused to his head.

Galor’s hollow eyes widened. "No! You can’t! It’s already fused with me! You can’t take it, and even if you could, I won’t let you!"

Dahlia grinned. "No... I already won this fight. Whatever I want now is destined to be mine."

She immediately poured all her strength into her grip and ripped the crown straight off Galor’s head, not caring in the slightest about his condition.

The moment it was separated from him, the crown violently resisted, unleashing wave after wave of soul pressure and accumulated dragon resentment toward Dahlia.

However, Dahlia’s own dragon pressure erupted at the same time, even stronger than the force she had used to crush the crown’s power earlier. Under that overwhelming pressure, the crown was eventually silenced by force.

She glanced at it with bright eyes, then casually tossed it into her spatial ring. "Good. Weird cursed crown, get."

Galor floated weakly in space, his face now old and exhausted instead of monstrous.

For a brief moment, clarity returned to Galor’s eyes. He looked at Dahlia, then toward the battlefield raging behind her. "So... this is the end for us."

Dahlia cracked her neck and smiled. "Yeah. This is the end, old man. You were just too unlucky. You pissed off the dragon race... and they called us here."

Far behind her, Rachel raised one hand.

Pink-gold light swept across the battlefield as God Gym athletes crushed the last defensive line.

The fortress formations collapsed one after another.

The anti-dragon chains surrounding [Vyrmgrave Planet] shattered, and the dark red mist covering the battlefield began to disperse.

Outside the planet, the watching Dragon Gods finally sensed that the Dragon Slayer base had fallen.
