Chapter 2532: The Power Of A God.

Apparently, the power of a god isn’t so easy to see. But then the Offensive Adaptation took effect on the Identify Information divine ability and they began to be able to understand what the Identify Information divine ability was seeing.

The Cognitive Adaptation divine ability also took effect to help them understand what they were seeing. With the three divine abilities working together, Legion was able to quickly estimate the power of the god of dreams.

1. DREAM DOMAIN.

From what they saw, they could determine that the power of the god of dreams was 25,600 (Raw Power) × 81 (Divine Power), which is 2,073,600. This made him realize a lot of things.

Legion-12 said, “I see. That’s why I didn’t sense any danger and why the Invisibility Shield divine ability worked on him partially. He is weak, but he is still a god.”

He smiled and said to the god of dreams, “I was confused earlier, but it is truly a good thing that you came.”

Legion-12 didn’t think he had anything to worry about before because he wasn’t afraid of death. But once he was able to identify the power of the god of dreams, he realized why he didn’t sense any danger from his Danger Sense divine ability.

Even the Predict divine ability only felt that his situation was good, which was one of the reasons why he didn’t panic despite being unable to work. But now he can tell why the Predict divine ability thought that it was a good thing that the god of dreams came to find him.

His power output is at 40,960 (Raw Power) × 108 (Divine Power), which is 4,423,680. So, despite being a godling, he is twice as strong as the god of dreams. This was why the Invisibility Shield divine ability had worked on him.

Unfortunately, even though he was weak, he was still a god with authority, so the Invisibility Shield divine ability couldn’t make him forget or ignore their existence.

It reminded them of how the authority of the pathway of undying hadn’t forgotten them, even after tens of billions of years. This made Legion-12 guess that the authority that the god of dreams possessed was why they couldn’t fool him into ignoring their existence.

Legion-12 just shrugged and said, “We will see how that will work when the Invisibility Shield divine ability gains the boost of the Everlasting Gemstone. At that point, it will be two authorities clashing, not one authority and one divine ability.”

He thought this to himself as he struck. He struck using the Psychic Howl divine ability.

The god of dreams has appeared above him and smashed down with the palm of his hand. He was using a physical attack because he didn’t have any other means of attack that were effective against an undying godclad.

He still remembers that Legion is an angel of Undying, so most of his methods would be useless. His most efficient method is to beat Legion up until they run out of divine energy and their shield cracks.

The palm of his hand was about to smash down on Legion when Legion opened his mouth and a large scream tore through it. The scream formed visible shockwaves in the misty dream world that smashed into the palm.

The large palm was able to cover Legion completely, but it did nothing to block the shockwaves. The shockwaves entered his body and sank directly into his mind.

The god of dreams was disdainful when Legion screamed at him. He knew that Legion wasn’t just screaming in fear, but was actually attacking him, but he still didn’t think much of it.

But when the scream tore through the first layer of his mind, he became shocked and stunned. He was shocked that Legion’s attack could harm him. It was something he only expected a Blood Sacrifice attack to be capable of doing.

He had already activated his rank 9 Dream Body divine ability to deal with the Blood Sacrifice divine ability. This ability allows him to be immune to most physical attacks. It won’t eliminate the damage from the Blood Sacrifice divine ability, but it will help him reduce it to its minimum.

But Legion-12 didn’t use the Blood Sacrifice divine ability. What he used was an attack that was a completely mental attack, so his Dream Body couldn’t diminish its power at all.

He also isn’t a telepath, so there was no mental defense in his mind. This helped the Psychic Howl divine ability to maximize its power. It broke through the first layer of the god of dreams’ mind, sank into the third, and rushed towards the last layer.

It was as if Legion-12 had seen through his situation and used the best method to deal with him. This made the god of dreams feel threatened. What he felt was a feeling of unprecedented danger, and his first thought was to run.

Unfortunately for him, Legion-12 could read his thoughts. There was also the fact that the first layer of his mind was scrambled, so it was very difficult for him to make coherent thoughts and put them into action.

While he was thinking, “I have to run.”

Legion-12 used the Mind Domination divine ability. This caused a copy of his mind to appear in the mind of the god of dreams.

The copy followed the path that the Psychic Howl divine ability had carved through the mind of the god of dreams. So it was able to quickly reach the second layer of the mind of the god of dreams without facing any resistance.

This ensured that there was a secure mental connection between their minds. So Legion-12 was able to proceed with confidence in using the Mind Plague divine ability.
