Chapter 361: Chapter 10: The Damaged Capsule
The residents responded to Ye Yun’s words with fervent applause, their eyes shining with pride and determination. They knew their sanctuary had become a model—a beacon of hope that could inspire many others.
"We will form a rescue team," Ye Yun announced. "They will carry our technology and supplies to every corner of the wasteland to find and help those in need."
Lin Hao, Zhou Mei, Leo, and Bena all volunteered to lead this team. They knew it would be a journey fraught with challenges and danger, but they also understood that this was their responsibility—their mission.
"We will first head to the areas where scout teams have reported signs of life," said Lin Hao. "We will provide them with desperately needed medical aid and food, help them build defensive structures, and protect them from danger."
"We will also bring our educational and agricultural technology," Zhou Mei added. "We’ll help them establish schools and farms so their children can receive an education and their land can produce food."
"Our energy and environmental technologies will also help them build sustainable living systems," said Leo. "We will teach them how to utilize and protect natural resources and how to reduce their impact on the environment."
"Our rescue team will become their Guardians and friends," Bena said firmly. "We will fight alongside them and face the various challenges of the wasteland together."
Under Ye Yun’s command, the sanctuary’s residents quickly sprang into action, preparing rescue supplies and equipment. They knew their actions would not only save countless lives but also sow the seeds of hope for the wasteland’s future.
「A few days later.」
The rescue team, led by Lin Hao, Zhou Mei, Leo, and Bena, set off on their journey. They traveled through desolate lands and across abandoned towns, pushing ever deeper into the wasteland.
"We don’t know what we’ll face," Lin Hao told the team before they departed, "but we know that our actions will change the destinies of many. We represent the hope and determination of the sanctuary, and we cannot let them down."
As the rescue team ventured deeper, they discovered one survivor settlement after another. Many of the inhabitants lived in extreme poverty and danger, and they were surprised and grateful for the rescue team’s arrival.
"Where did you come from?" a leader of one survivor settlement asked. "Why are you helping us?"
"We’re from the sanctuary," Lin Hao replied. "We’ve come to help you rebuild your homes and make your lives better."
As the rescue mission progressed, more and more survivors received aid. They were given food and medical assistance, their children received an education, and their lands began to yield bountiful harvests.
"Your sanctuary is a miracle," one survivor said gratefully. "Your arrival has brought us hope and shown us what the future could be."
Over time, the sanctuary’s fame spread throughout the wasteland. More and more people learned of this place filled with hope and courage, and they began to make their way toward it, seeking help and shelter.
Ye Yun and the residents of the sanctuary warmly welcomed these new survivors. They provided them with food and lodging, taught them how to use the sanctuary’s technology and resources, and made them part of the sanctuary’s extended family.
"The gates of our sanctuary will always be open to those in need," Ye Yun said at a welcoming party for new survivors. "We believe that as long as we stand united, we can breathe new life into this wasteland."
As the sanctuary continued to grow, a new era dawned upon the wasteland. Through the combined efforts of Ye Yun and the sanctuary’s residents, a new world full of hope and opportunity was being born. And their story became the most widespread legend in the wasteland, inspiring more people to strive for a better future.

As the sanctuary continued to expand and new survivors arrived, Ye Yun realized they needed to establish a more robust management system and a more efficient resource allocation mechanism to ensure the sanctuary’s long-term stability and development.
"We need to build a fairer and more efficient system of governance," Ye Yun said at a residents’ assembly. "We must ensure that everyone’s needs are met and that everyone’s contributions are recognized."
The residents voiced their support and offered many valuable suggestions. They proposed establishing a committee composed of resident representatives, responsible for creating the sanctuary’s rules, regulations, and policies.
"We will elect this committee to ensure it represents the interests of all of us," Zhou Mei proposed at the assembly. "The committee will be responsible for handling the sanctuary’s daily affairs and making decisions on major issues."
Leo also put forward the idea of creating a public resource management system. "We need a system to track and manage our resources, ensuring their fair distribution and efficient use."
Through the residents’ collective efforts, the sanctuary soon established a democratic governance mechanism and an efficient resource management system. The residents elected the first management committee and passed a series of regulations aimed at improving quality of life and protecting residents’ rights.
"Our sanctuary is much more orderly and prosperous now," a resident said during a community event. "We have a fairer system for resource allocation, and our quality of life has improved significantly."
