Ye Yun turned to Zhou Mei. "Talent development, as outlined in New Mission Thirty-Nine, is crucial for the shelter’s future. Zhou Mei, I need you to take charge of establishing a talent training center and developing professional skills training courses."

Zhou Mei nodded in understanding and promised, "I’ll organize educational experts, create a training plan, and ensure our training center can meet the shelter’s demand for skilled technical personnel."

Finally, Ye Yun looked at Leo. "New Mission Forty, the cultural exchange center, will require your creativity and organizational skills. Leo, we need you to build the cultural exchange center, organize cultural events, and improve the shelter’s cultural atmosphere."

Leo replied resolutely, "I will assemble a cultural team, design the cultural exchange center, and plan a series of creative cultural activities to make our shelter a place where culture flourishes."

Under Ye Yun’s direction, the three teams began their respective tasks. Each team understood its responsibility and would contribute its strength to the shelter’s future.

Lin Hao led the R&D team to conduct in-depth research into automated agricultural technology. They developed a series of automated equipment, including smart seeders, automatic irrigation systems, and harvesting robots.

"Everyone, this automated equipment will completely change our farming methods," Lin Hao said at an R&D meeting. "It will significantly increase our production efficiency while reducing the need for manual labor."

Zhou Mei and her team began planning the construction of the talent training center. They designed a comprehensive training curriculum that covered a wide range of courses, from basic skills to advanced technologies.

"We need to ensure every resident of the shelter has the opportunity to receive training and improve their skills," Zhou Mei said during a meeting to discuss the training plan. "This will be the key to our shelter’s sustainable development."

Leo and his cultural team began designing the cultural exchange center. They hoped it would not only be a place for cultural exchange but also a space for residents’ recreation and entertainment.

"This cultural exchange center will become our shelter’s cultural landmark," Leo said at a design meeting. "It will be a platform for our residents to showcase their talents and exchange ideas."

As the missions progressed, the shelter’s residents once again felt the power of unity and cooperation. Through their joint efforts, their home became safer, more stable, and more vibrant.

With the completion of the new missions, the shelter’s strength increased significantly. The application of automated agricultural technology greatly improved the efficiency and stability of food production. The talent development program supplied the shelter with a large number of skilled technical professionals, and the establishment of the cultural exchange center vastly enriched the residents’ spiritual and cultural lives.

Ye Yun highly praised the completion of all the tasks. He knew that these achievements would have been impossible without the effort and contribution of every single resident. At a general assembly for all residents, Ye Yun gave an impassioned speech:

"My dear residents, we have once again proven the power of unity. It is precisely because of everyone’s collective effort that we have been able to overcome so many difficulties and achieve what we have today. Our shelter has grown stronger, and our home has become a better place. For this, I want to express my most sincere gratitude to everyone who has contributed to the shelter."

The residents responded with thunderous applause, their eyes shining with pride and hope. They knew that as long as they were united, there was no difficulty they couldn’t overcome.

Ye Yun continued, "However, we cannot grow complacent. The Wasteland World is full of unknowns and challenges. We must constantly improve our own strength to deal with any situation that may arise in the future. Next, we have new missions to complete."

In this challenging Wasteland World, the residents of the shelter will continue to stand united, work together, face new challenges, and create an even more brilliant future.

Mission Rewards: Successful completion will grant 5x Random Green Blueprints, 1500x White Components, and an Ecological Protection Guidance Manual. These rewards will help improve the quality of the shelter’s environment and the residents’ quality of life.

Ye Yun reviewed these new missions, understanding in his heart the importance of each one to the shelter. He immediately summoned Lin Hao, Zhou Mei, Leo, and Bena to discuss how to assign the tasks and ensure each could be executed effectively to guarantee the shelter’s safety and development.

"Bena, New Mission Forty-One, resource recycling, requires your executive ability," Ye Yun said to Bena first. "We need you to lead the construction of the resource recycling station and ensure the effective reuse of resources."

Bena nodded seriously. "I will immediately organize an environmental protection team, plan the station’s construction, and establish procedures for resource recycling and reuse to ensure our resources are utilized to the fullest extent."

Ye Yun turned to Lin Hao. "New Mission Forty-Two, the technology R&D center, will need your research experience. Lin Hao, we need you to take charge of establishing the center and launching important R&D projects."

Lin Hao nodded in understanding and promised, "I will organize the R&D team, plan the center’s construction, and select strategically significant technology projects for research and development to drive the shelter’s technological advancement."

Finally, Ye Yun looked at Zhou Mei. "New Mission Forty-Three, the ecological protection zone, requires your planning skills. Zhou Mei, we need you to select the area for the zone and implement the ecological protection and restoration plan."

Zhou Mei replied resolutely, "I will organize environmental experts, conduct an ecological survey, and plan the protection zone’s construction to ensure our environment is effectively protected and restored."

Under Ye Yun’s direction, the three teams began their respective tasks. Each team understood its responsibility and would contribute its strength to the shelter’s future.

Bena led the environmental team and began construction of the resource recycling station. They designed an efficient recycling process and educated residents on how to sort trash and recycle resources.

"We need to make every resident aware of the importance of recycling," Bena said at an environmental meeting. "This will be the key to our sustainable development."

Lin Hao and the R&D team began planning the construction of the technology R&D center. They determined their research direction and started preparatory work for the R&D projects.
