Ren Yuanyang was taken aback and looked at the others. "Is he telling the truth?"

Lu Jiamei and the others nodded.

"It’s probably because I was already an Evolver. The Evolution Potion must have caused some kind of conflict," Ren Yuanyang started making stuff up again.

Qin Haonan asked curiously, "Leader, if an Evolver uses an Evolution Potion, can they awaken a second Superpower?"

"In your dreams!" Ren Yuanyang shot him a look, then asked, "Everyone, go ahead and introduce what you’ve awakened..."

He hadn’t even finished speaking when he realized he could sense the concentrated motes of elemental light around them.

For instance, blue motes of light swirled around Lu Jiamei, while Xin Wan had red, Qin Haonan had silver-white, Hua Lingfang had green, and Hua Wen had yellow.

"Leader, can’t you tell our types at a glance?" Qin Haonan was a little surprised. Why would Ren Yuanyang ask them to introduce themselves?

’When Lin Mu and the others used the Evolution Potion, Ren Yuanyang could name their types instantly. Can he not do that anymore?’

"I just wanted to hear you describe the feeling of awakening for yourselves," Ren Yuanyang said, quickly inventing an excuse.

Qin Haonan chuckled, then recalled, "There wasn’t much to it. As soon as the evolution succeeded, I just felt a lot of bright, silver-white motes of light around me."

"And then?" Ren Yuanyang pressed.

"And then? That was it!" Qin Haonan looked completely baffled.

Ren Yuanyang looked at the others. "Was it the same for all of you?"

Lu Jiamei and the others all nodded.

"Don’t tell me your experience was different from ours, Leader?" Qin Haonan asked curiously.

"I was already an Evolver, so of course using an Evolution Potion would be different for me!" Ren Yuanyang said, seizing upon a convenient excuse.
