GRIEVANCE LOG: NTR SYSTEM!
Chapter 9: WHY SHOULD I?
I came hard, thick ropes of cum shooting out onto the bathroom floor as I kept staring at Jennifer’s body. My cock twitched violently in my hand with every spurt.
For a few seconds, only my heavy breathing and the continued moans from across the hall filled the room.
I looked down at the mess I made, then back at Jennifer’s photo.
This was only the beginning. Soon... she would be the one catching my cum, not the floor.

I stayed up late since I had the day off. Jennifer Dash... and Cole. At first I thought running into them yesterday was just a coincidence, but after checking her profile, I realized they lived just a few blocks away. One of Cole’s photos showed him posing in front of a window, and through that window, I could clearly see the newly opened art club across the street.
I also checked her Grievance Log. The results didn’t surprise me at all.

She was a model for a small magazine, and Cole was a jealous, abusive, broke loser who leeched off her money. The sexual frustration part made me smirk. Small dick and a minute-man? Pathetic.
I wasn’t exactly hung like a horse myself, just six inches, but even as a virgin I was confident I could last longer than that... hopefully.
"But how do I take her from him?" I muttered, eating cereal straight from the bowl. "Maybe start with her modeling agency..."
I tried searching for it, but found nothing. Her socials had almost no information about her work either. Probably Cole’s doing, deleting anything that might attract other men’s attention.

Tch. Her loyalty toward Hubert went back up. Guess he managed to sweet-talk her after their fight. Annoying.
A knock on the door thawed me out.
"Yo!" A knock sounded at my door. "Open up, Chance."
Jacob?
I pushed away from the dining table and opened the door. Jacob stood there wearing a tired expression... but why? We were never really close friends. We worked together, talked during shifts, then went our separate ways. That was it. So why was he here?
"Jacob?" I asked. "What are you doing here?"
"Car broke down," he said with a shrug. "I remembered you lived around here, so I figured I’d stop by and say hi."
"Oh... right."
"Jeez, dude." He glanced around the apartment as he walked inside. "What is this place?"
"Home sweet home."
I shut the door and sat back at the table.
Jacob walked over to the couch, the only one in the apartment. Since it faced the TV instead of the table, he dragged it slightly to the side so he could look at me while I ate my cereal.
"I forgot to mention this yesterday," he said. "Have you been taking better care of yourself or something?"
"What?"
"You look... kinda good, man. No homo." He scratched the back of his neck. "Like, your face looks different somehow. I dunno."
"Really?"
I unlocked my phone and used the black screen as a mirror.
Huh.
He was right. I looked... better. Not by much, but enough to notice. It had to be the Charisma skill doing its thing. I hadn’t expected the effect to show this fast, though. Guess my next five points were going into that.
"Anyway," Jacob said, leaning back, "you just wake up?"
"Yeah."
"It’s two in the morning, dude."
"I stayed up late... checking some stuff."
"Uh-huh." He smirked. "Girl stuff?"
"No, no." I forced a laugh and kept eating my cereal. "I’m single."
"I know. Doesn’t mean you can’t get lucky. Some puss-puss, ya know?"
Puss-puss... kill me.
"Yeah, I guess." I shrugged, trying to kill the conversation before it got any worse. "You want anything, by the way?"
"I’m good." He looked around again. "Are all the apartments here this small?"
"Only mine," I said. "This place used to be a cleaning storage room or something."
"Damn..." He whistled softly. "You seriously need to move out, Chance."
"I know. I’ll get there eventually. Probably."
If my sister stopped throwing money at her gambling-addict husband, maybe I actually could.
Man, my old apartment was nice. Two bedrooms, decent kitchen, enough space to breathe. For a guy living alone, it felt luxurious.
Compared to this place? Total fucking downgrade.

What the fuck?
The system was seriously telling me to sucker punch Jacob? For a second I hesitated. Jacob wasn’t even a bad guy. But then I saw the reward.
EXP. A lot of it.
Was I really this low now?
Yeah... I was.
I had already decided I was done being the nice guy who got stepped on. If I wanted power in this new game, I couldn’t afford to be soft.
I stood up without even swallowing the cereal in my mouth and walked straight toward him. Jacob looked up, confused.
"Chance, what are yo..."
CRACK.
I punched him hard across the jaw. His head snapped to the side violently. He stumbled, holding his chin with wide eyes, looking completely stunned. He then got up and looked at me with a surprised expression, I could also see the rage under it.
For a moment, he looked like he was about to swing back... then his face suddenly went blank. Like someone had flipped a switch in his brain.
"Huh?" He blinked rapidly, rubbing his jaw. "Aw, damn... my chin hurts like hell. When did I even stand up?"
"You okay?" I asked calmly, walking back to the table like nothing happened.
"Yeah... yeah, I’m good," he muttered, still looking disoriented. "That’s weird as fuck. Did I hit my head or something?"
I shrugged and took another spoonful of cereal. "Dunno, man."
Jacob shook his head a few times, still confused. "That’s... really weird. Anyway, I should probably head out."
"You sure?"
"Yeah." He groaned, still rubbing his chin. "Fuck, it really hurts. Maybe I should get it checked."
"You should."
He gave me one last puzzled look, then headed for the door. "See ya at work, Chance."
"Yep. Take care."
The moment the door closed behind him, I let out a long breath and opened the system.
I actually did it. I punched a guy who came to me for help... just for EXP.
Eh, fuck it. It was done.
Hell, I’d spent my whole life holding myself back, and now a simple punch was enough to make me feel guilty. How many times had I been punched in the face back in school? Did any of those assholes ever feel bad about it like I was feeling right now?
No.
So why should I?
